Bud-n-Molly

Cette maison de 3 chambres à coucher (max. 3 personnes, maximum 3 voitures) dispose de nombreux extras. Sa vue est meilleure que celle de certaines maisons en front de mer (un télescope rendra l’observation des baleines et des navires amusante pour tous). Il y a des lits queen Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top dans 2 de ses chambres. Les lits jumeaux de l'autre chambre, en bas, peuvent être rapprochés pour former un roi (draps fournis). La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer un repas gastronomique (nouvelle gamme avec surface supérieure lisse, mixeur Kitchen Aid, épices, (4) grille-pain, batterie de cuisine All Clad allant au lave-vaisselle et moulin à café.) Dans la soir��e, regardez un DVD ou un disque Blue Ray (plus de 60 DVD sont fournis à la maison) ou lisez votre jeu préféré de la Play Station 3 sur un téléviseur à écran plat 47 pouces. Écoutez votre CD ou iPod préféré sur un système audio Bose Wave. Une promenade sur la plage peut être faite à tout moment. L'accès facile à la plage est à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons. Durant ces jours pluvieux, jouez au ping-pong sur la table installée dans le garage ou profitez de nombreux jeux et énigmes. Et n'oublie pas Fido. Ceci est une maison chien amical. Wifi.

Great house in a very nice section of the Bayshore/Sandpiper Village area. Close to a beautiful beach and can ocean watch from the house. Would stay again!

Great place for quiet stay

The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood. Beach access is across the street and made fir such an easy time for us especially our seven year old grandson. The home’s accommodations and features were just right!

Family Birthdays on the Beach!

It was everything we hoped for- 2 min to the beach, lovely space where we could all lounge together, beautiful views, and all the kitchen we needed. It was the perfect place for celebrating my 60th and our youngest's 25th birthdays. We hope to stay again in the future- thank you!!

Everything we needed

We desperately needed a quick getaway for spring break where we had a view of the ocean. This house did not disappoint and we will be returning for a longer stay next time.

When you need home away from home!

Loved it! Dog friendly, photos of all visiting dogs (forgot to take one of ours!), kitchen has EVERYTHING. Grandparents, parents, and 2 teenage grandsons had a blast and got some needed downtime playing board games and putting together puzzles! Will visit again!

Nice place for a get- away

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful view of the ocean and close enough to town. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is great, the appliances are a bit dated but still work good enough. My only criticism would be the condiotion of the pots and pans, we stayed clear of them

Was a great house was in a perfect location and no complaints. Really didn’t use anything that the house had to offer just sleeping and in and out to events. Large enough for a family with no crowding. Nice access to the beach.

Property is very dated. We had no hot water in one shower. Maintenance person was timely. They could use new towels.

Peaceful getaway

We came here with my MIL to celebrate her birthday. Had a relaxing weekend, playing lots of games, cooking, and walking to the beach. The views from the kitchen and dining table are incredible, the walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The house is definitely older and in need of a few updates and there is a musty smell in the basement that comes with being an older home on the coast, I suppose. Overall, it was perfect for our weekend away and we would recommend it.

Lovely Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is comfortable and well equipped. The ocean view from the open kitchen and living room is lovely. There are a lot of stairs, but if you have strong legs/knees this shouldn’t be a problem. The wood stove kept us cozy the rainy days we were there. The management service was very helpful when we couldn’t figure out the WiFi password.

Not quite what we expected

There were no curtains - so we woke when the sun hit the windows.... 5am. Closet was locked, so there was nowhere to hang our clothing. The microwave was placed below the counter, so it was literally below knee level .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house just a little dirty, had to put cupboard door on under kitchen sink it was off so dog wouldn’t get into garbage, outside light not working near steep stairs very dangerous, coffee pot leaked carafe cracked, refrigerator not cold, stove didn’t heat up well, definitely needs new appliances, and better pots and pans, view was great, too many signs and instructions on what to do and not do especially on refrigerator.

Wonderful respite with family

We fell in love with Bud & Molly’s getaway. Lovely home - had all of the kitchen tools for cooking, which we did. Had my 92-yr old father join us, and it was just right. Being able to take walks on the beach (the path is only 2-houses down) was very special. Brought our two small doggies, and they loved the backyard and the beach. Would definitely come back. One thing, if you love to have music playing, bring a bluetooth speaker to stream (we did). The Boze is out of date only for CDs. So if you have CDs (we didn’t) you’ll be fine. Beds were comfy. Everything you need is there!

Great house

This is a great house. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. However, if I owned this house, I'd be upset by the lack of cleanliness. The owners stay in these homes as well. I wouldn't want to have to clean while I visited my own home. The hosting fee is ridiculous for the level of cleanliness. This is the 3rd home I've stayed in this year that has been dirty. I come often because I have property in South Beach that I'm working on. If the hosting company doesn't do bettet, I'll start my own company and offer deep cleaning to these owners! 3 times now, all dirty. What is the $700.00 hosting fee for, if it's dirty? It's bad business for the owner and the rental company. Dissapointed for myself and the owners.

Disappointing

Entry Code didn't work,lucky there was a electrician there trying to fix lights who give me a number to call. DVD player didn't work, internet went down, so no TV at all or computer. House was very worn and dirty, both showers water run everywhere. Most outdoor lights didn't work.Furniture very uncomfortable to watch TV and not enough sitting. The only thing going for this property was the ocean view.
