This is a fantastic property and we will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we visit Maui! The bedrooms are nice and comfy, there is plenty of bathroom availability for a large group and the common areas were great for all of us to hang out, eat dinner, swim and relax. The location is prime, a short walk to Whaler's or an easy drive up north to Kapalua.

Host communication was great. House cleaning could use some attention (AC unit in basement was very dirty, dead bugs on floor, a dirty sock, and used water bottle by a bed) but was decent. Pool was nice and clean. Location was excellent. Would book again.

Rooms were beautiful, pool was amazing, had a great time. Minor issues with gnats, oven, and a power outage, but overall a great stay. Would recommend to stay here any time!!

My family rented the property for a week and enjoyed the house and pool. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to beach and all of the beach stores and restaurants.

I will try my best to convey how disappointed we were. The home was not properly cleaned and was roach infested. We arrived at night and so were forced to sleep there one night and we had water bugs in kitchen, living and bedrooms. Absolutely filthy and unacceptable. Advertised as a luxury home and it is not. The host never responded. They have an operator that takes your messages but no response. We left the home first thing in the morning.

Absolutely perfect! The home is amazing and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Very responsive to any needs you have. Location is a few minute walk to the beach/restaurants etc. Pool and hot tub were an exceptional bonus-

Perfect Stay

We had a group of 7 friends and this place was absolutely perfect. We all fit comfortably and the pool was an amazing touch. The host was very responsive and checked in frequently. I would highly recommend this property.

Location was perfect and the pool was a nice addition for the kids when we were beached out. The only downfall was the washing machine did not work so we ran out of towels.

Great location

The property was in a great location and a very nice home. Would definitely have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the pool wasn't finished yet. Otherwise we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable vacation home for family trip

This house was very comfortable for our family vacation including 3 couples and one toddler. It was the perfect size space for us. The house was clean and as pictured/advertised. The location was nice, about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and we had enjoyed using the boogie boards and other beach toys.

Family time in Paradise

This was a great property for our 7-member family. There was enough space for each of us to feel comfortable both alone and together. Great location -- easy to get to beaches and other places we wanted to visit. Would certainly return to this location. The owner was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Perfect location

This house was just right for three couples. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of space to gather together. Location was central to all activities we had planned. The host, Bruce, was very nice and gave good instructions. The house was well equipped with beach items and the neighborhoods was very nice.

We have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lots of separation of 3 couples, or 2 families, 3 lanais. Just 10 minutes walking to the beach makes this place and neighborhood ideal for Kaanapali, Maui visits.

60th Birthday celebration with the kids and grand children

The location of this home is great and it’s a short walk to the beach. The house was comfortable and it will be fun to enjoy the pool when it’s finished. Bruce was a wonderful host answering any and all questions very quickly. Check in was a breeze.

Great location for family reunion

This house is well located just across the street from the Kanaapili resort area and only 10 minutes to Lahaina. It is a great place for a larger group, with two master suites (one of which is a two room suite) and a smaller bedroom. The kitchen is large enough for a group to cook dinners in comfort and there is both a large living room upstairs and a small one downstairs. We spent most of our time on the lanai, marveling at the beautiful view over to Molokai.

Perfect Family Home

What a wonderful home. Everything we needed for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). We all loved the pool and hot tub; grandkids spent hours in there!! Perfect location. We walked to Whaler’s Village; close to Kaanapali and easy drive to Lahaina!! Bruce was easy to get ahold of if we had a question or needed something. Perfect family vacation.

Location! Location! Location!

Charming home! The home was close to everything! There was plenty of room. We could watch whales jumping in the distance. The only thing I would suggest to the home owner is sharper knives. That's the only complaint-We had everything else we needed. Would TOTALLY recommend for a family vaca. Thank you!!

Didn’t want to leave!

There were 7 of us, all adults, and we fell in love with this property. It worked out well that it was 3 couples and then me, I took the twin bedroom. It felt like home the second we got there and when it came to checking out none of us wanted to leave. Perfect location, relaxing atmosphere, amazing place to stay when you’re out all day at the beach or doing other activities and then wanting to just come back and all relax together. Great way to watch the sunset and great place to cook and do meals together. Would 100% recommend this place!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The property is located in a great area. The pool and spa were great. The spa programs took a few minutes to figure out but were worth the effort. We really enjoyed the spacious common rooms upstairs and the screened porch. The basement bedrooms could use a little updating but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We had an issue with the washing machine but were still able to use it with small loads. In all, we thought it had charm and good usable space for our family.

Very spacious

Good for a large group. Spacious with lots of room. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and the property was nice with ac. Fully equipped kitchen. Just make sure you don’t leave food out as there are any problems, they literally swarm within minutes. They don’t bite though. The place has lots of toys and amenities to use

Wonderful guests. The ant problem has been addressed now twice in last 3 months by professional fumigators. We are on top of this. Guests are also informed that the tropics/Hawaii attracts ants if sweet juices are left on countertops.

Overall, we had a great stay here with a group of 8. The house was spacious, the location was excellent, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. With a few small fixes, this place could easily be amazing.The main issue was bugs inside the house. There were a ton of gnats throughout the stay, ants in some cabinets, and occasional cockroaches, including in some kitchen pots. A couple of the glass slat windows were missing screens and also couldn’t fully close, which seemed to let bugs in. In several bedrooms, people were also getting bothered by bugs while trying to sleep.There were also a few maintenance/cleanliness things: the dishwasher didn’t clean very well, the dryer was extremely loud, the fridge ice maker leaked constantly and didn’t work, and at one point the hot tub stopped heating because the pool/spa water levels got out of balance. Some bedding and kitchen items could have been cleaner as well.That said, we still really enjoyed our time here overall and felt these were mostly manageable issues that could be fixed pretty easily.
