This Bass Lake house is absolutely amazing! This is the 2nd time our family has stayed here and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Bass Lake. The pictures do not do this house justice because it looks even better in person. The owners of this property are amazing as well and are very responsive to any questions their guests may have.

My family of 6 adults and three children stayed at this lovely home in August 2025. It is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed house with a nice backyard for kids' play, grilling, and ping pong. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and bathroom, and a 4th bunk room will sleep four kids, or two adults and two kids. (Bottom bunks are full-size.) Being up against the hillside allows for excellent wildlife viewing! The first morning, we saw a gorgeous buck on the hill. The next evening, a young brown bear came to check out the BBQ area. And last, we saw a big black bear and many other woodland creatures. The hosts were very responsive to our questions by text. The house was within close driving distance of Falls Beach and the town of Bass Lake. We also visited Yosemite, only a 30-minute drive to the south entrance and Mariposa Grove at Wawona. We had a great time on pontoon boats, and the dock was convenient for pick-ups and drop-offs; however, parking is challenging. The home is in a quiet, peaceful, and excellent neighborhood for relaxing at the end of an active day. We highly recommend this home for your vacation if you don't need to be within walking distance of the lake. BTW, you can identify the rooms by the beautiful artwork. The master (king bed w/onsuite & soak tub) has a horse and a steer picture, the mini master (queen w/onsuite/shower) has a fawn picture, and the third bedroom (queen w/bath tub & shower across the hall) has a bear picture.

Beautiful Home. Would stay again.

Great home and would rent again. **If renting because of slip it is in a spot with really zero parking. They’re building a huge mega mansion near the entrance and trucks take up the parking. There are also ‘no parking’ signs posted. We parked anyway but we didn’t stay weekend when it’s taken over by golf carts and you’d be stuck.

Amazing Bass Lake Cabin

We had such a wonderful time in Bass Lake and this place is absolutely amazing! It was stocked with everything we needed and fit our two families perfectly. Great location and the boat slip access was awesome as well. I’d highly recommend staying here to anybody looking to go to Bass Lake!

Outstanding stay in Bass Lake

This property was great for a family stay of a week (6 adults, 3 children (9, 6, 4). Very nice layout for the group, with ample room for everyone. Photos were exactly how it looked. Great kitchen and family room. The backyard is super, with covered patio, nice grass area, and a ping pong table. Hosts were super responsive. There was a slight issue that they fixed right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House

Home was clean and updated. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were nice as well. Well stocked with games, movies and books. We enjoyed our stay at Bass Lake.

Great memories at Bass Lake!

We stayed with our kids and grandkids for a long holiday weekend, it’s a wonderful place for family! The owners were very responsive and kind, the home was large, very clean and comfortable for all 11 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The grandkids really enjoyed the bunk room and the giant beanbag.The highlight of the long weekend was going to the snowpark near Fish Camp, all the grandkids had a blast!We have stayed at Bass Lake before 3-4 times and this is by far the best home we’ve rented! Thank you!

Great Place for a Large Family

This is a great place to stay for a large family/group of friends. Location is excellent and owners are very responsive. Have stayed at Bass Lake for 30 years - this is one of the best places to stay!

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful home in a gorgeous setting. Close enough for a day trip to Yosemite, easy short drive to the boat slip and great local restaurants. The kitchen and outdoor area were perfect for family dinners and outdoor fun. Hope to return :)

Summer Staycation

It was perfect! Being from Fresno, the drive was short so more time to play! The house is beautiful, clean and family friendly. We just brough our own food & clothes, everything else was there! We spent 1 day at the lake and the rest of the time at "home" enjoying our staycation. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Thank You!

We went up for Easter and had the best time. The house has the best kitchen to gather in and cook. It is fully loaded with dishes, spices, pots and pans, etc. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with everything you need. All in all a great house to rent. We will definitely be returning.

A Perfect Retreat at Bass Lake - 5 Stars!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can't express enough how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, every aspect of our stay was nothing short of five-star quality. First and foremost, the property was the ideal size for our group of 12 guests. It provided ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. The layout was well-thought-out, offering both communal areas for group activities and cozy corners for more intimate conversations. The linens and towels were of high quality, and the showers were luxurious and easy to use.The well-equipped kitchen allowed to prepare meals together. The outdoor space provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation:) The warm and inviting decor of the house added a special touch to our stay. The attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. It's clear that the owners (Jason and Kristen) have put a lot of thought and care into creating a space that offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality. They were very accomodating and responsive. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway! :)

Amazing home in beautiful location

A really luxurious and beautifully kept house. It was a pleasure to arrive and stay. Easy and helpful communication and support from the hosts Kristen and Jason before and after we arrived. Perfectly located for our 5 day holiday. We loved bass lake and 2 day trips to Yosemite nearby.

Wedding Weekend

This property is absolutely beautiful. I have stayed at many places, but never have I had a place look better than the photos, and this one did just that. The kitchen was very spacious, and that was perfect for my needs, as I had to finish decorating a wedding and grooms cake. We had 12 ppl and everyone had plenty of space. I can't wait to stay here again.

A place to stay with a large family

It was so beautiful this home had everything this house had plenty of space for all of my family my family enjoyed stayThe neighborhood was so quiet and friendly. It was beautiful. We were right down the street from the lake. Any time we need anything we picked up the phone and there were someone to assist us in any needs that we need it if I ever come back to bass lake this would be the place I would come.

Just Perfect!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. The house is incredibly clean, spacious and perfectly nestled in the Bass Lake community while conveniently close to venturing into Yosemite National Park. The home very comfortably fit 6 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen and outdoor space are wonderful. Kristin and Jason were fabulous hosts with very clear and accommodating communication! Can’t wait to visit again!
