☼ Belle escapade au bord du lac Maine ☼

Notre belle escapade au bord du lac Maine offre tout le confort moderne dans une maison traditionnelle de style camp de trois chambres située sur la rive du lac immaculé Sabbath Day, un lac situé à 1,5 km dans la région des lacs Sebago. C'est notre deuxième saison.

Profitez de la vue imprenable sur le lac depuis nos deux ponts, notre tout nouveau quai de 20 pieds, salon, cuisine et chambre des maîtres. Nous avons un quai privé sur le front de mer privé et une plage privée partagée à quelques pas de notre association de propriétaires.

Profitez de la baignade, la pêche, le canoë, le kayak ou tout simplement vous asseoir et écouter les huards et chercher nos aigles à tête blanche. Les commodités modernes comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi, un lave-linge / sèche-linge, un four micro-ondes, une télévision 50 pouces et un petit espace de travail. Cuisine et salles de bains récemment rénovées.

Nous avons deux kayaks, un canot et deux cannes à pêche à votre disposition.

Vous ne voudrez jamais quitter le camp, mais si vous le faites, nous sommes à seulement 24 miles de Portland, 17 miles de Freeport, et à quelques minutes du Maine Wildlife Park, Sabbathday Lake Shaker Village, Pineland Farms, et l'Oxford Casino. Nous sommes également à quelques minutes des terrains de golf, des boutiques et des restaurants.

Relaxing Time

We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Maine. The house is beyond stocked with all that you need for your week - beds were comfy and the view of the pond from the master bedroom was stunning. Great location to day trip to Freeport and Portland.

Fantastic Stay!!!

Traveled from New Mexico to visit with my son. I was looking for a place which would be near my son's residence giving us a centralized place to meet. It was just a few minutes away from my son's residence. House served all our needs and was clean and neat. Beautiful views from windows and deck. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great Lake house

We enjoyed our time at Sabbathday Lake. Great Lake view with kayaking. Saw an eagle and loons. Great ice cream on the other side of the lake. Nice clean accommodations. Would highly recommend.

Great location

Great stay in Jerry and Robyn’s cabin on a quiet lake. Enjoyed evening kayak and proximity to Portland, Freeport, the animal park and the Shaker Village. Hosts incredibly helpful and responsive.

Gorgeous view any season.

A piece of paradise

Our family had a wonderful stay at Camp Serenity. Communication with the Silverman's was top-notch and the property is exactly as described. It had the best stocked kitchen out of all the rentals I've stayed in and the HOA beach access was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and chances are, we will be back.

Beautiful!

We came to Maine as a family to celebrate the life of our mother who recently passed. She loved to travel and experience new things and would have adored the lovely lake and cottage. It was fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.

Private yet close to amenities

Compact cottage with everything you might need and more. Plenty of towels and extra supplies. The beach is shady and the water is nice and shallow for small children. We especially appreciated the air conditioning upstairs and downstairs and the both the king and queen beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were quick to answer our questions about the fishing tackle and we loved seeing the hummingbirds on the window feeder. A nice bonus was the $10 lobster rolls from nearby Hannaford and our daughter in law got to see a moose for the first time at the Maine Wildlife Center.

Beautiful getaway

The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. The home, it's location, and all it's included amenities we're just perfect. The owners were extremely responsive. It was particularly wonderful for nature lovers like ourselves having access to a canoe and kayaks and a waterfront space, as well as being nearby many outstanding hiking locations. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

We loved staying here!!! It was quaint and cozy which is what we expected. The lake was beautiful! The fishing wasn’t good but that can’t be controlled. Jerry was great with communication. This camp was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. It made for a fabulous 2 weeks in beautiful Maine.

Great vacation.

This is an outstanding lake front property. It is well supplied, very comfortable, with a sandy beach, and great location. We had a wonderful stay. I had to drag the kids out of the lake most days. And thank goodness for the AC over that HOT weekend the east coast suffered through. It's a cottage I hope we can stay in again. Thank you

As expected!

Great place with a well stocked home. The lake is beautiful. While outside, the road is noisy except at night. It has its own kayaks and canoe, life jackets and fishing gear.

Great house - great owners. All the bells and whistles.

The Silverman’s were incredibly responsive and offered some great suggestions for fun activities in the area. The lake is beautiful and the canoe and kayaks really helped us explore. AC in the House was useful (hot patch in late August) and we explored Portland and Lewiston for dinner as well as taking a hike at Pineland farms. Thanks, JD

Another wonderful vacation

This cottage is well provisioned and a pleasure to stay . Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The lake is warm, well done Jerry. Grandkids really enjoy staying at this property. Activities and shopping close by. the only problem is having to leave after two weeks. Thanks again.

All We Hoped For!

The location was perfect, we specifically wanted to stay on Sabbathday Lake (SO clean!). Everything was smooth, both check-in and out. We were pleasantly surprised by how fully stocked the rental was, from plenty of towels to everything you could think of in the kitchen. The tiniest of things but we couldn't find any trash bags, no worries at all, we left a couple for the next guests! The owners obviously have thought of everything for their guests, thank you!

Everything we needed

Clean comfortable bedrooms and baths. Well stocked Kitchen that we utilized to it's fullest. The dock was to shallow to fish off of but, it would be good for swimming with kids. I did catch a nice fat brown trout off of the common dock/beach area. He's still waiting for the next lucky fisherman.

Beautiful location

Sabbathday Lake is beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck watching the day begin, and we got some great sunset shots as well. The house is very clean, very well stocked, on a private cul-de-sac with a community beach for the residents only. There is no private beach. The dock and decks are wonderful. We were surprised that the rooms are rather small and we didn’t know about the narrow, steep staircase to the master bedroom. We were very pleased with the fully equipped kitchen. Overall, the house had everything we needed and we were very happy. We even heard the loons!

Nice Lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and responded immediately. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, and then some. There was comfortable seating in the living areas and the beds were also very comfortable. It would be awesome if there were less tree cover in the back so the view of the lake was more clear. But sitting on the dock was a beautiful view. Neighbors kept to themselves. The hosts kept a great binder of places to visit / restaurant recommendations in the area and we relied heavily on that when looking to venture out. The Maine wildlife park was amazing. My daughter loved it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing stay on Sabbathday Lake

My husband and I just spent the most relaxing week at this property on Sabbathday Lake. We enjoyed coffee outside each morning on the dock or the upper deck, we cooked dinner on the grill a few nights, and bought lobsters and steamers at the Fisherman's Net in Gray to cook at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and more. The lake is very peaceful, and while the house is close to neighbors we did not see a lot of activity. Those neighbors that we did see were very friendly. The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable, and our host was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay there again. Overall, we had a great week! Thank you Jerry and Robyn for opening up your home to us!
