INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen ROKU TVs with streaming channels for you to log into and cable tv through the Spectrum app! Two plush queen beds and a trundle bed with two twin beds that easily convert into a king bed. Two full, spacious bathrooms with shampoo and body wash for you to use.

GENERAL: Stackable washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board, fresh towels and linens, board games for extra fun, central air conditioning, and keyless entry.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Front porch and an outdoor fire pit area!

Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
