This home was perfect! It was very clean, the outdoor area was great, we had plenty of room for our corn-hole competition with our family. Everything you could imagine needing in the kitchen and so much more! Thank you for great memories!

This house was in a good location for our needs. Booking, check-in, and pre-stay correspondence with the host were great. Unfortunately, the house could not sleep all of our guests as advertised and we had to book a room at a hotel for a portion of our stay. I highly suggest renters check all amenities, including beds and their comfort / functionality. The queen bed in the room with the futon was broken. We brought it to the host’s attention after the first night since we didn’t notice it until late in the evening. After check out, the host told us we would have to pay for the bed since it “happened during our stay” and the previous renter hadn’t mentioned it. VRBO Care resolved the situation and we were not charged for the bed, but the overall interaction with the host about the situation was less than desirable.

For future guests, I would like to clarify several details regarding this stay. My listing clearly describes and includes photographs of all sleeping accommodations: four beds, two futons, a Pack 'n Play, and an additional air mattress. These arrangements were disclosed prior to booking. The bed in question had not been reported damaged by the previous guest or our cleaning and turnover service before your arrival. The damage was discovered following your stay. I was first notified of the broken bed at approximately 8:35 p.m. on the second night of your stay (9:35 p.m. my time). By that time, you had already independently arranged alternative hotel accommodations at a cost of $360 without first contacting me or VRBO to report the damage or provide an opportunity to address the issue. I made efforts to resolve the concerns, including sending my property manager to the property. Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to address the broken bed before alternative arrangements were made. The property has a strong history of positive guest reviews, including numerous 10/10 ratings specifically mentioning comfortable beds, spacious sleeping arrangements, and successful stays by large, multigenerational families. I take pride in maintaining an accurately represented property and providing responsive service to my guests. I stand by the accommodations described in my listing and the efforts made during this reservation.

I appreciated all the amenities at hand for use. Comfortable beds, and atmosphere. The play items for children is a nice added touch. The host, also very pleasant and checking to make sure your stay is going well was appreciated too.Definitely a pleasant stay.

The house is a neat home in a lovely neighborhood. The check in went smoothly and our stay was awesome! Everything was easy to find and even labeled, so we could put things back where we found them. My younger daughters loved the playhouse in the larger living room. The whole family loved going on walks in the neighborhood. I was easily able to figure out the laundry in the basement. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s been awhile since we lived in the Minnesota area and we had forgotten about the mosquitos, but a quick trip to Walmart remedied that. We even got to see wild turkeys and a momma deer and her twin fawns in the back yard!! We loved the little welcome folder with the recommendations. Marty’s pizza is now closed, but we really enjoyed the local coffee place that was in easy walking(10 minutes) or driving distance. Overall it was a lovely experience and we will definitely keep this house in mind when we come to the area again.

Nice big house and yard with everything to make you feel at home. Great location as well. Found the king matress a little firm but you can't please everyone when it comes to that. Host was very quick to respond to messages.

The host made us feel very welcome and was immediately available if we had questions. The house was warm and inviting, the beds very comfortable, and the big backyard was a playground for our dogs. Overall, we have no complaints and hope to stay here again.

If you’re looking for a property for a large family close to everything, this is the one! Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay here very much. Working with the property manager was a breeze, and the location can’t be beat!
