Faites du ski Ă  ce magnifique condo 4 O’Clock Lodge en hiver ou Ă©coutez le son du ruisseau Sawmill qui passe par la porte arriĂšre en Ă©tĂ©. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© sur plusieurs niveaux est joliment meublĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e. Elle comprend un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert qui relie la salle de sĂ©jour Ă  la salle Ă  manger et Ă  la cuisine, ce qui en fait l'espace idĂ©al pour se rĂ©unir en groupe avec les chambres situĂ©es dans le loft et au niveau infĂ©rieur.

EMPLACEMENT - Ce condo est situĂ© exactement oĂč vous le souhaitez, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piste Four O’Clock et Ă  proximitĂ© de la base de l’ascenseur Snowflake, ce qui rend son accĂšs aux pistes incomparable. Le 4 O’Clock Run se dĂ©roule dans votre jardin et vous permet de skier jusqu’à la maison en fin de journĂ©e ou mĂȘme pour un dĂ©jeuner rapide. Marchez moins de dix minutes dans la rue et vous pourrez manger dans votre restaurant prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© en ville ou faire du shopping dans toutes les boutiques locales.

COMMODITÉS - Il y a trois chambres Ă  coucher, dont deux chambres avec lit queen, chacune avec un foyer Ă  gaz ainsi qu'une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s, parfaite pour les plus petits. L'agencement spacieux et confortable invite les clients Ă  se dĂ©tendre ensemble au niveau principal pour se divertir, se restaurer et se divertir aprĂšs une journĂ©e bien remplie sur la montagne. Prenez des repas dans la cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Le reste du groupe peut se dĂ©tendre en discutant ou en regardant un film sur le tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat situĂ© dans le salon. Ski trip

The condo was perfect for a friends ski trip to Breck. Unit was walking distance to the lift, and you could ski to the condo complex at the end of the day. Unit itself was well stocked and had everything we needed. Space was comfortable for our group of 9. Hot tub os off site (0.5 miles), so a drive was required due to winter temps.Overall, great location. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Great stay

We had a great time at this location: Plenty of room for family & friends, main street is within walking distance - it was great never worrying about parking. The kitchen is well supplied - I can't think of anything we didn't have. Pinnacle was quick to respond to questions, or any issues that arose. Initially, the washer didn't work, but it was fixed ASAP. Everyone was great to work with!

Great location - property was just ok

The location was great- easy walk to the lift and ski in at the end of the day. Communication was great leading up to and during the trip. Property description was a little misleading - there is no hot tub on property. There was some optional sleeping arrangements listed but they aren’t ideal and aren’t private. There were lots of games, blankets and kitchen accessories to make the stay easy. Overall good experience

perfect for our group of 10

We stayed with two other families (5 adults/5 teens) and this was perfect. The girls loved the bunk room and it was tucked away in the downstairs. It's cozy with fireplaces and views of the slopes). Easy walk to Main Street and we used Charter Sports for our ski gear. You can actually store your boots and skis there and just hop on the Snowflake lift, so we weren't carrying gear up and down the stairs each day. Management was very easy to communicate with (we only had trouble with getting into the dumpster one day and they were responsive). Would stay again!!!

Perfect Ski in/ski out location at Breck.

If you're a family of two, with each having 2 kids, and you want a location close to a run and lift, this place is a perfect fit. While there isn't a "master bed room," there are two rooms with king size beds on the top and bottom floors. Combined with a loft (2 beds on the floor), a room with 2 bunk beds (4 total) and a pull-out couch, there is plenty of sleeping space. The entire property is very clean, but the kitchen really stands out. Every kitchen item you could need is there, which provides all the options you would have at your own house. For the ski-in/ride-in (nerds ski LOL), you are directly off the 4 o'clock run. Within a few steps, you're at the front door of your property. Also, for the moms, you can stand on the balcony at watch as your kids or significant other, as they finish off their run or sleds down the hill, from the comfort of this property. With regards to getting to the lift (Snowflake), you are less than 300ft away. You can't get much better. I've been to Breck multiple times, and this is the best property I've stayed at. I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy the mountain!

Great house for family ski trip

Our family of eight stayed at the house for four days while we were on a ski trip. The location is amazing for skiing— The lift was only about a two minute walk from the front door, and you could ski right up to the back of the condo. The snowflake lift drops you off in an area of blue slopes so if you were a true beginner, it might be a little challenging. For us with some who wanted to ski all day and some who only wanted to ski a little bit each day, It was perfect. The door has a code lock, so people could come and go as they pleased without worrying about a key. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. We’d definitely stay here again. Things to know: The loft is right outside the upstairs bedroom, so it may be better for kids than adults. Our teen girls stayed there and were happy. The condo was on a second floor, so it probably wouldn’t be ideal for someone who had mobility issues. If you have a second car and need overnight parking, check out the ski parking on airport road—it’s much less expensive than anywhere else.

