For the adults...
Great location, both for ski in/ski out and to admire the scenery. Had everything we needed for meals. Beds in the bunk room and media room were more appropriate for children than adults, but otherwise all was terrific.

The best location on the mountain
Thanks for a great vacation in your home! It was perfect, with a ski run just outside the door, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a hot tub with views, and a living room that comfortably fit our group. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants comfort, convenience , and great views!

great ski holiday property.
We would highly recommend this condo for a family who skis. The condo is spacious, well appointed and literally on the ski run down to Black Forest Chair or Lara’s Gondola. The media room is amazing and the kitchen has every gadget, pot, pan or cup you could wish for. Amazing stay, we will come back!

Epic location and view
Very spacious unit with unbelievable views out the living room windows. Great access to the lifts to start the day and ride right home. An enjoyable walk to the village. Definitely recommend this for families and groups looking for a great stay.

Great ski in/out with a fantastic view.
Booked this accommodation for a get together with freinds and family. We had 10 all together and had plenty of room in the kitchen and living areas. The sleeping arrangements were a bit tight for some but the main two bedrooms are very nice. Great view from the living room and the hot tub. The location was great, just a short ski to the gondola and black forest lift. We couldn't seem to make the theater room work so that was a bit of a downer. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend.

Perfect set up for large group
Spectacular would be the best way to describe this Copper Kettle condo.
It certainly exceeded our expectations, definitely one of the best condos we’ve ever seen in Big White
We stayed there with our two adult kids and their families. The layout was perfect, plenty of room for everyone with enough space for the younger kids to actively play together.
Every bedroom has its own ensuite, plus the shared powder room.
The decor was homey and comfortable with enough seating for a large group.
The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare and serve any kind of food.
The location worked fine for us and the view was beautiful, more like the penthouse than the ground floor.
We highly recommend this condo and hope to return ourselves.

Amazing 180 degree view
Chris was excellent to deal with and very responsive-for example on check in the garage code did not work as we were given the wrong code in error. Not a big deal as he responded within the hour and this was resolved. I’m giving it 4 stars for ad details since there were a few things noticeably different. The policy is outdated with check in and check out times, the garage code was incorrect, when we arrived there were no beds fully made. There were no bedding covers for the duvets. Just folded neatly but uncovered white duvets at the foot of the bed so very different than the online photos. The property could use a good cleaning as all picture frames, any decorations and fireplace had quite the dust. The top of the stove was clean and fine but inside the oven was covered with burnt on food… all other appliances were ok. The laundry room had a full bag of bedding left from the renters prior to us. Didn’t bother me but just writing an honest review. We also felt that the items were in short supply-we only had two hand soap dispensers for 4 bathrooms, the toilet paper provided was only 2 extra rolls for 4 bathrooms, we also ran out of dishwasher pods and was instructed to leave the dishwasher full and ready for the cleaners to start after we left as they would restock the soap. Again, if the property owner was ok with this, then so were we and this did not impact our stay at all.
As for the location and view - that needs a higher rating system - should have been a 6 out of 5.

Awesome Big White Christmas vacation
Wonderful & spacious accomadation!!! Property manager was professional & very helpful. Loved the hot tub!! This unit was on the ground floor which made packing the food & luggage into the unit a breeze. Would highly recommend for any family wanting an amazing Big White vacation!!!!!

