Les réunions de famille, les grands groupes de personnes voyageant ensemble et les familles choisissent souvent cette propriété. Great beachfront property! The unit is fantastic plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really loved the small complex, and the walk to the beach is literally less than 50 yards, so convenient! We will definitely be back!

The condo is beautiful. It was very clean, well furnished, and well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment. It is very conveniently located on the beach with showers to rinse off. We were able to leave our sandy items outside by our condo without worrying about it disappearing. The pool is nice, and the ability to be able to watch the kids from the porch is nice. Parking was not my favorite, but not enough to take away from the wonderful experience we had staying at this condo. We will definitely be back next summer and for a longer stay for sure. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Couch has stain, couch pillow stain, broken blinds in living room, recliners did not close all the way.

Wonderful

Great location. Beautiful beach and emerald green water. Our second time staying and loved it. Not overcrowded. Parking is easy and every spot is super close to the facility.. Great pool!

Relaxing get away!

It had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. Although upon arrival the towels were dirty in the washer so i had to wash them. That was my only issue. The light did flicker in the small bathroom in the shower area. All in all a good stay.

Sandpiper is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Apologies for the towels left in the washer; the previous guest obviously left them, and we failed to remove them. We'll check on that light, and hope to assist you in booking your next Gulf Coast getaway!

I've never stayed somewhere that didn't have a means of cleaning the floor, especially at the beach.

We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. The restrooms/showers were clean and in great working order. We will be back.

Another great stay in 11C

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year spending January and February in this unit. Very comfortable and homey, we especially like having two recliners so we both can relax while reading or watching TV. We love the walk-in showers and the washer-dryer is newer and large capacity. Removing the dated wallpaper in the master bathroom and painting those walls would be a nice update. We really like this unit and have rebooked for next year.

Beach Fun with Karmen

Due to water leak in ceiling we had to move to another condo but it was so much nicer it was worth the bother! 11c would have gotten 5 stars. 1A was not as clean we had to wash sheets they had not been changed from last guest. Overall 1A needs some TLC !Management was excellent !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sandpiper and Gulf Shores; this was our 3rd year visiting. We stay for a week each time and love the location. The condo is right on the beach and within walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, this year we had an issue with roaches, and it was not as clean as the last time we stayed. We saw 1 roach in our room during our stay (but we were basically only in the room to sleep/shower, and out exploring throughout the day). My parents were 2 doors down (14C), and they killed a roach in their room as well. Despite the roach encounters, when properly cleaned, the condos and the location are beautifully stunning. I hope they address the issue at hand, and I look forward to future reviews that do not mention similar encounters of the same issue.

Sandpiper is a wonderful property and perfect for repeat visits. We regret the housekeeping issues you experienced on check in and would have certainly addressed them immediately had we been made aware. LIkewise with the roaches that you saw in the condo. While pest control treats the property once a month, they are always very good at spot treating condos that have reported issues. We welcome the chance to assist you in booking your next visit to the Gulf Coast and Sandpiper!

Love this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is is our fifth year renting this condo. This year we were thrilled to find the unit had been very tastefully updated. Fresh paint throughout, new beds in the guest bedroom, both bathrooms updated, and a new kitchen sink. Most of the furniture is new and new interior doors and.hardware have been installed. There were new ceiling fans and all outlets and light switches had been replaced. It’s just perfect for us, we’ve already rebooked for next year.

My family trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time even with the rain which wasn’t your fault. The condo was perfect for us. The condo was clean and very nice. It is in a great location, not right in the middle of all the restaurants and souvenir shops but close enough. It was not my first time to stay at the Sandpiper but always my first choice. It being a smaller condo is one of the things I love about it but I’m sure that is why it’s harder to reserve because I’m sure everyone that stays there feels the same. Love it!

Sun, read and relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been staying at the Sandpiper for over two decades and it seems as time goes by, many children are left unattended. The constant running and lack of parents at the pool is disturbing. Unfortuntly it might take a serious accident for changes to happen. Their were even people at the pool that were not staying at the Sandpiper. The cleanliness of the condo really gets less than a one star...I start cleaning at the door every year before moving my things in. Bender is getting robbed by the service they use and that cost goes up every year. It's a shame. The people at Bender are awesome! I can't say enough about them. Always kind and positive. They have helped me several times. I'm excited for the new owner of the condo I stay in. The best is yet to come.
