Creekside View - Grand condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain de plus de 1050 pi2!

Plus de 1050 SF! Ensoleillé et lumineux deux chambres deux salles de bains, cuisine complète, grand salon, blocs condo creekside du centre-ville de Salem. Vue de Mill Creek de chaque chambre et salon et grand balcon donnant sur la crique. Parking couvert réservé. Trois pâtés de maisons du centre commercial Salem Center Mall, cinq pâtés de maisons de la capitale de l'État et six de l'Université Willamette.

Avec la vue sur la crique, vous vous sentez comme si vous campiez, mais avec la commodité d'être dans le centre-ville.

La buanderie est le petit bâtiment situé près du carport qui est séparé du bâtiment principal par le trottoir. Il existe un code pour accéder à la blanchisserie et il est répertorié ci-dessous. Il y a deux laveuses et deux sécheuses et le bâtiment vient de réaménager la pièce pour qu'elles soient aussi neuves! Nous fournissons des dosettes de détergent à lessive (sous l'évier dans la cuisine.) S'il vous plaît laissez le conteneur dans l'unité et ne pas prendre à la buanderie.

Very comfortable stay

The condo is very spacious with a lovely deck overlooking the brook. Makes for great white noise to sleep to. We walked to dinner and grocery store. Parking spot was private. Overall a great spot for our family having a convention at the fairgrounds nearby.

We all loves this cozy condo, with the river running on back of condo, enjoy the patio wild listening to the river running ans a few raccoons wondering around, inside large rooms and the living room sofa comfortable..we didnt use the kitchen but very clean with everything in it..definitely will be innour list..a bit of issue with parking and wasnt able to reach renter at time but we figured it out

LOVE the creek.

Was very relaxing and quiet. Would be a 5 on everything butttt...the parking is a little lacking. OK for one small car. The creek made things all worth it. Had business at the fair grounds...was VERY close and easy to drive to. Thanks for the enjoyable stay. Even with being a apartment, bottom floor, was very quiet. Would stay here again for sure.

The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the creek is nor how close the house is. Comfortable beds, black out window dressing, and babbling brook make for a great night's rest.

Weekend visit with niece

We only stayed 1 night but the condo was well supplied and comfortable. Off street parking was a plus. Location is really a don't know as we only spent the night and did not explore the area.

Graduation Visit

Great landing spot for us to participate in our child’s UO graduation. Located midway between family in Portland and Eugene, we avoided the UO crowds and lodging costs while enjoying Salem and the amenities close to the condo. The accommodations are comfortable and the creek sounds are refreshing. Hosts are very communicative.

Who knew Salem had such a perfect spot

A beautiful spot right on the creek, so peaceful after a long day at work. Feels like you’re at a camp getaway with all the comforts of home. This is in a main neighborhood of Salem, but that was perfect for us. My teens loved the space and quiet and we really enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and fireplace. I’m sure the deck would get a lot of use in warmer weather. Beds are very comfortable. The condo is kind of old school and I really enjoyed that.

Hosted Thanksgiving for 9 family members. Comfy, clean, cozy. Big table and large living area provided room for us all without feeling cramped. Enjoyed the Roku? Smart tv. Played our board games. Beds were comfy. View was nice. Having two bathrooms was.nice. ample closet space. Nice place.

A little sketchy

The neighborhood was a little sketchy with the homeless population. The unit was fair but needs some attention. Internet was very slow. Beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. Had an issue on our last night from the upstairs apartment. No fault of this unit. Owners were very responsive and offered to refund part of the stay. The creek was nice and peaceful.

Comfortable, clean and exactly as advertised.

Communication with the property owner from the very start of our booking was fantastic. The check in instructions were incredibly accurate and helpful. On arrival the place was immaculately cleaned and stocked with all of the amenities you need. Listening to the Mill Creek while sitting on the patio was one of our favourite things to do at night. We planned on parking and walking during our stay which worked out fine. It is just about a mile to the majority of the downtown dining and entertainment locations. All in all a fantastic stay at a great place. We’ll likely be back often.

The host were able to answers all questions that we had. The property location is beautiful. Few suggestions: bathroom shower curtains need fixing. Kids found dead bugs in bedroom. The microwave had a stain and needs cleaning. The owner should do a full pest control. Loud walking noises were noticed due to apt being on the ground floor.. Please clean the deck area.. so renters can enjoy sitting in the patio. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Unsafe Area but Clean Condo

I could not stay there! I felt very unsafe. Homeless people sleeping on sidewalk, which was disclosed in listing; however, it sounded like someone kicking in a door after hearing him yelling “is anybody in there” a few times. I notified owner asking for reassurance that I should be safe and he replied that he disclosed the homeless problem in his listed. I left immediately!

What a wonderful place!

Pay close attention to the very detailed instruction the owner sends. We did not and had trouble finding the parking. But that was totally on us!!!! Once we found parking and got inside, the home was lovely. We texted with the owner who was so nice. She helped us out navigating around town. The unit was well stocked with amenities including popcorn and oatmeal - nice touches! It was wonderful to sit on the balcony in the morning and drink my tea while watching the bubbling brook. The condo is adjacent to a lovely neighborhood with adorable houses and beautiful yards. Walking around the neighborhood was a delight. We took other walks to the capital building, the university and the old town. All easy and very enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I are both originally from the area and returned after college. We have a young son and an older German Shepard. We no longer live in the area but own several properties there and have a WONDERFUL management and cleaning team!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this property when we first saw it. It is such a unique setting of being right on historic Mill Creek. This immediate area is where Salem truly started and just down street is the site of the original settler Mill. This is a mid-century modern building that was built in the 1964, it is VERY well maintained and well-built with unique stone aggregate siding. It is not a new building but it is well built with large units and an amazing location right on the creek. All units have been updated, but please be aware of the age of the building as some people have commented it was older. It has a lot of character that you do not get in a modern building.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Location, just a few blocks from the Willamette University, the Oregon State Capital buildings, the Willamette River, Downtown Salem and about 1 mile from the Salem Hospital. Large units which all have a view of the creek!
