Accueil au bord du lac sur le magnifique lac Crescent

Belle maison au bord du lac sur le lac Crescent immaculé dans la région des lacs Sebago. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet un plaisir optimal sans parler de la vue sur le lac depuis chaque pièce. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils. Planchers de bois franc brillant partout. Chambre des maîtres au premier étage et deux chambres supplémentaires surdimensionnées au deuxième étage. Il y a une mezzanine au deuxième étage qui a un canapé-lit pleine grandeur pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Grande terrasse donnant sur le lac et la cour où se trouve un foyer extérieur pour les feux de camp d'été. À seulement quelques pas de l'eau où il y a un quai privé et un flotteur de natation. WiFi partout et smart tv sur les niveaux de vie principal et à l'étage. Laveuse et sécheuse aussi.

La maison est juste en bas de la route des sentiers de randonnée populaires et à un court trajet de quinze minutes de Windham, dans le Maine, où il y a des stands de crème glacée saisonnière, un mini-golf, des restaurants, des magasins et plus encore. 40 minutes à Portland, Maine et 40 minutes à Freeport, Maine (maison de LL Bean).

Fantastic!

Our family just returned from a wonderful week here. Brendan has thought of everything, and the lake is quiet and gorgeous. We enjoyed fishing and swimming, and rented a small boat to explore the small lake which was just the right size for us. The Good Life market was a good source for sustenance, and nearby walks were also lovely. The best part of the house is the view through the stunning windows, and all else was also perfect.

Maine memories 2023

My family and I have been renting lakefront properties for over 16 years and by far all agree this was our favorite property! There is truth to the saying “pictures don’t do it justice”. This home is simply gorgeous! Brendan is the easiest, most responsive and accommodating owner I have ever worked with! Everything about this home is perfect; the windows in the living room give you a breathtaking view of Crescent Lake. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The bedrooms are spacious, and each have a window with a view of the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and found several sand bars where we were able to anchor in and enjoy hours of floating. The fishing was some of the best we have had, we caught several 2+ lb small and large mouth bass as well as pickerel. There are the loons galore and many special sightings of a Bald Eagle that spends hours perched in a tree directly across from the dock. We took away many memories that will last us a lifetime and all agree that we will definitely return to this property!

Everything as promised and more

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this experience. The house was everything it promised with a beautiful view from the kitchen and living room large windows. Super clean! The house is outfitted with everything you could need from kitchenware to extra blankets to entertainment (tv, games, canoe etc). Morning coffee looking out at the lake everyday was a joy. It rained a lot the week we were there but we still enjoyed being cozy and warm with a view. Lots to do around Raymond, Windham and Portland. Communication with the owner was easy. Neighbors were friendly. We hope to return for 2 weeks next year.

A perfect week on Crescent Lake!

Our family of six adults had an amazing week at Brendan's lake house. The house is very clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Brendan is very responsive with answering questions and supplying information on local restaurants, hikes, etc. We enjoyed time on the water every day...floating, kayaking, paddleboarding. We watched the eagles on the island and heard the loons. Then smore's on the fire pit and playing games at night. This was our second stay at Brendan's lake house and once again we made so many great memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and property with us -- It is truly a magical spot and we hope to return again!

Idyllic Spot on Crescent Lake

Mary and Gail stayed here. We had an amazing time at this lakeside house. The setting was gorgeous. Not only was the house steps from beautiful Crescent Lake, perched on a slightly terraced lawn with a stunning vista, but the charming home had colorful gardens throughout the property. The house was immaculate, furnished tastefully and equipped with absolutely everything we needed, from head to toe. The best part was the the living room which had floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the lakeside vista. We were greeted by Brendan, the owner, who could not have been nicer or more charming. During our stay, he even checked in with us via email to make sure we had everything we needed. And if that wasn’t enough, he even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy while sitting on the deck, watching and listening to the loons at night. A perfect house, location and host.

Perfect lake getaway

Everything from start to finish was top notch. The booking and check in process were a breeze thanks to Brendan’s open communication and availability. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Getting to the lakeside area was a little tougher for us with a 2 year old and a newborn, but that is beyond anyones control. Would definitely book again.

