Une maison victorienne familiale récemment rénovée, située dans un quartier très diversifié où vous pourrez vous rendre à pied aux cafés, restaurants et parcs. Le quartier est un vélo amical. La chambre est située au niveau inférieur avec un deuxième accès pratique / sortie qui mène à un patio très confortable, exclusif et relaxant.
La chambre est très propre, confortable et moderne. partager le bain et la cuisine avec une autre personne qui travaille de longues heures .. La cuisine et la salle de bain se trouvent au même étage.

Our accommodations were great. Cozy and comfortable. We just had to cut our stay short due to personal reasons. Our host Francisco was the best! Very attentive, responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Adorable Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very walkable and the property was secure with easy street parking. When visiting Boston we will definitely stay here again.

Great Spot

Was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host did a great job of prepping the space for us on arrival. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine. Easy check in. Short walking distance to the Green St T station and multiple bus stops on Washington St, so it was really easy to get into the city. Would stay here again for sure.

lovely space, great neighborhood

The place was perfect for me - I wanted to be in Jamaica Plain and the house is well-located. It's a basement apartment, nicely finished, with ample heat and kitchen/bathroom facilities. Very kind owner - I highly recommend staying here!

Property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and extra toiletries, had an excellent kitchen and pantry area to buy snacks if needed. Owner was very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would recommend to friends

Quick stay in Boston

Great location, felt safe, enjoyed outdoor sitting area. Inside was cozy. Can’t think of anything we didn’t have. FYI-read street signs, I didn’t & they street clean 2&4 Thursday of each month. We used public transportation to freedom trail, aquarium, Fenway. Always enjoy Boston.

I had a little trouble with the combination locks, but Francisco was very responsive and friendly. I stayed in a cozy basement suite with a kitchen and bathoom, with a large shower. There was a fan, plenty of light, and an array of snacks. Quite pleasant.

Perfect Service and Acute Attention to Detail

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this property. The neighborhood is delightful and close to the train. The place was perfectly clean, and I was very impressed with the attention to the smallest detail. What meant the most to me was the communication from the property owner. Instructions were timely and very thorough. I really appreciated the checkins at points during our stay. The owner showed great care in our satisfaction. Thank you for a great stay!

Stay in Basement

Ok even though it was a basement it was nice but the only complaint I have as that we had to drag our luggage down a spiral staircase to the basement which was a little challenging to if they are going to rent to older adults they may want to let them know this before locking in your stay as we are physically fit and if your not could be a problem maybe show a picture of the stairs so they will know if this is for them or not

I sent messages after your check-in, mid-stay, and prior to your check-out to ensure everything was going smoothly and to offer assistance. I apologize if these didn’t reach you or if there was any difficulty during your stay, as I would have been more than happy to help. Regarding the stairs, you bring up a great point. While the room is designed to be comfortable with its own private bathroom and kitchenette, the spiral staircase can be challenging for some guests. This is why I generally do not recommend the space for families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns. I will certainly consider including more details about the stairs in the listing, including a photo, to ensure future guests are fully informed before booking. To start off with we were supposed to receive our check instructions on September 8 which we did not receive. On September 10 I emailed Francisco and informed him that I was not getting my emails regularly and I gave him also my phone number and asked him to text me the instructions on how to check in. On September 11, the day we were supposed to check in I called him at 2:13 PM and he returned my call at 2:19 with the check-in instructions after that or communication was fine On Thursday, my car was towed because it was parked on the street that they were cleaning that day We did not arrive there till late on Wednesday and did not see any signs about the parking It was $168 towing and penalty for parking. There should be information about the parking on the street and alerting you to the street cleaning and towing at the rental property. We were not the only guest who were towed that day a mother and daughter who were from Columbia were also towed The other issue I had was with the TV. All you could do was stream programs. I did call Francisco up and he responded but was not much help He told me that after people leave that he noticed that they can get regular television like ABC CBS and NBC, but we tried everything under the sun and could not get The stations we wanted to watch Francisco cannot help us because he said he does not watch much TV. My rating for this place is a seven because of the issues that we had Or otherwise, it would be a 10

Property is in Jamaica Plain close to the orange T Line for easy access to Boston Downtown. Francisco is the perfect host and although he doesn’t live in the property, was always available. Even provided us with English breakfast tea and cookies . We had the downstairs room which was large and comfortable but did lack natural light. Overall we had a lovely stay
