Ce condo A TOUT! Ameublement haut de gamme, vue exceptionnelle, balcon surdimensionné, chambre principale cÎté plage et ainsi que le salon, granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, mobilier neuf. Vous ne serez pas déçu.
Le balcon au dernier étage à l'extérieur du salon offre une vue spectaculaire sur la plage et est parfait pour les gens qui regardent ou regardent les étoiles. Ci-dessous est une cour en herbe, et la piscine est à portée de vue plus bas sur la propriété. Un * HOT TUB * se trouve à proximité de la piscine pour tous les clients / propriétaires de Pelican Isle. Pour ces soirées avec un léger frisson dans l'air, le bain à remous sera un incontournable si vous ne voulez rien de plus amusant sur la plage de nuit!
La beauté de séjourner à Pelican Isle est que vous avez raison sur le golfe du Mexique. You had exceptional views from the living room, kitchen, and even while laying in bed! There is a huge double wide balcony with plenty of seating. Top floor views! The stove, fridge, microwave, washer &dryer were all full sized, new and easy to use! I don't think you'll find a better room in all of Destin!

Nice location. Some things were not to my liking upon check in. Sheets and comforter were not clean. Wads of hair in the bathroom and some tvs were not working. Maintenence did come to address the tvs and new comforter was delivered on day 3 after calling more than once. I would expect things to be more on point especially since check in was supposed to be at 4pm and I called at 5....and they still weren't ready for me to check in. I understand things happen...Was not the worse stay but not the best. I probably would not stay here again.

Love a Pelican ❀

My sisters and I have spent time at Pelicans Isle for 3 or 4 years. We return because the view is beautiful. It is easy and relaxing to negotiate the property. A very short walk to the beach with lovely chairs to sit in. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. On our drive home we plan for the next visit. So we plan to visit pelican Island again next fall. Thank you so much for a lovely venue for us to get together.

We received a call that our condo was ready an hour and a half before our check in time which was a great start to our vacation. The entire trip went smoothly. We had absolutely no issues. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location of this unit is excellent, it fell short of others we have stayed in on Okaloosa Island. For an expensive condo, this was furnished on the cheap. Had several maintenance issues, but that's hit or miss depending the crews hired to maintain the unit. Since this was on the upper end of cost for similar units, we just felt that we didn't get the same comfort level staying in this unit. We love the area, but will stay elsewhere next time.

Our 9th Wedding Anniversary

My husband and I spent our 9th year Wedding Anniversary at the Pelican Penthouse and it was so nice. Off Season is the best time to stay here. We meet some local residents and they were so nice. I give this place 5 stars. Definitely would love to come back to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Search no longer for a place to stay. This place will check all your boxes. Location, views, beach access, helpful staff, easy check in and out. The unit was so nice, spacious and updated. There were so many restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff at Brooks and Shorey were so helpful. We have already started making plans to return to this unit.

Perfect Location

We loved this condo! It’s exactly as described and pictured online. The location is perfect on Okaloosa Island.