Exceeded Expectations

We had a great time! The house was immaculate. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. There is plenty of room. The living spaces are comfortable and cozy but also modern and well appointed. Plenty of outlets. Internet service was great. I had to attend a Zoom meeting one evening while everyone else was on their devices and it went perfectly. The Bald Eagles were fun to watch and listen to. The parents were there along with an adolescent who was just gaining his independence. The lake was clean with clear water. I kayak fish and was out at 5:30 each morning. There were very few other anglers in the morning. Plenty of good size largemouth bass. I caught a 4.98 lb bass about 90 feet out in front of the dock. The dock is new and spacious. The canoe was fun. We paddled out for an hour or so each day. There were loons that were very comfortable with us being on the water near them. Got lots of nice photos. Brendan is a fantastic host. Everything you could possibly want for a family or couples retreat is provided and well maintained. We would definitely return.

Amazing Stay!!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house nestled in the woods! Brendan is a wonderful host. He responded promptly to any questions we had while we were there. Before we arrived, he gave us information about the property and check-in procedures Brendan also provided lists of local restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails, and boat rental places. We experienced a flight cancellation that caused us to get to Maine two days late. Brendan was kind enough to provide an extra night stay for us. It meant so much to our family! The house has absolutely everything you need to settle in for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are so comfortable. There are two areas to stretch out and relax in at the end of the day. The property is so peaceful and quiet. It is surrounded by beautiful trees. The sound of the loons during the day, and at night is amazing. We were also treated to frequent visits from a beautiful eagle in the afternoons. Our family can't wait to come back to this beautiful spot. Thank you Brendan!!

We didn’t want to leave

My family thoroughly enjoyed every minute at this house. Starting from the great communication with Brendan, to the house, to the location, we didn’t want to leave! We stayed over the long Labor Day weekend and rented paddle boards and kayaks to supplement the canoe that they had at the house. We were out on the lake all day. The house had every amenity we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can’t wait to go back!

Pristine Lake and Eagles and Loons

This is our 7th year spending a week in Maine, each visit a different lake and property. Brendan’s responsiveness, cleanliness of the property, and access to delightful swimming and canoeing in Crescent Lake earns 5 stars. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming platform and the chance to fish. We saw bald eagles and loons and enjoyed hiking on the nearby trails. Sebego Lake is close by so we took a day and rented a pontoon and anchored on the sand bar. There’s plenty to do on and off the property. Highly recommend!

Lovely place!

This is a thoughtfully designed, constructed, and furnished house. It is special, spotless, and clearly loved. Located at a sweet spot on the lake with privacy, views, and serenity. We will miss the stars at night and birds in morning. Recommend paddling to Panther Pond, day-tripping to Popham Beach, and eating ice cream at the Mosquito. Will be back :)

Wonderful week on Lake Crescent

We spent a week here and had an amazing and relaxing time. Our kids age 7 and 9 loved spending every minute swimming in the lake! The house was lovely, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking and grilling! The lake itself was really nice and quiet, and very warm for swimming. Neighbors were friendly, and we spent most evenings sitting on the deck enjoying the view! Our only minor complaint was that the beds were a bit too firm for us, and the upstairs bedrooms got quite hot at night since there is no AC, but everything else was very comfortable! Overall it was an amazing rental and we would love to come back next summer!

An absolutely serene property. We enjoyed fun-filled days of kayaking, fishing and swimming. The house is pristine and owner super responsive and welcoming. Would recommend a stay here to anyone and hope to return!

Beautiful, upscale home on Crescent Lake

This is a beautiful home with amazing views of the lake from every room in the house and outside on the multi-level property (there were both sunny and shady areas). The water was very clean and a perfect temperature for swimming. The floating swim dock is a great plus! There is easy entry into the water for swimming or launching kayaks, either by the main dock or at an opening to the far right of the waterfront. We enjoyed exploring the lake in our kayaks, watching the bald eagles on the island across the lake (thanks for the use of binoculars!), ladder ball tournaments, having meals on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The home is newly updated with comfortable furnishings, clean and well maintained. The open concept first floor had plenty of room to spread out for our family of six. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Brendan was very responsive with all of our questions. He supplied a list of restaurants, hikes and other attractions in the area. There's a Hannaford grocery store in Raymond about 15 minutes from the house, and a couple of other small markets (check out the Good Life Market!) We also loved the Mexican restaurant and Mosquito Ice Cream! This was our first trip to Crescent Lake and what a hidden gem it is! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation week. We would definitely like to return to this little piece of paradise!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

The house is beautiful and spacious with cool breezes coming off the lake in July. The house is new/newly updated and everything is well maintained and comfortable. The lake is clear and there is a sandy shoreline with pebbles and small rocks making swimming and boating quite lovely. The owner communicated all details accurately and in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and friendly. We had a great week at the property and will return in the future.
