My friends and I were in town for an event at the Lyndon House Arts Center, which is right behind the townhouse. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable.
My husband and I took our 3 teenagers to visit my son at University or Georgia. The property was perfect- great location, very clean and quaint outdoor space. Would definitely return.
Les points faibles : Communication et exactitude de lâannonce
Nice Kitchen, furniture very uncomfortable
11 children would sleep comfortably but not adults. Upstairs has two bedroom and downstairs has two futons. There are extra beds but they are not coomfortable. If you are young and dont have any issues with back it should be fine. Back patio is very nice and there is a very nice kitchen and dining table. The front yard is overgrown in a way to help attract butterflies.

The interior was very cute, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The parking was very limited (as stated in the description) but this was a little problematic. The front âyardâ was a mess and made the property look sketchy from the front but the back, where you enter, was much neater and more welcoming. The steps inside are very steep so donât stay here if you have a problem with climbing stairs as both bedrooms are upstairs. But overall, this was a cute place in a good location.
We chose this house for our son's first year dorm move in at UGA and it proved to be quite convenient. Situated close to downtown, it allowed us to easily walk to shops and restaurants. All in all, it's a fantastic property, and we would definitely consider staying here again!
The condo was very quiet and just as pictures show. The location was amazing. The host was very responsive when or if needed. Very neat and clean. Everything was well organized. I would definitely rent again!
Having stayed on numerous occasions at various Athens hotels, this was an amazing opportunity to change it up! The property and unit was perfect for us as a family of five visiting our UGA kid. Everything was essentially walkable from the place. It is truly a neat place and really well put together. Definitely on our running list for future stays. Thanks, Tom and Shelley Reed
We were in town for the Athens Twilight and this property is in the perfect location for an easy walk into downtown Athens and the campus. The property is spacious, clean with a well stocked kitchen and an awesome fenced in backyard. Check in was easy and the parking right in front was convenient. The decor is eclectic and made me feel back home in Athens from my college days at UGA. The front yard needed to be mowed with knee high grass but we werenât out there so it didnât matter to us. Iâd stay again!
