Récemment rénové pour 2019: Harborview Hampton Cottage! "Up The Beach"!

Bienvenue à "Up The Beach"! Ce chalet 3 chambres à Hampton Beach a été entièrement rénové pour 2019, y compris la climatisation centrale! Douche carrelée et comptoirs en granit. La vue depuis le pont arrière est incroyable. Vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder la rivière pendant que les bateaux vont et viennent. Couchers de soleil fantastiques. Vue du feu d'artifice. Tous à distance de marche du sable et de toutes les commodités qui ont fait la réputation de Hampton Beach. Le chalet est situé dans une maison unifamiliale, synonyme de paix et de sérénité - ce à quoi les gens viennent à la plage.

"Up The Beach" dispose de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Un salon confortable pour regarder les Red Sox sur la télévision à écran plat et un porche à l’écran avant pour jouer aux cartes ou discuter avec la famille un soir d’été! Tout est flambant neuf, des électroménagers en acier inoxydable aux matelas neufs. Le pont arrière donne sur le port et dispose d'une grille à gaz pour les repas en plein air et les cocktails entre amis. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure pour rincer le sable de Hampton. Vous vous sentirez vraiment chez vous dans ce confortable chalet au bord de la mer!

Beautiful cottage with the best of both worlds

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The cottage was just as pictured and was so peaceful and tranquil. It was a great escape at the end of the day, yet still very convenient to the beach and the boardwalk.

Great place right near the boardwalk

House was awesome! It was very close to the boardwalk and on a quiet dead end street - best of both worlds. The beds were not the most comfortable, that was the only downside.

Nice Location

Overall the vacation was great. Having Central air was very needed as was very hot the whole time. Great view of the marshes from the back deck. Outdoor shower was extremely usefull.

Perfect for our family

“Up the beach “ is an amazing hidden gemeverything in the description is right on. My Family and I enjoyed everything about it all the amenities and especially the view from the back. Its was quiet private clean and spacious, and gave us a beautiful place to be together. Great communication with Marybeth and Tim. We’re very thankful Wood recommend us anyone that would like it. Beautiful place to stay.

Clean, cozy and well decorated!

What a great place! A hidden gem! A short walk to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the strip when you want to wind down from the day. The cottage had plenty of room for our family of four plus a friend for each of our teenagers for a couple nights. The backyard is amazing, so peaceful and quiet. So many different birds to watch throughout the day and being able to kayak the marshes was an added bonus. Marybeth was very responsive for the one question we had. We would definitely rent again! Amazing Escape!

Just returned from a fantastic getaway for our family of 4. Even though the home sleeps 7, we found that having the kids in their own room afforded everyone with some relaxation and privacy. The house had everything you needed from the time you unlocked the door for the first time until you closed it upon departure. Decor was fantastic and the home was very clean. The best part of the house was the location. Quiet neighborhood with marsh views all day long and literally a 5 min walk to get to the boardwalk / beach. The best of both worlds. Even without a washer and dryer, we were able to easily get to a laundromat midweek without any issues (or crowds). Thank you again for a wonderful escape.

Stunning Stay!

I have been coming to Hampton Beach for 35 yrs and have rented at various locations. This location is nothing short of stunning! Easily the most beautiful, comfortable, stay I have ever had at Hampton. The location is perfect - away from the hustle, making it peaceful and quite at night but just a short walk to the beach making our beach trips super easy with a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old in tow. The view was incredible. The listing was exact as stated, even better actually! The central air was a savior during the heat wave. Even having the two TVs with kid channels was a life savor. To top it off, the neighbors were wonderful! I could go on and on how great this place was. It was home away from home. I can not thank Marybeth enough for sharing her property with us and hoping this will be our forever vacation home.

The host was very pleasant and the property was wonderful. My son returned from military service to spend a week bonding with his infant daughter. It was a memorable week.

Perfect cottage and area

We’ve been going to Hampton for past several years, staying in differing areas and rentals. Last year we found the area we prefer but needed a better rental and this year we found the prefect cottage in the area we love. The cottage is cozy and clean and updated nicely with lovely beach decor. The central air was a big plus and the back deck was the perfect place to relax. I appreciated having the grill and the kids appreciated having an outdoor shower! A short walk up to beach and main strip, we didn’t need to use car at all! We really enjoyed our time this year and look forward to returning to this perfect spot again! Thank you!

Fantastic Cottage!! Great Host!!

Our stay was amazing! This is our 8th summer staying at HB. We loved the cottage! It is very clean and well decorated! The game-changer is the outdoor shower, so helpful coming from the beach. The location is close enough to walk to everything, but really peaceful and quiet when at the house. Our hosts were always quick to respond and extremely kind and helpful. It couldnt have been a better week at HB. Cant wait until next year! Jeff and family

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY! Short walk to the beach

PERFECT!!! Best way to describe our stay. The cottage was absolutely adorable, so much better in person than in the pictures!! It is just so cute and beautifully updated and we loved the beach decor! Loved being able to sit out on the deck with my friends and son and watch the sunset while we ate dinner. Never did we eat indoors. Kitchen was well stocked...only thing that was missing was a strainer as we cooked mac and cheese and potato salad, but we managed. My son and I sat on the front porch while we watched the fireworks that they were having on the beach. My son and I loved the outdoor shower. It was perfect to wash off before going in the house. 5-7 minute walk to the beach. It was just perfect! We have already talked about booking it again for next year. Marybeth was great!! She was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Cannot wait to go back!

Beach with family

The house is beautiful and as described. The owners are excellent to deal with - extremely caring and responsive. We loved the location- quick walk to the beach - sun all day on the deck. Great view of fireworks from the deck too. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely loved it.

Up the Beach is the perfect family get away!

Super fabulous experience renting this charming cottage! We were a family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The cottage was great for space, walking distance to the beach and comfortable for any down time. (Naps, movie’s and snack time.) The neighbors were kind and generous. The marsh views are gorgeous! We would come back in a heart beat! This cottage is the perfect getaway!
