Vous aimerez les mises à jour de la rénovation 2015 de cette maison ouverte, avec son salon confortable avec cheminée et options de divertissement, sa salle à manger en miroir pour plus de lumière et sa cuisine entièrement équipée pour faciliter les repas. Trois chambres à l'étage, deux avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et la brise, offrent un espace pour les invités supplémentaires. La maison comprend également sa propre laveuse / sécheuse empilable. Vous apprécierez également les équipements des Breakers, notamment un barbecue communautaire, un ensemble de jeu pour enfants et un bac à sable. Le village de Neskowin avec son café Hawk Creek et son magasin général éclectique est une promenade courte et intéressante à travers un mélange de cottages pittoresques et de résidences secondaires sophistiquées. Clean and comfortable

Easy check in, spotless property with a fabulous view. Two kids, 3 adults all very comfortable. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of service but soap and sponge were provided. Will stay again!

Amazing location and amazing property

The property’s kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, the whole property was clean, and the view from every room was phenomenal. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends. As an added bonus, if their is a large group there are ten houses on the property, which could be rented in conjunction with each other.

Loved it

The location can’t be beat, right on the beach. The house is so nice it’s got all new furnishings and is decorated super cute. It was spotless. Loved the big tub and the beautiful ocean views from the bedrooms and living room. Cute little store walking distance away. We had adults, a teen and 2 younger kids who all loved it. I’d stay here again no doubt!

Home away from home

Beautiful property, very homey and cozy! Enjoyed fireplace, the deck with the ocean waves..will be back as my daughter is committing to OSU for the fall. Only complaint, would love to see a salad spinner😉

Ideal Escape

I grew up in Neskowin and have been in many of the Breakers units so it was nostalgic to return. I appreciated the upgrades to this unit: the wood flooring, dimmable lighting, comfortable seating, and nice kitchen appliances were appreciated. I also loved that we had stocked wood storage both on the front porch and next to the fireplace, which we sat by each night. Small things, like the foot brush on the back porch and the washer/dryer under the stairwell, were also lovely. And the location truly can't be beat. While I initially wished we were one of the breakers units directly facing the ocean, it didn't take long to realize we had the better view - seeing both our beach and looking north up to Pacific City. We loved the escape. Thank you!

On the beach

The view from this condo is wonderful. The condo was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee maker was really small). The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of blankets. The bedrooms do not have closets but there were hooks for clothing. Management was good at returning my emails. We plan on booking this condo for next year.

What a great location! The place was very clean, and perfect for the 8 of us. Absolutely loved the location, right on the beach with easy access. Absolutely recommend, the front play area for kids is very well kept up and absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Bucket List Property

It was a dream of mine to stay on the beach where I could open the door and be right on the beach. This property fulfilled my dream. It was everything a beach house should be. Nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, lovely appliances. I will definitely stay again.

Great Beach Location

Wonderful location, beach access just steps away. Very nice furnishings, appliances, linens, and bath amenities. Drawbacks - a deck with little sun, and though the house sleeps 8, it is not adequately provisioned. We were a party of 7, including 5 adults. Only 4 wine glasses, 3 of which matched. Only 4 placemats for the dining table. No cover fit any of the large pans or pots; we had to improvise covers with tin foil. Skimpy assortment of drinking glasses and a mishmash of plates. We needed to run the dishwasher after every meal. No coffee pot filters. Of the 5 plastic deck chairs, 2 were broken. No table or other satisfactory flat surface on the deck to enjoy outside dining. If more attention were given to these details, this property would be outstanding.

A slice of heaven

After not being able to travel for over a year, this was our first time venturing out again, and we were not disappointed--the house is cozy and beautifully decorated, and the location on the beach is just spectacular! We cannot wait to come back next year.

Beautiful Condo within steps of the beach

Beautiful place... walk right out the back door onto the beach. Clean and well-organized home. We loved the swivel chairs by the big view windows.

Beautiful Charming Beach Front Home

Such a beautiful home on the beach w/ easy access down to the sandy beach & ocean. We loved being able to see the view through the large windows moment we walked in the house. The house was clean as was the bedding - and we could not have asked for more.

Great house on the beach!

This was a great house for 4 adults and 2 small children. Clean and well stocked switch plea the of sleeping space. The house is right on the beach with a view overlooking the ocean and two bedrooms that over look the ocean. Located in quiet little community with a restaurant and grocery within walking distance. Only 10-15 min drive to Lincoln city or Pacific City. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay their again!

Christmas getaway!

My family wanted to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway for Christmas vacation so we chose the Oregon Coast. We were so excited when we found this beautiful home in the quaint town of Neskowin. It was perfectly loacted so we could easily take day trips to the mountains or the coastal drives.

Unwind with the waves...

Beautiful, clean, inviting and contains all the comforts of home; kitchen well-equipped; guest bedrooms have ocean views; easy access to beach; home angled so you cannot see neighbors - just ocean; lovely little community within short drive to Tillamook and Newport Beach (cozy farmer’s market); easy reservation and check-in/-our process; would not hesitate to reserve again!

Breakers Beach House #10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying here. We like the location & layout of the house. The beach is lovely. We enjoyed our stay despite some issues. We had to call maintenance twice for a toilet running. We found lightbulbs out on back porch and in living room. The kitchen is short on drinking glasses although the pots and pans were new after we suggested that they be replaced last year. This house doesn't have a blender. We appreciated the new towels also. I don't think any in our group would stay here again. The house seems tired and wasn't as clean as it could have been. But then I may be extra critical. We will rent from Meredith Lodging again. I would recommend using Meredith Lodging to rent a property.

We were very lucky to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers Beach House #10 was a wonderful place to stay! We had been scheduled to stay in another rental, but because of overbooking stayed here instead. We were so lucky! The house is steps from the beach with ocean views from the living and dining rooms and two of the bedrooms. Perfect - no matter what the weather. The house is updated with comfortable furnishings, thick towels, etc. and a fireplace with a generous supply of wood (though the non-stick pans in the kitchen do need to be replaced). We spent many hours walking on the beach or just watching the ocean. (We also took in the Kite Festival in Lincoln City.) We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

The deck needs repair...and the screen door to the deck needs replacing.Screen no longer covers the entire opening. Furnishings were very nice. The location is great, even tho we were told it was the one that jutted out on the end. Was a little disappointed that it was not. Overall it was still a beautiful place!

Perfect Neskowin Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this property! Perfectly clean, lovely furnishings and well-stocked kitchen. We needed nothing extra. The units are close to one another but positioned in a way that gives you lots of privacy. Beach access is adjacent to the house. We were Pacific City goers for years but it has become a bit overrun. Neskowin is a quaint, walkable, peaceful little beach neighborhood. Highly recommend and we WILL be back! *only tiny issue was the thermostats in the unit - there is one in every room that needs to be turned on if necessary and did not stay on overnight. So we had some chilly mornings but I goggled it and figured it out!
