Le bécasseau est un complexe à trois étages de faible densité. Son bâtiment en forme de V unique et sa passerelle commune en face de chaque condo permettent de faire connaissance avec l'atmosphère de votre voisin. Les réunions de famille, les grands groupes de personnes voyageant ensemble et les familles individuelles choisissent souvent cette propriété. Fantastic Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandpiper is Great! We have stayed there before and what I like about it most is it isn't a high rise and each room has a view of the ocean from their front door and it overlooks the pool. We loved just sitting on the deck outside the front door in the mornings and it is just a very short walk to the beach.

Not the best

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The water was shut off when we arrived. I'm not sure how the condo could have even been cleaned! The counters and bathrooms were dirty. The dryer didn't work. Will not be renting this unit again.

SANDPIPER ANOTHER GREAT YEAR!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Sandpiper at the beach was such a wonderful experience. Our place was serene, and I felt a sense of community with fellow snowbirds. My place on the third floor was perfect for us. Our unit was well furnished with all of the amenities we needed. The only downside was the garbage truck at the building next to ours. The truck came 3 days a week between 4:30a-5:30a! I had to wear earplugs on some nights to get rest. However, I made the necessary adjustments and was able to have a blessed vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful! Very clean and we loved the beach vibe from all of the colors and decorations. The location was super convenient to both the beach (right outside) and great restaurants! The beach was beautiful- not too crowded and the weather and water were perfect. It was all we needed to have the most relaxing week! The staff were available should we have needed anything but there were no issues at all. We loved our stay and are definitely coming back. It was our best vacation ever!! Thank you!!

Only complaints no broom to sweep floors and dryer doesn't dry very well/ Takes at least 3 dryings for one load. But will Def recommend to anyone!

Always love staying at the Sandpiper!

We have stayed in 3 different units and they have all been great. 3c is no exception. It has plenty of room and was well maintained. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Place to Hang Your Beach Towel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had four persons occupy this unit over a four day weekend. One person utilized the pull out sofa with both ease and comfort. All appliances were in great working order, and we had all the plates, bowls, glasses, cups and utensils we needed. The WiFi was excellent and the television was in good working order. We experienced no maintenance issues while in the unit. I would gladly use it again.
