Idyllic Holiday Properties est une petite entreprise de vacances sympathique qui offre un service honnête et efficace à nos immeubles locatifs privés situés dans des emplacements fantastiques sur Anna Maria Island, sur la côte du golfe de Floride. L'île a 7 miles de belle plage de sable blanc de sucre où vous pourrez voir les pélicans plonger, les dauphins jouent et la course ibis.

Nous avons 6 propriétés sur l'île, y compris notre Beach House, qui, comme son nom l'indique, est située directement sur la plage donnant sur l'océan, et nos 3 cottages situés à seulement 200 pieds de la plage et bénéficiant d'une piscine de forme libre avec cascade.

Toutes nos propriétés sont joliment rénovées, confortablement meublées et équipées de tout ce dont nous espérons que vous aurez besoin pour passer des vacances parfaites.

Seahorse Cottage was perfect and fit all our needs. Close to the beach, great pool, and the accommodations were very nice. We both would have preferred a firmer mattress on the bed but that would not stop us from visiting again. Idyllic Holiday Properties was very easy to deal with and Liane had excellent communication skills in planning for our trip. Debbie, the Property Manager in Anna Maria, was also very quick to respond to texts while we were there. All around, a great experience and a beautiful island. We will be back!

The location was perfect!

When this one says “close to the beach” - they mean it! This little spot is perfect for an Anna Maria getaway and is literally steps from the Beach access off Spruce Ave. The local property manager was extremely responsive to questions and she even helped us retrieve some clothing mistakenly picked up by the cleaning crew. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location for Stay

Location was excellent! Could use some updating in the bathroom & kitchen, but was manageable for the two of us. Location was perfect for our stay on the Island this trip!

This property is on a nice quiet court, and a quick walk to the beach. The beach access is ideal, and still has that quaint feel to it.

The Seahorse Cottage is just as advertised - clean, cute, great pool and close to the beach. The owner/property manager made everything extremely easy. We will be back!

Kicked Back and Relaxed

We had an awesome stay at AMI… Love this place … was secluded and a very short trip to the beach for awesome sunsets … we spent most of the days by the pool and evenings on the beach … walkable to some places and short drives to awesome restaurants .. Would highly recommend

Seahorse cottage AMI

The cottage is cute and very close to the beach. Walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and out. The attached cottage, shell I believe, connecting door can be locked but you can hear neighbors is they are loud (we were lucky to only hear them on our last night). Heated pool was very nice.

This house was perfectly locatedd just steps from the shoreline, and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Being able to walk to catch the free trolley made our so easy. We'll be back.

Perfect Vacation

This cottage is exactly as described and is a perfect getaway from the crowded beach scene that some parts of this area are known for. The location is ideal with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach at the end of the road. The part of the beach that this location grants access to is clean and with lots of space to stretch out. The property is perfectly maintained, the pool was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The property managers were very responsive and excellent to deal with - the most responsive I have interacted with through VRBO so far. Overall this was a very memorable vacation and this cabin was certainly central to the experience.

As advertised Could use more parking, my daughter came for the day and a neighbor had a fit about her parking beside the rental.. Not on grass but on sand and rock... Other than that and heavy traffic we had a great time..

beautiful beach

Really nice time, super easy walk to the beach. Walkable to a few stores, very laid back neighborhood. Not the place to go if you are looking for night life. it was perfect for us and our 5 year old. The cottage was clean and comfortable. definitely not luxurious, with a little bit of updating on appliances, sofa, and bed, cottage could be super cute. Don't want to sound like I'm downgrading the cottage because I don't mean to. We got what we expected and had a wonderful time.

Very pleasant

Nice Cottage but 3 issues. No iron available. TV was the smallest I have ever encountered at a rental property or hotel room. Front and side doors were mostly glass with a sheer fabric as a curtain. Anyone walking by could see right in. I had to drape towels over the door for privacy. Everything else was great.

Perfect Getaway

The cottage is nicer than it looks in the images. It's very sweet and simple. It's a two minute walk onto my favorite beach in the world, and close enough to walk (or bike: easy to rent) to stores, restaurants and coffee in the morning. The pool area is very private (from public/ but shared with other renters in the compound) I didn't get to use the pool area due to weather. When I had an issue, the property manager and owner were very attentive, kind and ready to problem solve. Which I appreciated. It was a perfect spot to relax on AMI by myself.

Awesome location!

The beach cottage was bright and cheery and a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. You could see the path to the beach and even a portion of the beautiful Gulf standing in front of the cottage looking down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the pool was very nice. I would recommend a couple updates. New beach chairs are needed. There was only one sturdy chair. The others were very flimsy. Also, the owner definitely needs to invest the money to convert to a key pad lock instead of a lockbox with keys. Keys are too easy to misplace and a hassle to keep track of. When taking the keys with me to the beach in my beach bag, I forgot to take them out of my beach bag and put them in my purse, so when I went to supper I was locked out of the cottage when I returned. Thankfully, there was an extra set of keys on the property, but you had to deal with another lock box which was in a dark place where there was no light to see what you were doing. Thank God a friend who was staying somewhere else was with me and she had a light on her cell phone because mine didn't. Overall, I would stay here again, but not until they get keyless locks!!

Disappointing

The pool was only clean 2 days of the 6 that I stayed. The kitchen has an very old kind of gross dresser that holds the silverware etc. There is a page in the instructions book that says dishes are not sanitized upon arrival. The contact person is not kind and acts put out by any questions. My last nights stay a burglary alarm was going off in the unit right next to me. I tried contacting both people via text and phone call from 9:15 pm until midnight. I sent an email trying to contact the owner. NOTHING. That nights bill was $250. I fell asleep finally at 4am with a pillow over my head. All I got the next day was an apology and told thats never happened before. I asked how they could make it right and there was zero offer from anyone for restitution. I will never stay at one of their properties again. I’ve stayed on AMI the past 5 years and never experienced lack of hospitality before. This was very disappointing.
