Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 14e étage donnant directement sur les piscines extérieures de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour et nous offrons le WIFI GRATUIT! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et un 50 "TVHD dans la 3e chambre, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, deux lits Queen dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre et un canapé-lit pour 12 personnes.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

The unit was spacious with a great view. However, there was black mold around the vents in all 3 bathrooms. Upon arrival there were 6 black mold moths in the master bed and bath that we had to kill before we could sleep. One of the matress covers on a bed in one of the secondary rooms was shredded.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fantastic! The photos matched the space exactly, and it was just as beautiful in person. The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.The check-in process was seamless and very easy. I received timely and helpful notifications leading up to the trip and on the day of arrival, which made everything smooth.The only minor downside was that we needed to purchase extra paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic amenities during our stay. While the listing mentioned these items were provided, we didn’t realize there wouldn't be additional supplies. Also, being so close to the beach meant sand was inevitable, and although there wasn’t a broom or dustpan, we were glad there was a vacuum available to help keep things tidy.We really appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear available for use — such a thoughtful touch! We even left a few items behind for the next guests to enjoy.Overall, our group had an amazing time and absolutely loved the condo. We will definitely be booking this specific condo again for our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Summer Birthday Trip

The unit was exactly as described. There was nine of us and we had plenty of space. The ease of access to the beach is definitely a plus. The family also enjoyed the indoor pool when there was rain. Location is perfect to get to the shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Sand in my Boots stay

The property was very close to the venue. We were able to walk. The condo was very clean and had so many amenities. The view was my favorite! The beds could use new mattresses but that is the only concern. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great condo!

My husband and I brought our 15 year old son and 2 of his friends here over Easter. The condo was great! Lots of space, ideal location, fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great space but bare bones

The unit itself is spacious and exactly like the photos. It is lacking basic things like coffee filters, or even a sponge to wash dishes. The management company leaves the absolute minimum soap and shampoo for a day, same as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plan on bringing everything. Parking desk closes at 530 and management company did not respond to emails while there. Overall good place but be prepared. Neighbors upstairs were also pretty loud but no one on site to deal with it we could find.

Family Labor Day Vacation

Overall great stay. Condo was a described. Plenty of space to spread out. Typical Amenities towels, dishes etc all in good shape. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Couple of minor unpredictable issues handled quickly by owner! Complex neat and clean. On site staff not very friendly but minimal interaction with them so no big deal. Gate locks could be replaced lots ppl struggled with them but that’s no fault of owner. We would definitely highly recommend This rental and stay there again for sure!

All in all, great place!

Family Galore

Where do I begin...my husband and I have grown children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We needed a condo with large living spaces, large kitchen, pool and on the beach. To say we were pleased with our stay is an understatement! This condo was AMAZING! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, and it was immaculate! There were more than enough dishes and cooking utensils; the kitchen was large enough for many to be in there cooking at the same time. The bedrooms were lovely, and the beds were amazing! An added feature was the "Beach Closet" where the host had beach chairs, sand toys for the kids and many other items we could use at the beach during our stay. The slide at the pool was a hit with our grands and great grands!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely re-book!

Don’t rent in the Summer

The overall property and amenities are very nice and lived up to the reviews and my expectations. The unit was furnished nicely and was very spacious. With that said, I think it is important that anyone interested in renting this unit understand that the maintenance of the unit as well as the management company are subpar! Let me explain. On the final day before our departure, the unit’s air conditioner stopped working. I informed the property manager (Michael) of this problem and the first statement was not “tell me what happened,” but rather an accusation that we had left the slider open and the unit is now frozen up. I told Michael that we had not left the slider open and that the unit was not frozen, up but rather the condensation drain was clogged - verifying my statements with pictures of the air conditioners A-Coil. Michael told me that he did not have a technician to look at the unit and that no one would be called until tomorrow. I told Michael that his lack of action was unacceptable and that I would provide a negative review. He again said he was sorry. At no time did Michael attempt to immediately address the issues presented to him. He did not offer to move us to another unit, bring fans in, etc. He did nothing!!! This is not the type of uncaring property manager that you want to rent from. I am thankful that we were there in May rather than the later hotter months of summer as it only got to 78 degrees in the unit. Spend you money with someone else.

Kicking off the Summer with a beach vaca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo, the facilities, and the view were top notch. The furniture is in great shape and very comfortably fit our party that was staying. The owner was exceptional with communication, I was able to text during our stay with questions and they were answered promptly. My only small/tiny complaint because overall our stay and the condo were amazing would be the amount of essentials provided, it was bare minimum to say the least. We arrived early evening and barely made it through with the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, baby bar soap to wash hands to the next day when we had our grocery pick up. Leaving two rolls of TP, a bottle of hand soap in the bathrooms, a few trash bags, and a weeks worth of dishwasher pods is a small gesture but will go a long way. Overall the stay was great, and we can’t wait to go back.
