"Phoenix Gulf Shores 1203, situé au 801 West Beach Boulevard, est un magnifique condo neuf de 3 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain situé dans le quartier Gulf Shores! Cette immense unité dispose d'un lit king-size dans la suite principale, d'un lit king-size dans une chambre, la deuxiÚme chambre dispose de deux lits doubles et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui permet de loger 8 personnes! Amenez tout le monde et passez des vacances en famille uniques. La suite principale dispose d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche séparée. Téléviseurs et lecteurs de DVD dans toutes les piÚces et WiFi sont disponibles pour votre divertissement. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et laveuse et sécheuse. perfect place for us!

This unit was perfect for our stay. My wife and I stayed with my daughter and her 2 kids and there was plenty of room. Very spacious balcony along with the living area, bedrooms were also good size. pool and hot tubs were awesome. zero entry heated pool was a big hit with the kids, Hope to go back next year!

Family Trip

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures show - everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was stocked with all you would need - the pans are not non-stick so make plans if you are going to cook meals. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was perfect for our family trip.

Small things

The check in descriptions are wrong on their website, and also in the rental agreement. We left early expecting to be there at the time of the agreement only to be told we couldn’t check in for hours later than the agreement said. They were able to get the condo cleaned quickly and in before 5 pm but things weren’t as clean as expected for such an expensive condo. Mold in the showers and in the kitchen sink were the worst things everything else was pretty clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was excellent! Beautiful, large and clean. The outdoor furniture was the best I’ve even seen in a condo. I would consider renting again but our group is growing and we will need one more bed. I will be keeping my eyes on this condo for sure! Only issue we had was the ice maker at the wet bar was out of order. We did report it and told them fixing for our stay was necessary because the fridge also had an ice maker. Right as we were about to leave the condo maintenance arrived to check on things. I’m sure it’s been take. Care of.

I’ll comment on what I care about most in condos: Comfortable beds, clean, great balcony furniture, fast ice maker, super host company (Bender), great deal, easy walk to convenient store (Pier 33). The only miss was not having measuring cups or a cookie sheet. We worked around that. Great trip!

A Week In Paradise!

Loved this condo! Great location! We enjoy sitting on the balcony, and this unit had comfortable patio furniture and a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that the bar area has an ice-maker and blender. We’re definitely coming back!

Spring Break 2025

We had a great week! The condo was in an awesome location for our family. We enjoyed being able to have the door open and hear the ocean, and getting to the condo was a breeze. Awesome amenities, a really great place to stay!! Will definitely be back!

With 3 teenagers, this condo had everything we needed and offers gorgeous views of the Gulf! Comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you need to make meals from the condo when you just want to chill rather than go out to eat. You can even grill poolside! Very clean and well maintained as well as the entire building. The deck is large with comfortable furniture. We will definitely be returning to this one! Customer service from Bender is top notch too! Close to the pier and good restaurants and shops! PERFECT!

Girls trip

Property was great. Got hung up in tropical storm Francine so balcony was great to hang out on! Only little complaint was beds in front bedroom to the left of entry, the beds were NOT comfortable. Also both front bedrooms could use something to block out the light coming in from hallway. And maybe a few more rolls of toilet paper, LOL!!! But overall a great place a definitely would stay again and recommend!

Great Short Weekend Trip -June 2024

Impressed w decor - very nice furnishings w tasteful beach themed accessories. Nice touch - small plugin nightlights - helpful for kids & elderly grandparents. Kitchen fully equipped - even some spices/P&S. Enjoyed our stay - will stay again.

Family Thanksgiving At The Beach

Phoenix Gulf Shores did not disappoint. Beachfront Condo with good amenities and a great view. We really enjoyed our few days' stay here and hope to revisit in the future. We would also recommend this property to a friend or relative. There were a few items that could have been done better. First off, before check in we had to purchase a parking pass and were not told this until the day we arrived. Not a huge deal, but in my opinion, this should be included in the initial fees for at least one car and not presented, surprisingly, after the fact; especially in one of the nicer properties such as this. Upon arriving to the unit, the first thing we noticed was the kitchen floor was not very clean. We had to give it a sweep. Also there was one burner on the stove that did not work. It seems the control knob (far right) was torn up and since we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner this was a small problem. Overall though, the kitchen was well stocked and had the dishes and utensils we needed for a big meal. The unit, overall, was nice and well appointed and we would stay there again in the future.

Amazing family vacation

I was impressed with this property from the parking garage all the way to check in. Once in our condo I was beyond impressed it was everything it listed and more. Not one thing needed fixed or called about. I have been telling everyone how wonderful this condo is. I just can’t say enough. Thank you for letting us stay
