Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 12e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 60 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et un 50 "TVHD dans la 3e chambre, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un King dans la 2ème chambre et deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

The unit was spotless, spacious, and comfortably fit our group with three generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms — no one ever had to wait!The views of the Gulf from the large balcony were stunning — we spent every morning with coffee watching the waves and every evening with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset. Being right on the beach made it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day.The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the living space was beautifully decorated yet cozy.Also, he BBQ grills by the pool were super cleanI can't say enough good things about this place!

This was our second stay in the unit. The entire property is clean and well maintained. Easy access to restaurants (you can even walk to a coffee shop across the street…huge bonus!). No complaints!

Beautiful location and the condo was just as beautiful as advertised. Would definitely stay there again. Needed some things like TP, paper towels, disgwasher soap and the like but the place was outstanding!

Gorgeous Condo

The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for 9 people. The only complaints were that the jets in the tub didnt work like advertised in the description, and there is no communication with the owner/manager.

Amazing property

Best condo we've ever stayed at, spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The building is in a great location, the amenities are wonderful, the elevators are super fast, the parking was convenient. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The indoor heated pool was nice and warm, as well as the two hot tubs. The outdoor pool and slide are not heated but my crazy kids still used them (March visit) and loved it. There was an extra ice maker in the bar of the condo and that was SO nice to have. I would give this an 11 out of 10 if possible.

Beautiful Condo

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. Second time we have stayed at the Phoenix & we love it. Condo was clean, spacious, 12th floor was great, nice balcony, right by the elevator, plenty of towels, cold air, kitchen supplies, extra pillows, and extra blankets. We had a great time and would love to stay there again. We had a family of 5 and family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach over 40 years and this was the most we have paid for a room. However, it was worth every penny. The large rooms and baths, extra-large balcony, nice furnishings, and indoor heated pool for our toddler grandson. Extremely happy with entire complex/unit. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. The only downside was we were unable to access the boardwalk area due to Hangout Music Festival takedown but that was not any fault of the Phoenix Gulf Shores property. The takedown was still going on the 5 days we were there.

Feb in Gulf Shores.

Fabulous property. Location right on the gulf with tremendous views. Within walking distance to restaurants. The property is tastefully decorated, stocked with everything from a Keurig to baking pans. Plenty of room so we were all comfortable. The grandchildren came for a week and enjoyed the pool, tv in their room and own bathroom. Would definitely love to stay here again.
