This unit is located in a multi-unit building where all apartments are used for short- or mid-term stays. While the building is relatively new, soundproofing between units isn’t perfect, so you may occasionally hear noise from guests above. To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the unit and avoid loud music or late-night gatherings.
* For added consideration, a noise monitor has been installed on the porch—it's mounted on the window frame to the right. This device does not record audio; it simply monitors volume levels to help ensure a respectful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!
