Ended up being just my son and I for a baseball tournament so we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well run. It was a little far from the elevator but right next to the stairs so it was an easy trip up and down to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I'd recommend this condo and Holiday to those looking in the Destin area.

An experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming for the past 25 to 30 years. Very disappointed this trip. Stayed in 301 at least three times in past five or six years. We reported. filthy sofa, DVR not connected in master bedroom, dead bugs in bowl in kitchen, dirty sheets, possible dried blood in master bedroom sheets. washer dryer worked part time. dirty towels and dirty dishes left from prior renters. These complaints were written up by Front Desk. But no repairs at all we’re done while we were there. Very disappointed. This unit is in severe need of updates , repairs, and cleaning. It would be very hard to refer anyone to the unit that we stayed in until it has the needed updates and cleaning and repairs . The staff was absolutely fantastic. All employees were fantastic.. In all of these years, I have never had any complaints on this property. But feel this needs to be addressed. And certainly was not worth the expense that this we paid for this property .

Great Spring Break for the Family

We enjoyed the stay, and the condo had a beautiful view. It was very clean, but it does need new mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. Overall, everything in the unit worked, and I would recommend it.

October vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club for many years. Our unit, 303, was nicely furnished and had a great view of the ocean. There was a TV in the den and bedroom. Nice chairs on the balcony. We used the steps to get to the beach because the elevator was a little way from our room. The desk clerks were extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was an extra bonus.

2/10 Horrible

Not the what I expected

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to say the room was not I expected when me and my best friend rented the condo. The pictures were very misleading! Everything was old and certain things were dirty for instance the lamp shade, the tub was clogged the first day we got there, old tv’s cable went out for an entire day and many rule's that I felt were unnecessary ! I will not be renting here again!

10/10 Excellent

Nice stay in 303

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not our first stay at HSRC, but our first stay in 303. It was a nice unit with a beautiful view. The room is right beside the stairs so it’s an easy 2 flights up and down to get to the pool, beach or your car. If you need an elevator, it’s a long ways away. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. I slept incredible on the bed closest to the windows, the other one wasn’t as comfortable. Also, the shower pressure in the shower was wonderful! The living room did feel a little crowded and made it hard to get into the dining room seats. The kitchen was missing frying pans, but when I called to the office they had a brand new set waiting for us. They now need some utensils that won’t scratch though, or they’ll be ruined. Overall it was a nice stay. We’ll be excited to try out another unit on our next trip. We love the location and amenities of HSRC and will definitely be back.