Great ski week

One couple and 3 adult friends stayed for 6 days. The bedroom set up would be great for families with kids but our adult friends drew straws to select their accommodations and have their own spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in the condo. The location was perfect for ski in Short walk to Snowflake lift. We had a great massage at the Spa at Breckenridge one evening. So convenient and close.. Made the mistake of eating at Modis one evening and would warn anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience to avoid it. The hot tub for the condo is a bit far. We drove to it.. we are big on the hot tub apre ski so we would have preferred more convenient communal hot tub but we knew about this from the other reviews. Only one parking spot for all of us was the only drawback. (Especially for sleeping so many people) we also knew about this before committing to renting but it was inconvenient for the person who had to park at the public lot.

Rounding up to average

In fairness to future renters, property mgmt and owners, we broke down the following as pros/cons/different categories. Pros: 1. Location-Easy walking distance to downtown Breck and the unit backs to a mountain/trail. The pool house (outdoor heated & hot tubs) is a 5 min walk. 2. The unit itself is nice. The unit configuration is as follows: Bottom floor: Master bed, master bath, bunk room Main floor: laundry room, half bath. Open concept living room/ kitchen/ dining. Upper floor: loft beds, second bedroom, bathroom. 3. Property management was good about communicating with us as to the status of the maintenance requests. They also credited part of our stay for the inconveniences. Cons: 1. We understand that when you book someone else's home/condo there will be things that break occasionally, just like at your own home. Several items didn't work upon arrival and through the week. The oven - took a couple days to fix, the TVs in the living room and Master bedroom had to be replaced at different times during our stay, the cable never worked (an ongoing problem per other reviews), the ceiling fan didn't work (part was reportedly ordered prior to our arrival to be fixed during our stay but was not), espresso machine did not have all parts. 2. Other maintenance issues - the curtain rod in the living room is not secured into the wall. Shelf in bookshelf is unsteady and falls when touched, broken chair (there was a hole where the seat should have been) in the kitchen. The kitchen didn't have the correct number of chairs to seat 12 as advertised, but 10. The window treatments are 1 single panel curtain per window, which lets in a lot of light. 3. You will have to pay the full rental reservation fees 60 days prior to the rental date. After that, you will lose money if something comes up. Different: Previous vacation rentals had non-perishable condiments and shelf items that prior renters had purchased but didn't use all of - such as seasonings, sugar/sweetener, coffee creamer, salt & pepper, flour, etc. It varies from place to place but generally some things are there for use, kind of a take some-leave some thing. That is not the case here, so be prepared to buy everything. We are grateful for Pinnacle's (property management) assistance this week. My best advice would be to get it in writing that things are in proper working order prior to your arrival and have a contingency agreement if they aren't.

Short walk to lift. Skiing to door was only 40'. Short walk to town. Fireplace didn't work and we never were able to find the pool/hot tub.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay there was ok but not great – not as good as our experience with other Pinnacle Properties. The property could use some updates and maintenance TLC for certain. Some examples - dishwater was in poor condition and difficult to start due to a loose front panel, games cabinet shelf was broken and collapsed, upper bathroom sink hot water was not functioning, many windows had loose or damaged screens that inhibited us from opening windows at night. Overall, the property seemed not tight and a bit dated and missing some desirable details – for more examples, master king bed lacked a headboard and there were no laundry baskets to use to haul laundry from the upper or lower levels to the laundry machine on the main level. Overall dĂ©cor could also use a good re-fresh. The brook in the front was very pleasant but the main view was to other houses and a busy hiking trail. We vacation often in Breckenridge and because of these other factors we will head in another direction for our next booking.

Tranquil Stay in the mountains

Great family condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this condo with large family group. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, clean linens, and could not beat location that is walkable to town and hiking!

The place had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen of cooking supplies, comfortable beds and perfect amount of space.

Amazing Condo!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo could not have been in a better location. Ski in and barely have to walk to the lift. Communication with management was easy and quick. Accommodations were comfortable and cozy, but like I said earlier, the location is the true selling point of this condo for anyone looking to hit the slopes and also walk around downtown.

Great location to ski lift.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and stay was very nice. Only two things that bothered me, not something that would keep me from coming back, just something to call out. One was the location of the hot tub. I was under the assumption this was at the location and not a 7 minute walk away. Honestly, that was a big thing for my young adults. Secondly, the parking was rather tight. And the ice and snow that had built up was fun to negotiate around.

Wonderful visit to Breckenridge.

We had a wonderful family trip to Breckenridge. The rental had plenty of space for the kids to sleep, all the amenities we needed, and it kept us toasty after chilly days on the slopes. Communication with the property manager was very easy and convenient.
