Fantastique maison avec piscine communautaire, en plein cœur de Port Aransas!

Dans l'ajout populaire de Spencer Landing, cette maison d'angle de premier plan est une retraite SWEET, et «a tout». Flambant neuve sur le marché locatif, cette maison de plage de deux étages dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, deux espaces de vie et 16 couchages. 504 Spencer's Landing est la "pierre angulaire" de cette subdivision, avec l'emplacement parfait "en ville" entre 11th et Station Streets. Il est juste un court trajet en voiture de la plage via Sandcastle Road, ou une promenade encore plus courte à travers la rue de la piscine communautaire. Professionnellement décorée en 2015, la maison dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles et de la literie, de 4 télévisions à écran plat, de lecteurs DVD et d'une connexion Wi-Fi. La maison est conçue avec un 3/2, un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine à l'étage, et un 1/1, un salon en bas. Les couchages sont super! Il y a un roi dans le MB, reine dans le 2ème BR, 2 ensembles de lits superposés doubles dans le 3ème BR (tous deux en métal robuste), 2 canapés-lits queen-un à l'étage et un en bas, et 2 lits jumeaux dans le 4ème BR en bas. De plus, chaque chambre a un placard spacieux pour toutes vos affaires. La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec "nouveau" tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin, et il y a un deuxième grand réfrigérateur en bas pour toutes vos boissons supplémentaires, la glace et le poisson que vous pourriez attraper. La maison a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, un barbecue, une douche extérieure et un abri couvert. Il y a beaucoup de parking privé dans l'allée pour les voitures et un bateau, ainsi qu'un parking supplémentaire désigné sur le côté de la maison. Un grand porche avant offre une vue sur la piscine, beaucoup d'ombre et les brises de l'océan. Une entrée sans clé offre une sécurité supplémentaire, un enregistrement et un départ faciles et aucune clé à suivre ou à perdre. Love the location and community pool. Conveniently located to everything in town. House is very clean and big enough for our annual adult trip. This was our second year to stay at this house.

Host responses were slow. Location was okay. Bottom bedroom not being connect to the rest of the house was a bit inconvient and made the hangout spaces smaller. There was a mattress cover in the livingroom when we arrived. Location is okay, little to far to walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved staying here! The room was FREEZING which was great! Lol it was clean well kept plenty of room the pics don’t do it justice! Will deff be rebooking with them in the future! Highly recommend!

The two refrigerators were a great plus for all the food and drinks the family had during the stay. We held the family dinners and breakfasts here. The kitchen is well stocked. Would recommend this home for any family.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including the Keurig. All it needs is a larger BBQ grill. I could only grill 4 burgers at a time.

Great house for large gatherings

My wife and I stayed at the "Flip Flop Stop" with a group of friends for a beach getaway. There were 10 adults total and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a bed and there were two left over, not including the pullout couches. The house was super clean when we checked in and it had everything we needed. One couple stayed in the downstairs bedroom. They said that it was a little warm, but not miserable. The main living area upstairs is very spacious. When we were up there hanging out, it never felt crowded even when everyone was up there. The balcony is a great spot to hang out. Plenty of room up there. The beach is close, but probably not walking distance if you're carrying a bunch of gear. Great house overall. We'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful roomy home

We arrived for our family vacation right at 4pm for. Check in and there was garbage left in front of the house and had a dirty bbq pit. There was also empty bottles laying outside as well. The inside of the property was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. Rooms are large and roomy. There was plenty of towels and extra blankets a linen for use. The downstairs rooms were kinda plain. Nothing special like the up stairs area which was very well decorated. I feel the downstairs was just an after thought of a space. Also the room downstairs would make more sense to have a full or queen beds with a bunk bed as well. Over all the place was very nice. And the location was perfect.

From the get go until we vacated we were kept well informed. Easy access, just give them a call and you’ll receive a text for entry codes and other info regarding your rental. Flip Flop Stop is very accommodating if you have a large group, corner unit, 3 vehicles and 3 carts, no prob with parking, lots of amenities,coffee pot and a keurig! well kept, clean. I’ve read some reviews stating the room downstairs was to warm but didn’t find it to be at all. Air conditioning and fans were perfect. The floors in this room are cement so you may want to consider when deciding on choosing your rooms especially if you have little ones. Great location! I will most definitely rent this property again🙂

The kitchen had everything you could need, cupboards all labelled, a big pantry for storage. There were lots of towels, linen and the beds were comfortable. Great location. Port A Escapes is really one of the best management companies. Easy to deal with and very responsive to calls.

We spent two months this winter and found the home to be very clean and equipped with everything needed to let you know the owners and management company really care about their renters. Plus it’s in a prime location . I can’t thank Port A Escapes enough for keeping us informed and staying in touch during the unexpected and extremely unusual hard freeze that kept the power off for days. Anyone staying in Flop FLop Stop will be happy with their choice. Enjoy!
