Le Pacific Sands Resort # 18 est situé dans la charmante ville de Neskowin. Ce condo Pacific Sands Resort a une vue dynamique sur l'océan! Le condo est au deuxième niveau avec une cuisine complète, deux salles de bains avec baignoire et douche et une chambre privée pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner et servir des repas de vacances ou de vacances. La chambre a un lit queen, une petite télévision et une terrasse en bord de mer. Le salon dispose d'un nouveau lit escamotable Queen de haute qualité pour deux personnes et d'un canapé-lit confortable pour les enfants. Pour plus de divertissement, le condo dispose d'une télévision dans le salon avec Direct TV et Wi-Fi! Lors de votre séjour au Pacific Sands Resort # 18, vous aurez accès à des kilomètres de plages de sable fin et pourrez explorer les souches anciennes lorsque la marée le permettra. Pourquoi ne pas faire une promenade dans Neskowin, calme et pittoresque, pour faire une partie de golf, savourer une cuisine savoureuse au Hawk Creek Cafe ou parcourir les sélections du magasin Neskowin. Il vous faudra moins de temps pour vous rendre à Pacific City, au nord de Neskowin, en voiture. Vous pourrez également vous rendre au sud en direction de Lincoln City, où vous trouverez davantage de boutiques et d’attractions locales. Aucune laveuse et sécheuse ne sont disponibles à ce condo, mais n'hésitez pas à utiliser le tapis de blanchisserie local situé au magasin Neskowin si le besoin s'en fait sentir. Venez profiter du Pacific Sands Resort # 18 avec votre famille et vos amis aujourd'hui sur la côte de l'Oregon!

Amazing location

Location, right on beach is outstanding. The view and sound of the waves is beautiful. Neskowin is a very cute little community. Property is dated, but clean and very functional.

So close to the water!

We loved how close we were to the water at this property. We could sit out on the deck or even stay in the living room with the sliding door open and feel like we were right on the beach.

The Perfect Engagement

Had an incredible stay at this property after proposing at the Neskowin Ghost Forest! Easy access to the beach and good pizza just down the street. Awesome ocean views from the room in a nice quiet building.

Quick home away from home

Stayed to attend nearby family wedding. Great location. Gorgeous views. Fabulous rainstorms on the ocean. Lulled to sleep by the waves. Older but clean and more than adequate. Reliable WiFi which was important for my college student kid.

Very accurate listing, cozy space, and comfortable accomodations. Thank you. A note to future renters on how the heat works may be helpful. Radiant ceiling heat does seem to take a while to warm up but just to be patient. It's very nice heat.

Fantastic place

Fantastic location! I liked the Murphy bed in the living room (thought my kiddo was going to be stuck on a hide-a-bed). Both rooms had wonderful views and the layout was great. Beds were comfy, too. The place is cute, clean, and comfortable.I'd give it five stars if there was more stuff in the kitchen. Come prepared - bring tin foil, plastic wrap, only 1/4 roll of paper towels, if you're planning to cook bring all you need (no oil or seasonings except salt), bring your own coffee (there was an empty container in the cupboard), and if you're planning to slice anyting thicker/harder than a carrot bring your own knife.

Reviewer Comments: This is our third year in a row staying at this rental wife and I were so pleased to have our daughter and grand daughter join us for a couple of nights.The weather wasn't the greatest,but we had a wonderful time.The unit is nicely furnished and the two bathrooms made it even better.Great ocean front view.Saw a whale cruise by our first AM there.This will be our annual thing to do on the Oregon coast!

Best oceanfront views on the Oregon Coast

We have been coming to this specific rental unit for years. The unit has not had updates that many other condos different places on the coast. It now seems a bit shabby, but the bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. And, of course, Ocean, Ocean, Ocean and more Ocean. Direct access to the beach no longer available as the water has encroached on the property. A short walk along the street leads to access to a great beach for Long Beach walks. A very pleasant stay. It still has a wood-burning fireplace, but firewood is no longer provided, bring your own or buy it at Bi-Mart in Lincoln city.

Can't beat the view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay at Pacific Sands. Condo is no frills but clean and fairly comfortable. (Living area furniture is not very comfortable with the exception of the recliner. The hide-a-bed is not comfortable either.) Very nice having the two bathrooms and the view/location is unbeatable. Take your time with the electronic lock... it is easy to get it messed up and too many tries will lock you out for a few minutes! We had no problems during our visit and the rental process was a breeze.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the stay was fine. However considering how much I paid in service costs I would like to report that there was dirt on the floor under chairs and couch, the coffee maker was leaking, the TV was difficult to navigate such that we didn’t use it AND there was no info on how to connect to the internet. I think your owners should provide detailed info for their renters.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was in great shape with wonderful views of the ocean and Oregon Pacific sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Only drawback was the remotes that didn't allow us to access any more than one channel on one television. No access on the the livingroom tv. Directions left for use of remotes didn't work when followed on one remote. The other remote didn't even look like the remote in the book. So, just plan on no television while you are at the beach here. No weekend football for the guys!

I had a great time staying here and the 4th of July in Neskowin is amazing. Cold and cloudy at first but then amazing weather. This condo has a back bedroom and a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. This unit is very dated and could use some TLC and some updates.

Peaceful

Weather outside was stormy and rainy. Inside was peaceful and tranquil. Had the fireplace going and the curtains open. Watching the storms roll in and the waves crashing was relaxing. Awesome sunsets. Condo was dated and simple and perfect. Had everything we needed. Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay this week.

Ocean front- best view!

It was a great place to stay. Beautiful views from living room and bedroom. Very quiet location. Would stay again! One of the bathtubs was clogged slow to drain, but that was the only issue we had. The place is a little dated, but it had everything we needed.
