I booked this place for my sister’s bachelorette party and we had SUCH a wonderful time. The entire property was completely gorgeous: plenty of places to sleep and congregate, and the decor was so tasteful and eclectic. Every single one of us guests said we wished that this was our home (LOL). It’s in such a lovely neighborhood and it’s only about a 15 minute walk to Bradford beach, super easy. All of us were talking about how we would love to come back for a stay. 10/10!!

This is such a cute house with so many vintage details, the hosts have done a great job decorating the place. There are so many bedrooms and enough beds that everyone in our group was able to have their own bed - folks only shared because they wanted to! It is an older home so note that the stairs creak when you go up and down and that might bother light sleepers. Sleeping on the 3rd floor might alleviate that issue! The wifi code on the listing was not accurate, but the host was able to provide us with the correct info after messaging. When we arrived there were a few items that needed to be addressed, but Keith responded the next day and was able to address them all. Overall this was a great place for groups. One thing to note - there is a cat who lives here when it's not used as an rental - so one of our group needed to get allergy meds as she is very allergic to cats. It worked out, but FYI if others have allergies!

Our large party had a great time in this property. It is in a great location, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to shops, cafes, and even a beach, and the size is fantastic.We were all impressed with how clean the house was given its age. Beds were clean and comfortable.The host was great to work with too--responded quickly over text, flexible, and always willing to help.A few minor things that prevented this from being a 5-star experience:- the refrigerator unfortunately was not working; the owner did offer to bring over ice for the freezer which we declined since we were only staying for a short time and could manage without- windows were very difficult to open and some could not be opened at all- some (but definitely not all) of the upright fans in bedrooms were in rough shape--noisy, inoperable buttons, oscillated poorly, weak air stream- bathrooms with broken or missing towel rods, one bathroom without hand soapThe host was extremely communicative and I'm confident they would have been explained and/or fixed if I requested. Since we were only there for 2 nights and the weather was mild, they were easily managed by us without host intervention.All in all, this property was great for a large group and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Absolutely loved it

This spot was great for so many reasons, tons of beds/bedrooms, location was amazing, host was super helpful, and the house has so much old-school character. Had a blast in MKE and plenty of credit goes to our lodging.

Lots of Space in a Great Location

Perfect Family Weekend

Our Family (Grand Parents, Parents, and Adult Children, (82-26 years old) stayed here for a weekend to attend a Cousin's wedding at the nearby Hubbard Lodge. It was a perfect location and gathering place. We loved the home and there was plenty of sleeping space, enough bathrooms, and a great kitchen! I would highly reccommend for a group.

Great location

The house was very roomy and lots of places to hang out with family and friends. It was awesome that it was close to the lake. The owner had forgotten we were coming and didn’t have the refrigerator cleaned out and our check-in process was a little awkward because we didn’t have the keypad information.

Close to lake

Very nice property near lake and great neighborhood walking. Close enough to walk to some meals or coffee shops. Owner, Keith, is wonderful to work with! He was very responsive to messages with questions.
