La plage - à couper le souffle vues de Plymouth à Provincetown.
Bord de mer avec vue sur la baie de Cape Cod et le canal ...

Regardez les bateaux passer - faites du vélo ou du jogging le long du canal - ou assoyez-vous simplement sur le pont et laissez le temps filer.

La nuit agréable un feu de joie sur la plage - ou regarder l'étoile du soir et pendant la journée avez le choix d'une Méditerranée comme la ligne de rivage de galets à gauche ou à une plage de sable doux pour le droit - de toute façon les douces vagues chaudes vous endormir dans tranquillité..

Plusieurs améliorations récentes font de cette maison un choix de vacances idéal pour le voyageur exigeant, y compris une coutume SS Cuisine nouveaux bains, buanderie complète, WIFI et une douche extérieure faire pour une escapade. AC centrale et le mobilier complètent l'expérience. L'intérieur mousseux est complété par waterviews étonnante de presque toutes les chambres, étape sur le pont et sur la plage.

C'est vraiment l'endroit par excellence pour se détendre ...

centre-ville historique Sandwich est un peu plus d'un mile de distance, offrant des magasins, des musées et des restaurants situés au milieu de beaux bâtiments historiques.

Le quartier de la Marina est situé à moins de 2 km avec un choix de quatre restaurants de marques locales, dont le plus récent, Fisherman View (bateau à table), le Seafood Sams (tarif traditionnel de Cape Cod) et le Pilot House (une ambiance chaleureuse et décontractée avec des plats de fruits de mer et de steak) , plus un bar brut, des plats du jour et une terrasse avec animations). Horizons Restaurant et Pub est 2/10 d'un mile de marches pieds nus le long de la plage.

Le meilleur petit-déjeuner et déjeuner décontracté au Cafe Chew (moins d'un kilomètre) - (un charmant comptoir petit-déjeuner et déjeuner sert des sièges en plein air offrant des sandwichs, des salades et plus.)

A perfect little beach cottage for a zen getaway. Could sit on that porch forever and watch the tides come and go. The location is great for avoiding most of the Cape traffic and maximizing comfort and relaxation. The host is very responsive, accessible and gracious. Thank you for a great stay!

This rental had every comfort of home that we could possibly want and more!! The view was stunning the beach access was amazing. The beach wasn’t at all crowded. The view also had so many ships coming in and out and cute seal family. The out door shower is life changing. Beds were comfy. Kitchen stocked with everything you could want in terms of cooking supplies. John’s communication and instructions were so clear and he was really lovely to work with and very responsive. He even has a book of all the local take out places and also provided his favorite spots. Honestly would not hesitate to stay there again. So worth it! 11/10 recommend.

Beautiful beach house, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean, amazing views from every room. This is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have ever stayed at. Cape Cod Bayfront Cottage

The cottage is exactly as portrayed in the pictures and write up on VRBO. It was nicely decorated and well-equipped. There were wonderful sunrises and active marine life right outside the cottage’s deck. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach and the bike path along the Cape Cod Canal provide ample opportunity for vigorous walks and biking. And I can’t forget the outdoor shower - it was wonderful.

Upon arrival walked in to a very lovely and relaxing cottage. Very open and clean. Great kitchen. Enjoyed sitting on ocean-front deck and reading, relaxing, socializing. Host was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of good quality towels and linens. Loved spending family time here. There was a full moon during our stay and the pictures don’t do it justice. You can tell renovations to this home were thoughtfully done.

Beautiful location & quiet beach

Stayed here with my small family and in laws for a week. The location is perfect- easy to get to from the bridge, close to lots of great dining, and somehow still away from it all. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6. The views are beautiful, my kids loved finding crabs and watching the seals, and my husband loved the location close to the canal for fishing. Overall a lovely week away- would recommend!

Beautiful Beach House with a view

Our family of five (kids ages 17, 14, 11) loved this beach property for a week long stay in Cape Cod. It had absolutely everything you could ask for, and the property was in wonderful condition. It’s a great layout that maximizes the space, with plenty of seating with views both in and outdoors. John was great at communicating, and very helpful. We hope to return next summer!

Perfect for small family

Our family of four - two small children - had a great stay. The owners were excellent communicators and very flexible. The beach out front is beautiful, but rocky. We ended up going to the sandy beach down the street each day for the kids which was wonderful for small children and just a 10 minute walk away.

Magical location and perfect home

This property exceeded my expectations. Sitting directly on the water with amazing views of the seals, boats, and sea. Inside was well equipped with all the kitchen needs we had so we could cook throughout our stay, rooms were nicely appointed and John was easily accessible for questions. Highly recommend.

This house was amazing. Location was incredible. Clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Well-stocked and great price. WELL worth every cent. Sunsets were gorgeous. Beach was beautiful (go for a walk to the Canal visitor center!). We do a mom/daughters weekend once a year. We travel all around, but may even do the Cape again just so we can stay in this house! We loved it!

Absolutely charming

We just spent a week in Sandwich in this little cottage by the beach and we loved it. We were a bit unlucky with the weather for most of the week but the place was still charming even on rainy days. On sunny days I couldn't get enough of the views. The owner was extremely helpful and available to answer any queries and he gave us lots of good restaurant suggestions, all of which turned out to be delicious. The beach was mesmerizing, from observing the seals, looking for hermit crabs, and enjoying the evolving landscape with the changing tides. We even saw a school of dolphins pass by one day. The water is quite cold and it's best to have a pair of water shoes to really enjoy walking everywhere. We were worried that the house would be too small for the 5 of us, but it's so well divided and organized it worked out perfect. I truly wish we could have spent a few extra days.

Amazing views, perfect place to sit on the gorgeous deck and watch a sunrise, fishing fleet, freighters all pass by to the Cape Cod Canal. The owners are amazing to work with, responsive, honest and friendly. Great location to restaurants, shops, 6A and 6. Waterfront doesn't even sum up this location! My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will be sad when it ends! Thank you!

I grew up north of Boston on the North Shore, spending summers between the coastline and time up in the Lakes Region. As I got older, I found myself drawn back to the ocean—back to the Cape, where things feel a little simpler and more grounded.

Hosting is an extension of that. I enjoy creating a place people can step into and immediately feel at ease—whether it’s for a few days or just a quick reset.
