Bienvenue à la Villa Pura Vida, gérée avec fierté par North American Standards (Nasplaya). Votre villa spacieuse de 4 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bain est située dans la communauté fermée privée de Playacar Phase 1. La maison se trouve à seulement 100 pieds de la plage et offre une vue sur l'océan depuis la suite principale et 2 terrasses sur le toit, y compris des vues depuis le jacuzzi sur le toit.

De plus, lorsque vous louez chez Nasplaya, vous louez à une société de gestion immobilière professionnelle ayant plus de 11 ans d'expérience à Playa del Carmen. Vous aurez un accès gratuit à notre concierge bilingue qui pourra vous aider à surmonter la barrière de la langue. La maison est divisée entre 3 niveaux avec la suite de maître sur le deuxième niveau avec lit king et grande enveloppe autour, vue sur l'océan terrasse avec chaises longues. Puis au troisième niveau se trouve une autre terrasse avec vue sur l'océan, celle-ci avec jacuzzi. Le premier étage de la maison se vanter 2 chambres et le salon principal avec des chambres cuisine, salon et salle à manger.

La piscine se trouve sur le devant de la maison et est orné de plus de chaises longues, et construit dans un espace barbecue.

Great location, nice place

We loved being able to walk to fifth ave and having a safe location in a great neighborhood. However the master bedroom is hard to sleep in as the air conditioner light is so bright. Also there is no tv in the main room living room and the Jacuzzi had no water in it so we couldn’t use that.

Casa Pura Vida Playa Del Carmen, Mexico

The property is very neglected. The picture does not reflect on how it looks now, by the way, it is not in front of the sea. We texted the owners ahead to ask about it, and they apologized saying that they had not yet updated their website. They had plenty of years to have done it, since the house built in front of their pool view of the sea was constructed some years ago. They also advertise about the jacuzzi on the upper terrace. It is broken thus empty. But we paid for it, correct? The stove has no exhaust fan,one can tell it was taken away and the empty space has no light.Try to cook on that dark corner or have the smells come at you! Our chef had to bring the food pre-cooked from her house. Living-room and upstairs curtains are tattered with rips on the edges so are some bath towels.The house is not white and painted outside as the picture shows and the once lovely wooden beams in the entrance have not been kept and protected with varnish from the ocean's humidity.They also state satellite TV with and apple TV control.There was no apple TV control, only wires and in another room, not even batteries inside the control. There was only 1 channel and in Spanish. It was sad to see a great house with good quality tiling and cabinets being so abandoned by its owners. Against the wall behind the house is their junk disposal: old abandoned refrigerator, old broken chairs. By the way we had two broken chairs in the dining-room area. The owners have three houses and this one is the most neglected one, according to my conversations around. It gave the impression to us that they are leasing it just to make the most money they can, at our naïve expense, and probably plan to sell for demolition. No garbage bin, so we had to put our garbage bag on other people's bins which had one neighbor eventually laying his bag in front of our house and the next day we had spread dirt because animals ripped ours. On the last two days a brand new bin arrived but we rented for ten! Being client of VRBO for its high standard houses, I can guarantee that Pura Vida is not a VRBO quality property. Did we love Playa? Oh yes, and we found other houses to return to in October. Saul, the manager tried his best, Betsy the chef cooked typical Mexican food all the time since their menu is mostly catered to Americans with a Mexican twist. We visited The Mayan Temples in Chichenitza, had an amazing dinner at Porfirio's and enjoyed savory margaritas. Oh! Their pool is very clean!!

Not really "North American Standards".

The house is extremely well located, walking distance to town and all the restaurants and the beach. The only gripe is that the house is a bit tired: tattered curtains, no dishwasher, microwave does not work, cookware is sub-standard. Also the house only comes with one bath towel per person, and no extra blankets. The house could be great if it was only lightly renovated and the management company was not so stingy.

Comfortable peacefull getaway in Playa!

We stayed with our 6 kids and one son-in-law. The home was comfortable and spacious. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to downtown Playa. The property manager was amazing.....fixing a few things while we were there and making a dinner reservation for me when my phone would not work. When we come back to Playa, this will be our first choice!

Best Place in Playa Del Carmen

Perfect location with great views. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Less than a 20 Minute walk to downtown Playa Del Carmen. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Plus the amenities were top notch. I would go back in a heart beat. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful!!

Let me start off by saying thank you so much for the exceptional service and kindness the property manager, Miguel gave us. The home is amazingly beautiful, located right next to the beach. The photos don’t do justice, its spacious, with large rooms, and the terrace overlooking the beach was pretty sweet, not to mention the top floor with the Jacuzzi, we couldn’t be happier. The condo came super equipped with everything you may need. Simply perfect. Communication with the manager and property owner was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend to stay there, you will not be disappointed. We also had few of our friends over that we’re equally impressed. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you once again for making this such a wonderful experience being it was our first time to Playa del Carmen.

Spacious Ocean View Villa with Rooftop Jacuzzi - Villa Pura Vida

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Pura Vida. We loved the proximity to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. When we felt like eating in there was a well appointed kitchen. the rooftop jacuzzi was a big plus. Would love to return and stay here again.
