Music Valley Studio (un ancien studio d'enregistrement) est dans un quartier paisible et sûr près d'Opryland et de son centre de convention, des commodités pour le voyageur et aucun escalier. Profitez d'un lit queen gel très confortable. De plus, la causeuse s'ouvre sur un lit simple.

Votre studio est entièrement privé, vous pouvez vous garer très près de votre propre porte d'entrée et une clôture privée entoure votre propre petite cour.

Près du centre commercial Opry Mills et de nombreux restaurants. A 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Nashville. Accès routier simple dans toutes les directions.

Micro-ondes, four conventionnel de comptoir, 2 brûleurs de comptoir simples et réfrigérateur. Ustensiles de cuisine en stock, casseroles et poêles. WiFi et TV avec chaînes câblées.

Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et pour les clients à long terme, il y a accès à un plus grand réfrigérateur et congélateur dans la buanderie.

Ce studio a une très bonne isolation acoustique, mais vous pouvez occasionnellement ici des sons de maison réguliers. Une buanderie séparée est partagée et un code est fourni, restez donc un peu plus longtemps.

Pour les cadres et les touristes, une petite maison propre à Nashville par le Grand Ole Opry et Opryland Convention Center.

Il y a plusieurs restaurants, bars et discothèques à proximité, ainsi que le Grand Ole Opry et le centre de conventions Opryland. La plupart des clients utilisent Uber ou Lyft Taxi avec des tarifs bas vers et depuis Opryland, des restaurants et des centres commerciaux. On peut y marcher mais il y a une section avec des trottoirs traversant Briley Parkway. L'aéroport est à 11 minutes (5. 8 miles).

Close proximity to conference at Opryland - convenient and met my needs and budget well. Host was responsive and helpful. I would stay again here if I have opportunity to go to Nashville in the future.

Just around the corner to all Opry land attractions. Cute radio studio decorations and all the necessities made this a really comfortable place to stay while my husband and I were in Nashville.

Cute Music City Studio

This studio apartment was so cute. Decorated with music memorabilia and just perfect for 1-2 people. The owner is very responsive and took care of the door lock battery within minutes. I truly appreciate the fact that she changed the lock code for each party arriving. Gives you piece of mind.

Very cute and functional.

Being from a small midwest town, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown. The location was very close to Opryland. We had our own private entrance. The suite was very clean, Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Music City's Best

My girl of 40 some years and I spent five beautiful days in the coziest, cleanest, and most convenient place in Nashville. We celebrated our 40th by visiting Music City with day trips from Tammy Langerak's well-kept Studio and then later from her even more spacious apartment at the same location. Tammy has both offerings simply decorated in a music city style. The facilities are well stocked, with every amenity a person or couple could want. More importantly, Tammy was there with a smile to offer advice, answer questions, or address any needs we might have. Tammy is an artist singer /writer and plays a mean harmonica. Which gives her an inside line on the best places to go for quality entertainment and food. Mary and I bought one of her albums while we were there and are glad we did. We rented the Studio for the first night. It is a sweet little space perfect for a single man or woman who wants to be close the Nashville scene without emptying the bank account or having to deal with the hubbub of other guest stepping on your toes. It is well decorated, simply, and appropriately for a single man or woman or a couple. It is also a perfect spot for honeymooners or a couple like us, celebrating our anniversary. After one day in the studio, Tammy allowed us to upgrade to the apartment, so we could have a little more room to move around. I am a little overweight and needed more space to do my dance moves. The apartment has a great living room kitchen, a separate bedroom, and larger bath. A wonderful place for a couple or small family. The location is perfect. Located less than 10 minutes from Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort, Grand Ole Opry, the Opryland Mills Mall, two beautiful golf courses, and it is 15 minutes max to the Nashville Airport. The location is less than 15 minutes from downtown Music City happenings. Mary and I visited the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, The Wild Horse Saloon, the Ryman, Gaylord Entertainment, Nashville Convention Center, and we even got to take some photos at the Bluebird Cafe across from the Green Hills mall. Fantastic! Tammy gave us directions to local eateries and stores to shop for breakfast supplies. All in all, it was a great getaway. Thanks to a great place with a great landlady. Couldn't have asked for more!

This is a wonderful property and gets my highest recommendation. It's perfect for a business trip or romantic getaway and has everything you need for a lovely trip. The private and quiet location is excellent, close to the Opry and airport and less than two minutes from a major highway which allows easy access to the rest of Nashville. The owner is attentive, communicative, and has already thought of all the details. She said in one of her emails that she was just "a taxpaying small business" and I can tell you that she takes that responsibility and honor VERY seriously. My only complaints about the trip were the awful traffic and the freezing temperatures. She obviously couldn't do anything about the traffic but she had provided me with an app to control the thermostat so I could make sure the room waiting for me was nice and warm when I got back at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to book again !

Great location, super clean, stocked with all the essentials!!

We booked this for our long weekend trip to Nashville. We didn’t want to stay downtown but still wanted to be close to it as well as the Opryland Hotel and mall. The location is convenient to both downtown and Opryland. This studio is by far one of the nicest places we’ve rented through VRBO. It is stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Tammy is very accommodating and available if there’s anything you need. We even had a few snacks waiting for us when we checked in. The decor is so cozy and everything was spotless. This is a great find for anyone looking to avoid staying in a hotel, and is more affordable than the majority of the hotels in the area. Book it today, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Tammy! We hope to visit again soon! :)

Great, Quiet getaway

This rental is in a great residential location for the Opry. It is a short 15 minute uncongested ride to downtown. The owner is very helpful if you just ask. The place works just fine for two and is very clean. The bed is of good quality, also. My wife and I had a great time and will refer to others. Thanks

Perfect for my husband and I!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was perfect for just the two of us! The studio was very clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was provided! It had a ton of closest space with hangers provided. My husband loved how comfy the loveseat and recliner was, he told me he wanted to buy them lol! Also, we loved the music themed decorations. Tammy was super helpful if you needed her. She even texted and checked on us after our first night stay to make sure everything was okay. Opryland was super close! It is amazing how close you are actually! The drive to downtown is not bad from the location either. You just have to pay for parking. My husband has already said, "We will stay here again when we come back!"
