Le salon spacieux et spacieux avec une cheminée en bois et en tuiles, un grand téléviseur haute définition LCD avec lecteur DVD, une chaîne stéréo et une vue époustouflante sur l'océan offre un lieu de rassemblement invitant pour les amis et la famille. La cuisine américaine efficace, adaptée au chef avec ses nombreuses commodités, facilitera la préparation des repas, tandis que la table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes avec facilité. Un pont privé avec des chaises Adirondack est à quelques pas d’un accès facile à la plage et vous pourrez admirer des vues panoramiques allant de Proposal à Haystack Rocks. À l’étage supérieur, vous apprécierez une vue à double sens depuis la chambre avec lit king-size et une vue directe sur l’océan depuis la chambre avec lit queen-size. Quiet,clean and right on the ocean.

Property was very clean and well stocked to include kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of games, books and movies available. Some rooms have wear and tear along the base boards, doors and windows. Some window blinds were broken but we figured out how to make them work. We were notified a day before our stay that the queen bed frame was broken and could not be used. We were assured there would still be a bed just maybe not a frame. The frame was not removed and still broken so made for some interesting sleeping. It was broken under the mattress so didn’t hold the bed up in that area. Felt like sleeping in a bit of a sinkhole. We made it work tho. The other beds were very comfortable, the house very clean, and we would stay here again.

Beautiful location

Great little place, beach access right text to condos. Beautiful ocean views. Proposal Rock is a 3 minute walk away. Table only seats 5, just in case you have a group of 6 like we did!

We had a great time! The residence has (almost) everything you need. The only minor complaint that I had was if your kids enjoy cereal in the morning, bring your own bowls. The bowls there are awful, in fact, we didn't think there were any bowls. What we thought was a plate was indeed a bowl. Creates a mess that you just don't want on vacation : ) Other than that minor detail, it was absolutely lovey! The view is unbeatable both upstairs and downstairs. Watching the waves with a cup of coffee in the early morning was blissful.

Breakers

It was great being right on the ocean. The unit was well appointed and clean. We had a nice relaxing time. Many walks on the beach, read while having a fire and listening to the waves crash on the seawall right outside our unit. It was great.

Clean and comfortable

I could wake up to the gorgeous view and the sound of the ocean everyday! The home was So comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! We loved our stay in the little town of Neskowin!

Great for families!

We were three couples, each with an infant under one and had an incredible time. The access to the beach, plus the sand right in front was great for our littles. And with three babies, the sound didn’t carry too much from room to room. We all decided to come back for an annual trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Breakers for 8 years and always loved it. Usually stay in #5 and decided to try #8. Furniture in both very comfortable for my back issues. Had problems w/wall outlets; some worked and others didn't. Those that worked wouldn't hold our plug-ins firmly--they would fall out easily. No night table in bedroom w/bunks and NO clocks in any bedroom. No paper of any kind to get fireplace going. Little things, but could be fixed easily. Loved having washer/dryer in Unit!

There was nothing bigger than a saucepan. And the crockpot didn't have the insides so we couldn't even use that.

This Place Is Worth Every Penny!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this beautiful home at the last minute with the help of Kat, the rental agent, for my sister, mother, me and our mini-dox. We were booked at another place through Vacasa that was not accurately represented to us and couldn't stay there, so there we were on a Friday afternoon, in a real pinch! How fortunate for us! This home is immaculate, kitchen is fully supplied with good cookware, good comfy beds, plenty of blankets and a lovely deck. Loved the open floor plan, too. Opening the shades in the morning was a such a pleasure! Beautiful views to the ocean and a short walk to access the beach. I loved this place and would book with Meredith Lodging again. Thank you, Kat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 45th Annual Family reunion! With 2 granddaughters under the age of 1, we loved being right on the water and having a bit of sand outside our backdoor. Weather was perfect. One note: The carpet in this unit was terribly stained and needs to be replaced. Really was icky to see your babies crawling around on it. The furniture was nice and in good repair. Had some problems with the downstairs toilet. We had one small issue with the staff. We asked to get into the unit early if possible and it took the gal on duty an hour after cleaning staff had finished to let us in. She said that she needed to check to make sure it was okay. We think she could have checked earlier, knowing we were waiting.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent about 4 days in #8. The views were great! We were warm and dry as the weather was somewhat chilly. However, the accommodations themselves need some serious attention. The bathrooms are SMALL. Good luck if you are a grown adult and trying to take a shower or bath upstairs. The decor is seriously dated --if your dream is to revisit 1981, this is the place for you!!! The comforter on the King bed in the back appears to have a urine stain on it near the edge. REALLY?! We had to spend 45 minutes washing off chairs to sit on the deck and careful when you are out there -- rotten boards abound. We saw many whales and seals frolicking in the waves and that was pretty incredible; probably the most we've ever seen in all our many adventures on the coast. If you have small children, I would NOT recommend staying here, especially in the summer. Rip tides...and even when we were there in March there were swimmers who got caught up in it. Doesn't strike me as an ideal beach on which to frolic, though the sand is very nice and goes on for miles. We saw a few different cabins and were disappointed that some we saw looked so nice and cozy/decorated comfortably. This looked like 100% "rental." I understand the property is for sale. Maybe whomever buys it will do a reno.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After retiring to Arizona we have returned to The Breakers at Neskowin, Oregon several times. For my wife and I there is no better place to stay. I must say when I found out that The Breakers had moved from a local, on-site, management concept to Meredith Lodging LLC for their management I was a little concerned. Before the on-site management team was very good and were right there to assist us if needed. My concerns were unwarranted. Meredith Lodging does a wonderful job from beginning to end. Reservations were easy to make, questions I had were immediately answered, and their app was very helpful. When we arrived we found the property in the best shape we had every seen it. The unit was very clean and ready for our stay. As always The Breakers provided the best beach experience on the Oregon Coast. We will definitely continue our visits to The Breakers.
