Cette maison de plage spacieuse offre de la place pour toute la famille avec une cuisine américaine, 2 espaces de vie, 4 chambres et deux salles de bains et demie.

Les caractéristiques de cette maison de luxe sont: grande chambre principale avec lit King et salle de bains, 3 autres chambres avec 2 lits Queen et 2 lits simples. Il y a aussi un lit simple dans le salon downsatirs permettant un total de 9 personnes.

La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée avec de la vaisselle, des couverts, des bols et de la vaisselle, une machine à café, un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond partout et la buanderie a une laveuse à chargement par le haut et un sèche-linge.

Il y a la climatisation dans le salon et le wifi est fourni.

Les cours avant et arrière sont toutes deux clôturées et le garage a un accès interne.

Such a great house - especially if you have a dog and/or a big group. It was such a nice touch to have the doggie door access to the secure yard. The 2 living areas were really useful when folks wanted to watch something different on the TV or have quiet time on one of the lounges with a book. The kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a holiday home - so much equipment, 2 fridges and the knives were even sharp. I can't wait to book again and stay even longer.

We loved Amalfi !!! One of the best stays on Stradbroke Island and the cleanest !!! Very well appointed - the kitchen and extras were a real surprise! Thank you - we will be back !!!

Great spot to stay

We were an extended family of 9 across 3 generations, plus 2 dogs. Short walk to the beach, central location. The house was clean and well stocked for dining and cookware etc. Plenty of space. Would definitely go again.

Perfect home for a large group or family gathering. The fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings and spacious layout of the home made our holiday experience a real pleasure. We would gladly go back to this property as it was perfect in every way.

house was clean enough recliner don't work tvs not working up stair lounge very worn needs up grading stove and dish washer needs up grading very thing is well used carpet in up stair lounge needs renewing had a smell to it we removed it and put it in the garage for the stay.Had a grate stay staddie is a great place

The house is immaculately clean with so many thoughtful things included in the kitchen. It doesn't have ocean views, but that doesn't matter as we love the space, the cleanliness and the atmosphere.

Huge and spacious house, pet friendly, but no ocean views

House is huge, spacious and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Ad states oceanviews but unfortunately the trees across the road have grown so much that they block the whole view from the deck (which was unfortunate for whale watching season). There was a partial view from the kitchen window, but defeats the purpose of booking an oceanview house where you cant see it from the main deck. Lots of stairs, which was fine for us, but FYI . Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of plus 2 fridge/freezers. Pet friendly houses are few and far between at Straddie, but this was a lovely modern house and great for pets (as long as they can walk stairs). The doggy door allowed access from laundry to the secured mini yard. We recommend this place, esp for a large family or group of friends / couples with their furry pets. Also, the Off leash beach is a short 3 min drive just down the hill.

Family Straddie stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and big which was great for our extended family, and great there was a fenced yard for the dogs. There is a very steep set of stairs inside though which made it very difficult for my elderly parents, and old dog to move around, and steps up into the house and down into the backyard, so if you have anyone with mobility concerns, this may not be the best place. Aside from this, it was well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and a short drive or walk down to the beach.

We had 2 families - 4 adults, 4 children and it there was plenty of room for everyone. This holiday home has everything! The kitchen is the most well stocked of any holiday rental I’ve ever stayed at - including cocktail shakers, beer coolers, heaps of platters, bakeware and every utensil ever invented. It has 2 fridges, great laundry and an excellent deck with big table and BBQ. This rental was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds really comfortable and rooms spacious. We had an excellent stay, and will be back!

Not so dog friendly

The cleanliness is very substandard. The lounge suite upstairs is broken. The BBQ had to be scrubbed before we could use it. Over 3 levels with no carpet on the stairs, I had to carry my small dogs downstairs to the tiny grassed area to do their business. There was a lot of dog poo left on the lawn which was very disappointing. It is a great house and well positioned. It just needs a good clean and some new furniture. I would not recommend it being pet friendly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Its certainly the cleanest place we have stayed in in over 20 years of visits to Straddie. The kitchen is very well equipped. But there are a few negatives, Like a broken window blind in the main bedroom that we had to cover with a Towell. The Barbecue was filthy as was the Tumble dryer. One of the wheelie bins had not been emptied and was full of maggots. No aircon in main bedroom is crazy with our humidity. No sea view as advertised and a lot of noise from street if you sit out on balcony. The biggest killer was the stairs, 28 up and 28 down. no good for small kids or old folk. we will not return.

Teenagers loved the space downstairs. House well provisioned with books, board games and kitchen had everything we needed. Took our elderly Border x Kelpie so it was great to have the fenced yard area for him. Deck area nice and elevated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's position was excellent as it was adjacent to a house where other family members were staying. Because of the young ages of the children, everyone had to stay on the middle & lower level. The master bedroom on the upper level was too far from the young children overnight. The inside was very clean but the external entrance steps and landing are not swept by the cleaners. Its a house better suited to families with school age children and above.