Great stay, although problems with instructions and different information.
We had problems finding and accessing the property, which didn’t make for a great start. We received 2 different sets of info to access the property, with different codes to get in. The property info email also states 265, when in fact the building says 250. We had been using the door code provided through VRBO to access the property, which wasn’t working. We tried contacting the owner and the property maintenance people at Big White, which unfortunately took 30-60mins before we got a call back. We eventually discovered the VRBO access code was different to information we had been emailed. Side note, the check in and check out times are also different. Information emailed also stated we would be charged over the 1.5GB of wifi per day, which seems v low in 2022. This in fact, was also wrong and has been increased significantly, after emailing to ask.
This was also the most unclean rental property we’ve experienced yet. I do understand we arrived at the end of ski season. However, hairs on blankets, the freezer was really dirty, coffee granules all over the cupboard and all dishes/glasses were v unclean. We realised this was probably because the dishwasher was not washing well. We tried cleaning it out and used the pots and pans wash, which did help.
Hot water seems to run out quickly, with many of us having to wait for hot showers if you tried to shower post ski. Maybe this is a problem for all units..
Finally, the welcome letter, or maybe I should say unwelcome letter that is emailed has to be the most unwelcoming letter I’ve ever read for a rental property. I understanding laying out extra charges as needed, but it was all worded in a way that left us feeling a bit on edge, especially with conflicting and incorrect information.
The view from this property is incredible. It’s large, well stocked and well laid out. Note, the fourth bedroom is actually the theatre room. We misread that, but wasn’t a problem.
We had a great holiday overall. I’m not one to usually leave reviews. It’s a great place, well located for skiing. It is a bit of a walk to the base, around 10mins (with younger kids). In general some upgrades required and a very good clean is needed. But like I say, this could be due to end of season.

Amazing
A group of us came up for a quick get away to come relax and get on the mountain. Once walking into the rental, it was absolutely stunning with a cabin appeal that was what we wanted for our trip. It was the perfect size for our group. Each room was equipped with everything we needed, the media room was absolutely perfect for our group and the best part was definitely the 180° windows that overlooked the mountains and a view of the most amazing sunsets. Having a place that had everything you could need and want made the trip relaxing and we had a great time. Having the option to ski in ski out was a great bonus. We had an absolute blast here and the host was accommodating and quick to answer anything we asked. I would recommend staying here if you get the chance, we will definitely be back!

Monashee magic
Had wanted a property we could enjoy hanging out with older family members as well as ski in and ski out. Pictures don't communicate the almost 180 degree wall of Monashees from the grand living room and kitchen. We appreciated the ample bedrooms and bathrooms with heated floors, the important consideration of humidifiers for dry mountain air and the spectacular theatre set up which was remarkably easy to access and as good as going out to the movies. We hope to come back again.

Fabulous!
We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, comfortable, beautiful condo for 11 nights. 2 families from Australia consisting of 8 people and we had plenty of room. Kitchen and laundry were well stocked. Ski in/ski out access was great as the Black Forest chair lift was our go to favourite ski runs anyway. The snow at big white was perfect and village restaurants were great. Great late night entertainment for my young adult kids.
The walk to the village was a little too far in -25 temps. The shuttle comes every half an hour but was a bit unreliable.
This condo is truly fabulous. The view is nothing short of spectacular, the hot tub was a major daily hit with young and old. A wonderful place for a family holiday. We played a lot of cards and had a lot of laughs. I would highly recommend this fabulous place. Thank you.

The perfect home-away-from-home for our family get-together
Our first visit to Big White and this stunning apartment won't be our last. Our 3-generation family group (from Australia, UK and Canada) had such a memorable time we've booked it again - we could not have asked for more (except maybe a lemon juicer?!). A brilliant kitchen with great range of cooking appliances, including sharp knives often missing in rented accommodation, and abundant supply of plates/mugs for a large group, comfortable and spacious living area with spectacular views, comfy beds, media room (which after all the fabulous skiing we were too tired to make use of), the private hot tub (which we did make good use of), real ski-in ski-out with secure ski lockers and car parking, plenty of storage space, well sound-insulated, easy access ground floor level, within walking distance of the village centre and on the shuttle bus route. A good experience with Christopher the owner who was helpful in all our communications, and friendly maintenance staff.

Beautiful view, spacious ski in ski out condo.
Excellent spot for our first visit to Big White. Loved the heated floors, fireplace, very clean hot tub, several TVs to keep an eye on the Olympics and the media room. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything to prepare meals. The view is breathtaking.
The condo is extremely quiet and spacious and well set up so no one trips over ski outfits and winter boots, etc. Heated underground parking and ski lockers are clean, warm and conveniently located and even our big SUV fit in the underground garage.
