Secluded cozy home on 4 acres with a live Brook just outside the screened in porch. Custom home, professionally decorated and extremely inviting. Home has unique setting back off the road to enjoy those quiet evenings with the sound of the waterfall from the Brook giving you a relaxed feeling of being in an exotic setting while you enjoy a candle lit dinner, or conversation while sipping a favorite beverage on the screened in porch. 3-4 bedrooms and a bunk room with a seperate she shed / man cave with a loft.

Great property for our family get together! Really nicely decorated, plenty of room, great for the dog, everything we needed in the kitchen, and the screened in back porch was a great bonus. We plan on being return guests!

Our stay was fantastic! I brought my studio for a conference and even though there was 14 of us, we had more than enough space - the house was incredibly clean and well taken care of, we had all the necessities we could have asked for. If we are ever in Athens again, we will be returning here for sure. Thank you so much for having us!

What a smart host! Made the 4 digit code easy for anyone to use. Left us extra bag of ice in the freezer. Was very accomodating for early check in and later check out. Definitely recommend!

The home was perfect for our large extended family to use while we came up to attend GymDogs and a basketball game. Location was safe and convenient. Home was comfortable with enough space to be together but also enough space to sleep. Host reached out to check in on us multiple times. Highly recommend.

Perfect Graduation Weekend House

We rented this home for December and May graduations. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Lots of pillows and blankets available. Plenty of basics provided. Had everything we needed.

Masters Trip

We (4 adults) stayed at the house when we attended the Masters practice round.The house was a good size for the four of us and had everything we needed. We also played golf at one the local courses (The Chimneys) while we were there.

Great for large family

Our family has celebrated special events here twice now and it is the perfect property for the 14 of us. Quiet and peaceful with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. It is easy to check in and out and host is responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place

The house inside and out was amazing, it had everything we needed to keep us confortable. The scenery was gorgeous there were even deers in the yard one morning. The owners were also nice checking on us seeing how we ere doing. Overall strongly recommend staying here it was great.

This home was PERFECT!

This home was perfect for our family's stay in Athens. The interior layout is spacious and very thoughtfully appointed, with both beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The large kitchen has tons of counter space. It's perfect for both the chef and others to gather. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. The house is set back from the street on a very private lot with a fenced backyard, where our dog could run.

Great place to stay with a big, young group!

We absolutely loved this home! It had a great amount of bedrooms and sleeping areas and was a quick Uber away from downtown/UGA. There was a huge backyard-- and we saw deer! It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend :) Very clean and spacious

My wife and I fell in love with Athens when our Daughter and son in law moved there to attend UGA. We decided to buy a home there and since have added this stunning home as a retreat for weary travelers. We love the brook that runs past the home providing fish and music from the fall of the water outside the screened in poarch. While we don't live in Athens we love this retreat when we do come to visit our friends and relatives, as well as attending our favorite sports facilities at UGA.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the feeling of being out in the woods yet just minutes from shopping, entertainment and UGA. We love watching the many deer that live in the area stroll through our property to eat the grass or take a cool sip from our stream.

Lots of room to roam and explore a wood like setting, hike, camp and enjoy Mother Nature while being close to town.
