Located in the gated community of Playacar 1, where flowering gardens are shared with ancient Mayan temples where the indigenous made their rituals before crossing to Cozumel island.
Villa Tambuuco has 6 bedrooms. Cuija, Tizoc, Pilon, Palomar, Master bedroom and the Master bedroom 2 , all with a hammock, king bed and AC.

Villa Tambuuco, a big stone house with the elegant atmosphere of the bygone years of last century before WW2 , with a mediterranean style and high ceilings, the fresh breeze of the carribean sea flows within it.

The common areas at Villa Tambuuco are the main living room to read a book, send some emails or play a tune at the piano. The dining area where Lupe can prepare breakfast or bring a chef for lunch and dinner. Two terraces to enjoy the sun with coffee. The ping pong area next to an outside bar. A pool to listen to some music with a nice cold beer under the sun. The Master room to watch a movie or do some serious work, it also can be used as a office/study room to working groups, and finally a Rooftop to get a tan or watch the sunset as the day ends. We are the highest house in Playacar, so we have the best view!

Villa Tambuuco provides their guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, all bathroom supplies, ping pong table and bicycles so you can roll around town on a sunny & breezy day.
