Il y a 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée, (1 x lit Queen et 4 lits simples), une salle de bains et un salon pour les enfants. A l’étage, la chambre principale avec salle de bains attenante, un spacieux salon ouvert, une salle à manger et une cuisine donnant sur un grand balcon avec barbecue.

La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée avec une table de cuisson électrique, un four sous plan, un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes.

Perfect location in Point Lookout…. Easy walking distance to everything. House has a great layout, and kitchen well equipped for a good cook up. The yard is fully fenced. Decent laundry. Very comfortable stay for a multi generational family!

The beaches were amazing which were in walking distance too The house itself was well kept and housed 2 families comfortably . Ray white where extremely helpful throughout the whole stay

OK stay but needs some love - we wont be back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have stayed at this house but we wont be back. We thought we would give it a second chance unless the first year was just bad luck, but it appears it is the normal. The house is located in an area where many local tradies live, so noise starts early - if you want to sleep in forget it. Many are also owner builders so that noise continues when they are at home in the evenings and all weekend. The house itself needs a makeover as many things are old and in need of upgrades (ie: couches, rugs). The upstairs bedroom ensuite shower doesn’t have a wall mount so you have to hold the shower head and wash one handed. Impossible for washing hair. The downstairs bathroom shower is in the bath - ie: difficult for anyone with mobility issues and quite slippery. It can get very warm upstairs in the summer. The upstairs lounge has no fly wire on the windows or doors to the deck, so the house is usually full of flys and other insects. Many of the insects get stuck in the windows near the ceiling and die in the many spiderwebs that line the windows. The downstairs area could do with some comfortable furniture to sit on and a desk or table to work at for those who work remotely. The bedrooms have fans but no airconditioning. The upstairs airconditioner is in the lounge and makes little impact to cooling the bedroom at night. The upstairs bed was comfortable and the house has ample plates, cups, bowls, etc. It is quite basic but mostly clean. The yard is safe for dogs although we didn’t let our dogs go to the side area out the back as it was full of dog poo and unmaintained. The back and front yard was also full of cigarette butts from a previous tenant. Summary - OK stay but needs some more furniture and love - we wont be back.

Reviewer Comments: Our recent holiday at Samarinda Green was good, the location was great, the house is a great size and fairly well equipped, however some items such as all of the cookware need to be replaced. We could not use any of it and had to purchase foil trays. There was no dish scourer or sponge, which are pretty basic things that should be supplied. The lounges need to be cleaned and the windows with all the cobwebs and dead flies/bugs are the worst we have ever seen. The yard and the concrete areas need attention, a simple mow and leaf blow would make it so much more appealing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great holiday in Samarinda Green. The floor plan of the property was great to have space from the kids. It’s a nice quiet st so the kids could ride their bikes around without the worry of traffic. The big grassy area across the road and the sand hill provided hours of entertainment. When we arrived we informed the real estate about the cobwebs and 100’s of flys that were in the windows which they fixed straight away which was great. We also let the know know that the heater/ air con upstairs didn’t work and all the pots and frypans were scratched to the point they should not be used to cook anything. It was disappointing that neither of these issues were able to be resolved in the 10 days we were there. The water pressure was also so low that while running the bath there was no other water available for any other shower or tap in the whole house. Same with the showers. Only one could run at a time or the other would turn off.

My parents and our children stayed in the rooms downstairs and had plenty of space, while we had the main bedroom with ensuite and enjoyed meals upstairs.The house is very open and light filled, with greenery out every window. Across the road is a reserves where there are koalas, roos and curlews.The house is managed well and I would like to mention the wonderful cleaners, who let us know when something of value was left behind at the house.The water pressure was low for showers, which is the only aspect that could do with attention.Value for money and fantastic location.

Cool and comfortable, spacious deck and internal living areas provided the ingredients for a very relaxing holiday. Kangaroos across the road in the mornings, curlews wandering through and a green tree frog on the deck. We were happy to have a safe spot there so our Golden Retriever could be part of the trip also.

The 2 levels were great as we shared the space with friends and it was great having the space downstairs for chill time and watching tv when others were cooking upstairs. Would definitely rent again. Beds and sheets high quality, apart from the 2 single beds which were very squeaky.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely perfect for a family holiday!!!Great location, walking distance to both popular beaches and local shops. It has a great floor plan with main bedroom upstairs and kids rooms down stairs with there own t.v room and bathroom. Fully fenced so we were able to bring our beloved dog Nelly who had a wonderful time also playing in the water at home beach. The kitchen was missing a few utensils and there was not many drinking glasses. Also a cloths dryer would of came in handy while we were there because it rained everyday and there was also no wi-fi password display anywhere.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family were extremely disappointed upon check-in of the state of the property - the presentation and cleanliness were poor.We expressed our concerns to the real estate and were told a cleaner would return to address our concerns - this did not occur during our 9-night stay. Beware - the property is pet friendly inside and out. This is evident with the animal hair throughout the house and in particular dining room/lounge room - so very disappointing. The mat under the kitchen table was dirty and full of white animal hair. The outdoor patio area was unusable. The furniture was broken and was covered in dirt and animal hair. The front door and carport also needed a clean.The roller blinds were dirty and, in some cases, needed serious attention. Several lights throughout the property did not work. The entire house would benefit from a clean and maintenance - windows, window ledges, cobwebs, etc.The kitchen was missing several important utensils and the crockery needs replacing. There is a clear gap of what you see advertised in the photos to what is delivered. We expected a clean, comfortable stay - this did not happen. We have stayed on Straddie three times in the last 9 months and unfortunately, we were let down on this visit.
