Your deposit was returned, in full, and i allowed you to check in early and you didn’t leave until 3pm check out. Which left my cleaning staff to come back a day later costing funds. I can’t believe that you have lied.

Thank you, your damage deposit was sent it takes 7-10 days, and a few to go through. You never let me know you didn’t receive, also there was extra propane in storage all you had to do was message me, and my management team would have, gotta it for you? Also I just check you where reimbursed and you actually commented why here was a small deduction due to a processing fee, so why are you saying you didn't receive?? I will be contacting VRBO with this false review.

Hi, shock that you only gave one star, after wine was delivered and my cleaner went out of her way to help, one star and you say you would return? I have never had one star, when there really wasn’t any issues. Thank you for staying.

Hi We did respond to the little mouse, and had it dealt with, there was only one little mouse, the front door to where the wood is must have been left open, little critters will look for warm where ever they can. Consider a condominium next with making a reservation a house In the woods you are subject to all creation of little animals. You were given back your refund and since it’s May that’s quite awhile to ask for it? The refund would be approx. $860, there would have been stripe processing fees deducted that would have been reversed when you booked, so you may have been looking for a full $1000. And not noticed the smaller amount. Sorry you felt your ski holiday was ruined by a small mouse. Enjoy your summer. To say my place isn’t a place to stay my reviews say different.

Our layout is much larger than most huge upstairs, so not sure if 1500 square feet in just living are is small? Lower bedrooms are bunk rooms. For sleeping after a long day of skiing, regular size bed? I’ve been In this industry for 13 years, I don’t need to be advised by some guy what I’m able to do. I actually have great staff that’s on hand for anything people may need up at BW. No I don’t supply shampoo or soap for it always gets messy, and most people don’t like to use, used products? I know I don’t. Please clarify, you wanted steak knives for your steaks there are knives there? There is a built in vaccum system, no broom use the vaccum? Sponge? For what? There is a store at BW where you can purchase anything. If I had known you were out of propane you should have told me, have reserved propane in my storage. As I explained to guests! yes washer is out of order, waiting for parts and repair person to come to BW. TV service I have Optic TV full channels, Netflix, Disney etc. There are 4 remotes 1 for fan 1 for lights 1 for cable/tv 1 sound system I have never ever had anyone have problems using the TV. It’s basic. Everyone takes there garbage to recycling it’s just a given, everyone should know this if they have ever stayed at a ski resort. So thank you Kevin! to give me the opportunity to debunk your remarks as false or exaggerated, Offensive comments implying that a woman can’t run a business. So disappointing

Hi Ethan. If I had known that the dishes were dirty, you should have told me? Also there have been no cats in the house at any time. As for cigaret butts in BBQ, my cleaners had to clean them out, so not sure how they got there. As you know you book my place, but did not pay deposit, after trying to contact you over a month. I had to cancel your reservation for none payment. VRBO charges owners for cancelling guests, they do not charge a fee if the guests cancels. You then rebooked several weeks later. I was charged a fee for having to cancel your reservation for none payment, to open the dates for others to have the opportunity to book, over the Christmas Holiday. This is a situation, due to you not paying the original deposit. Sorry you felt that you needed to write a negative review, with out corresponding with me. I have never had any problem driving in the drive way , I have never had a complaint, there wasn't much snow, and it had been plowed? I drive a Jeep and have never had a problem at anytime. I had never said you would get a full refund, what I did say, was, that if there is an overage in cleaning fee, from cleaners it would come out of damage deposit, ex. garage not taken, which yours was taken, thank you. Why didn't you give me time to check about the butts in the BBQ, but instead you go right to saying a false claim. So if your communication was better and you had mention about, dishes, I know that all bedding and covers where all washed and everything was clean the place had a deep clean, if you had any complaints I wish you would have told me so I could have addressed my cleaners, so I feel this is just false accusation, due to been charge a fee for not making payment on time.

So place was beautiful only complaint was it was to far, not sure which way you went but the trail goes to back of house, and the lift is a short skii down the road. One star for a walk disappointing

I was very surprised that garbage was left out side so crows to get at, after sending message and write up on site, that all garbage to be taken to recycling and no garbage outside due to crows. I have had to out source to have a service come and clean and collect garbage, which has been charge to your damage deposit.
