Get ready for an unforgettable beach retreat at this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo, perfect for families of all kinds. Accommodating up to 6 guests, Island Tower 1803 offers the ideal setting to relax, create lasting memories, and escape the everyday hustle and bustle!
As you step inside, you'll find 1,621 square feet of inviting space to call your own during your Gulf Shores, AL getaway! Relax in the cozy living room, while enjoying your favorite TV shows. Nearby, the dining area offers four bar stools at the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family-style meal, including a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning routine. Be sure to savor your coffee while soaking in the breathtaking Gulf of America views from your private balcony!
The master suite features a luxurious king bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower and jetted tub. Step directly onto the balcony from the master bedroom to take in the stunning scenery. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and its own balcony access. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds along with a private bathroom.
When you're ready to head outside, enjoy the beautiful beachfront pool or take a stroll down to the beach. Prefer to stay indoors? Take advantage of the indoor pool, fitness center, and sauna for ultimate relaxation.

Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $45 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and HANG the parking pass on your rearview mirror in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
