"Absolute" est une spacieuse maison de 4 chambres au bord de l'océan de la rue Tramican. Vous vivrez sur le superbe pont dans les arbres avec vue sur Moreton. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse orientée au nord, idéalement située pour s'éloigner des enfants ou pour lire en toute tranquillité.

L'étage est le grand espace de vie décloisonné et 2 chambres et «retraite pour enfants» à l'étage avec salon, terrasse et petite table à manger. Les deux salons ont une télévision avec Foxtel et lecteur DVD,

Caractéristiques: 3 x chambres Queen (maître avec salle de bains) et 2 x lits simples et gigogne, 3 salles de bains, 1 baignoire, 3 toilettes. k itchen équipé avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four électrique et plaque de cuisson à gaz, 2 salons avec TV, Foxtel et lecteur DVD. ventilateurs de plafond à l'étage, Entièrement blindé, 2 ponts à l'étage, le m ain avec salon, décor extérieur, petit frigo bar et g comme barbecue. lave-linge, sèche-linge, parking et parking hors route supplémentaire pour un autre véhicule.

Linge fourni pour les réservations effectuées après le 1/12/18, NB Les lits ne sont pas faits et le linge peut être à retourner à notre bureau lors du retour des clés.

A great escape

We had the best time while we were there. We were close to the beach and the kids tired themselves out every night. It was excellent.

great spot for a holiday

we were initially very perturbed by the proximity of the other house on the block, esp as it's on the ocean view side! However, the view from the deck upstairs at Absolute is unimpeded and is just lovely. There was no-one staying at the house next door and we had a really peaceful, enjoyable stay. The house is well-equipped, comfy and in a great spot. We would definitely consider it again for a winter stay.

Good spot

Well positioned but overall the house is a bit tired. Barbecue drip tray was full of fat and inside cupboards a little grubby. Otherwise comfortable and a good stay

Reviewer Comments: "Absolute" is the Best, Most comfortable Pet Friendly Holiday Home, my teenage son have stayed in over the last seventeen years, of our yearly vacations on Straddie! Even my son, says how comfortable the beds are, & there is beautiful furniture as well and I love how the glass windows panes wind out, and they are all screened as well. This house does actually, have Absolutely everything, as well as Ocean Views from both of the Decks! As, well as comfortable lounge chairs in he lounge room, and a massive TV with Foxtel! Having the rooms downstairs and a bathroom with a bath si great for extra guests stay as well, as there is also a TV and lounge chairs available as well. I love the timber floors throughout & the ceiling fans upstairs are great! The furniture & BBQ on the main deck is great, as well as a bar fridge on the deck. Lovely ocean and surf pictures throughout, has a lovely Vibe and oceanic feel with the Blue hues throughout this beautiful Holiday Home. All in Point Look Out!. What More cold you ask for, I say!

Very spacious for group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great layout for family with teenagers - upstairs and downstairs lounges, plenty of room. Lovely view through the trees to the ocean, long walk down to the beach. Dog friendly - need to be locked on deck to contain them as any garden area is unfenced. Unfortunately the house needs a proper clean - particularly all of the windows/screens/blinds and kitchen. The lounge furnishings were also quite dirty, and the previous guest's dog hair was all over the outdoor furniture. The ceiling fans upstairs also need attention - they only work on very high and noisy, or barely moving speeds. Ray White were excellent to deal with - one of the pedestal fans did not work and they replaced it within the hour. Overall the house is good, but could be way better with a good clean and some basic maintenance.

Good layout of property with plenty of space for 2 families to be comfortable. Good location close to the attractions. Only really disappointing part was the property needs a bit of love as it’s quite tired and things did not work properly (eg. fans), floor boards weak in spots which could be a potential hazard if not fixed and the house needs a good deep clean - dead bugs and needs a good dust. Overall we did have an enjoyable stay though.

The house was comfortable and had various areas to relax, either together or away for some quiet time. I was not aware on advertising this property had another house in front of it located on the same block with one driveway and secondly, no fenced area for pets. Good beds however and all amenities available in house.

Good location, not clean

Good location and layout. The property wasn’t clean (dusty, extremely dirty windows and rangehood). There was no amenities - no soap in showers, no toilet paper, no hair dryer - very bare. If you are staying you need to bring all essentials and your own cleaning products. Property needs a thorough spring clean - not just basic level clean.

The Tramican st property was lovely with the exception of there being no dog fencing so impossible to keep dogs outside especially during storms and the property access is difficult due to a shared driveway

Good house for a family stay.

Large and functional house up the hill on Straddie. Very short drive to beaches. Nice verandah for evening relax and breakfast. Lovely clean comfortable beds, with three bathrooms. Good dining area in centre of house. A good downstairs area should you wish to have some quiet time. A couple of things lacking in the kitchen eg some containers and perhaps cooking dishes but overall well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Absolutely Fablious!

Absolute is a gr8 family house, if I had one criticism it would be the dirty windows, however overall we had a wonderful time.

Neat and tidy. We were surprised by the size and space.

Love the property and would stay again. The house was tidy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh and in great condition. The only problem we had was that we were yelled at by a neighbour at 11.45pm. We probably were a bit loud with our singing.

Good house but a few issues

Good house with lots of space, fair view, 2 TV rooms and foxtel, however it is a bit dated and not spotless. You need to get in car to go to the beach and/or shops. The real issue is that they are starting to build next door which would mean that there would be little peace and quiet and they can see right in to the bathrooms/ toilet! I recommend to check first on status of build next door before booking.
