This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (plus two separate vanity areas) is located on the 4th floor and offers two large private balconies, each with stunning views of the sugar-white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. From the balconies, you may even spot dolphins or enjoy the weekly summer fireworks display over the Sound on Thursday evenings. The unit includes two master suites, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a king-size bed. The third bedroom features twin beds, and the den includes full-size twin bunk beds, making this condo ideal for larger families or groups. Each bedroom, as well as the den and living room, is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The entire unit is tiled throughout for easy maintenance and a clean, coastal feel. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for cooking and entertaining, and the complex also offers community grills located by the poolside picnic area. For convenience and comfort, the condo includes Wi-Fi throughout, beach chairs, umbrellas, and covered parking for your vehicle. The beachside swimming pool is heated during cooler months, and a tennis court is located near the parking area. This spacious layout offers plenty of room for everyone to relax while still having their own private space when needed. Guests are also just minutes from local dining, shopping in Fort Walton Beach, and the attractions of nearby Destin, only six miles away.

Please Note: No smoking in the unit or on balconies. No pets allowed due to severe owner allergies. Renters must be 25 years or older.

Beach Front Condo

The property is right on the beach, so easy access to the ocean. The property was under construction, but they kept it clean. There is a lot of traffic in the area so make sure you get your supplies before you arrive. Rent a pontoon boat while you are there!

It has a lot of room. It has a great pool and right on the beach. It really needs to be updated and ceiling fans put in every room. The only problem was they are doing construction and they needed more parking. But i woukd stay again

Photos are an inaccurate picture of what the condo really looks like on the inside. Needs updating. Several outlets did not work, lightbulbs blown on lamps and overhead kitchen light. Reviewer Comments: Besides, where we stayed, we had a great time, the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The king room and the bunk bed room are pretty much together the only thing separating them is a door that slides with a dresser in front of it so either room can hear everything! The floor was dirty, and dust was everywhere. Windows had a film on them, and black mold was on all vents, and kitchen light. I will upload pictures. For the money we paid it was NOT worth it should have been WAY WAY cleaner.

The unit was not clean when we arrived. Beds very uncomfortable, one had a spring popping up. Would not stay at this location again. Unit needs drastic updates to support the cost.

Reviewer Comments: our flight leaving was an hour late, causing us to miss our next flight, waited 6 hrs to get on next flight, finally got to florida at midnight, were stuck on plane for 90 mins., had to go down portable stairs through paking lot to get into airport, (american airlines, late for getting our condo, and rental car, got to condo at 3 am, condo is ok, 2 rolls of small 1 ply toilet paper, no paper towels, no sponges or brushes to wash pans, opening to master bed is covered by a dressor, no privacy, if your gettin it on, place was probably built in the 50s, or 60s, still the same plumbing fixtures, toilets get stuck,constantly wasting water, kithen small, about 1.5 thin persons allowed, no ice, we left toilet paper, paper towels, ice, dish soap, sponges, so maybe the next people wont have to buy, property is ok at best, if it was mine, id put more time into it, also door latches barely close, theres more but im tired for the ****** airline on the way home, american airlines, again....

Dirty neglected property.

The unit was on the beach and that we loved. The unit was dirty. Light switches. Rugs. All very dirty. Not one extra sheet blanket or pillowcase in 4 bedrooms. Only 4 wash cloths. No dishrags at all. I fell back on a rusty legged broken chair on the patio. The vertical blinds were missing so many pieces I had to hang beach towels up at night to keep the light out. We had to move lamps and electronics to find an outlet that worked. It’s just very neglected. And dirty. I would not rent from Alicia Hollis ever again. I had to call twice to get the address and directions for check in. I still never did receive that email. Only contracts for Payment. When i called they were less than receptive.

Condo was very spacious plenty of room for everyone. Few things the owner could work on would be getting extra sheets and blankets for pull out couch. There was not proper utensils in the kitchen. There wasn’t wifi available. Could definitely use some updates but overall got the job done.

This condo had lots of room to hang out in. It was on the beach and there was plenty of beach stuff in the closet. It did not have soap for cleaning and doing dishes and we had to buy our own toilet paper.

Not exactly a vacation

I really wish we would have just done a stay-cation and not wasted our time with this mess. This place is probably a solid okay at best when it’s actually cared for properly, but that was not the case with our group of 8. We got there after a long drive only to immediately discover that the AC wasn’t working for 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom (85% of the whole condo). For half of tour trip, one of us had to spend quality vacation time trying to convince them that this was unacceptable and that we needed to be refunded in full for the nights without AC (which we eventually did get after several exhausting phone calls with the property managers). They fixed it after 4 nights and of course didn’t do a good job, because it was obnoxiously loud and kicking on constantly every 5 minutes to ensure that you couldn’t get any sleep. Other than that
 it was kind of generally gross (mattress in the living room pull out couch that we had to have someone sleep on because it felt like a swamp in the other bedrooms had a giant blood stain on it, and the dishwasher literally just didn’t work, which is a huge paid when you have dishes from 8 people). It created a lot of tension and disappointment overall with our group, and I think we all considered the much-needed trip to be an enormous waste of time and money.

Had a great vacation. The condo is in a great location. The condo could have used a little extra attention in house keeping. I do understand the short handed of workers caused some things to go over looked. The bed sizes are wrong on website and all mattresses in this condo are so very uncomfortable. I would stay again but really wish she would update mattress in the condo.

Family vacation

The location of this property is ideal. It is close to numerous restaurants without having to deal with the congestion of Destin. Check-in was fast and easy. The largest concern we had (and apparently others) is the mattresses really need to be replaced. I've stayed in 3 or 4 condos in this complex and the beds in this unit was by far the least comfortable. We would have no problem staying in this unit again if the mattresses were replaced with more updated versions. Overall, we were pleased with this unit.

Overall the property was great! It’s well stocked with towels, pots/pans, utensils, etc. My only con was parking! The realtor will assign you two parking spaces at random but after speaking with the maintenance man we realized that each unit is only allotted ONE reserved spot which is the apartment number and the other spot is in the overflow non-reserved parking by the tennis court. We were also not informed there was a max of two parking passes allowed until we checked in so keep that in mind.

Overall good stay, but needs some up keep.

This is a lovely little condo, but it is in need of a few things. Beds are not comfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattresses. Wallpaper border is peeling off walls or missing altogether. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need! It is well equipped for families with the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Plenty of room and the balconies are so comfortable and welcoming. No washer and dryer in unit, but are available on every floor for about $1.50. The pool is terrific and very well maintained. Access to beach is great! Would stay again if mattresses were replaced.

Simply awesome

This is a great property! Everything you need is in the condo, we stayed for 4 nights and went to Walmart the first night for coffee filters and garbage bags, as well as food. Everything you need to cook great meals is there. There were plenty of bath towels for 7 of us. There is also a vacuum and brooms for quick clean ups of all the beautiful white sand from the beach only a few steps away. The only reason I did four stars for cleanliness was that there was a makeup jar in the one bed when we arrived and some of the pots and pans and dishes needed to be cleaned before use, but I would have done that anyway. There is a dishwasher and there were two packets of dishwasher powder included so that was great. There is not dish soap for hand washing and you need to bring laundry soap, but washers and dryers were very clean and only $1.50 a piece. They also take a credit card so that was great as well. On the property there are carts which fit all of a groceries and belongings to get from the parking lot to our condo. I have zero complaints about this property and zero complaints about anyone else staying at this property, it is a very family friendly place with great views and easy access to a beautiful uncrowded beach!
