112 Mooloomba Road est confortablement aménagé pour des vacances en famille et à seulement quelques pas des plages de Cylinder, Deadmans et Frenchmans, du Straddie Hotel et des commerces locaux.

La maison dispose de 2 chambres à l'étage (1 x queen, 2 x simples et 1 ensemble de lits superposés) et en bas 1 x queen. Avec une unité indépendante séparée en bas avec micro-ondes et réfrigérateur, cette maison est parfaite pour deux familles / couples ou ceux avec des enfants plus âgés.

Caractéristiques: Air conditionné à l'étage, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, salon à l'étage, salle à manger, cuisine ouvrant sur les balcons avant et arrière et les deux chambres à l'étage peuvent également accéder à un balcon. kitchenette, lave-linge à chargement par le haut, ventilateurs sur pied, barbecue à gaz.

Veuillez noter que la chambre, le salon et la kitchenette du rez-de-chaussée sont accessibles par un escalier extérieur et ne conviennent donc pas aux jeunes enfants.

Linge fourni pour les réservations effectuées après le 1/12/18, NB Les lits ne sont pas faits et le linge peut être à retourner à notre bureau lors du retour des clés.

This is a really nice place - clean, well-equipped, spacious, and extremely well located in its proximity to beach and shops. The only issue with the location is that, being so close to the road, the traffic is often very audible. It is also a shame that, given the price, the backyard is not fully fenced for pets, as that would have really enhanced the stay.

Fun place to stay!

This place looks like a cottage from the outside but when you go inside you have 2 good sized seperate living areas, that can suit a multiple of arrangements. Our family of 5 adults had a ball here, the place is unbelievably clean and it has a happy vibe to it. We had beautiful days having breakfast and lunch on the verandah and then playing cards at night around the dinner table. It is a very close walk to the beach for a swim, walk or meditate. It was also good value for money. We go regularly to stay at Straddie and will stay again.

Short walk to the beach and shops

Handy central location, close to shops and beaches. Great breezes, but there's fans and air con too. There's not much privacy due to the lack of doors (upstairs), only on the toilet and main bedroom. Mattress in the main bedroom was pretty good for several nights. The shower upstairs is 'something else', I had to kneel down to wash my hair. It was so tiny and plastic. Place needs a good dust and clean, there was a lot of sand under the rug! Furniture could be updated, what's there isn't very comfortable, but ok. Would have been great to sit on some decent chairs on the deck to take advantage of where you are. Busy traffic corner (cars & people) as there is beach access very close by. Nice garden in the back. Easy parking for multiple cars.

Great family home

This home is perfect if you have older children - with a separate self contained unit downstairs with everything you need. Didn’t have a/c down there, but good fans, and to be honest, the house was quite cool anyway so didn’t feel I needed it. We had 2 dogs, who loved exploring the backyard and going for daily walks down to deadman’s beach (5 min walk for a slow walker). All extremely well equipped, we stayed for 7 nights and the only thing we would have liked was a larger bbq. The one that was there was too small, for our family, so we didn’t use it. 3 fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - great! The only thing I didn’t like was the curtain covering the bathroom entrance rather than a door way or cavity slider. Felt a bit uncomfortable having grandparents and young children staying in the house with us also. General cleaning was good, bathrooms floors etc, however window sills, under couches, spiderwebs over flyscreen doors down stairs over the handles etc. maybe rodent poop on downstairs dining table. And ants in downstairs pantry all through the sugar etc. Also, hammock was very old and one of our guests fell through it when sitting down. would have enjoyed seeing some captions on the beautiful couple/family photos that were around the place. Overall an excellent location, walk to the pub, across the road to foodworks and fish and chips, and a few mins to cylinder/deadmans beaches. Would absolutely recommend :)

Great location and well appointed

The house is well appointed and able to cater for families with children of various ages. There are books, DVDs and board games and the kitchen is fully equipped. Whilst pet-friendly the back garden is not fully secure so you may need additional mechanisms to ensure your pet does not escape.

They had been to Straddie on a day trip prior to this and loved it, particularly my son-in-law who is from Switzerland. We really enjoyed the home at 112 Mooloomba Road. Loved the black and white photos of the owners? that gave the place history. My grandsons loved the print of knots and spent a lot of time practising them with rope that we fortunately had with us. A perfect location near to beach, shop, hotel, Gorge Walk, whale watching lookoutsl. Very comfortable home for two families. I hope we can rent this home again.
