A true ski-in/ski-out luxury condo with Private Hot Tub & BBQ, overlooking the Monashee Mountains. Located on the Top SW corner of the Copper Kettle, offering panoramic views of the village, the mountain, and the valley below. Relax in the hot tub looking out over the Kettle Valley, check the lift lines at Bullet from the living room, or watch skiers coming down Perfection from the primary bedroom. It is hard to describe how beautiful the sunrise is here, when it isn’t snowing.Our 3-BDR premium unit sleeps 6-9, includes an office w/ 2 adjustable desks + monitors so you can work from anywhere.

Included: 2 ski lockers, 2 covered parking spaces, toboggans, BBQ, flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi .

Copper Kettle Lodge is located between Black Forest Chair and Bullet Express – true ski-in ski-out and just a short 10-minute walk to the Big White Village Centre for shopping and restaurants.
The unit has been outfitted for remote work, with fibre-optic internet and two height-adjustable desks with chairs & monitors. Perfect for school holidays – your kids can ski all week, and you can cut work for a couple of hours on a powder day. Big White has night skiing too! Our unit's location is known for the best ski in/out, and is easily walkable to the village, tube park, skating rink, dog sledding and snowmobile tours.

Winter Season

CK414 has a private entrance and is soundproof due to concrete construction, which is great when you have young kids. It is family owned, located in a family, dog friendly building. Our condo is spacious and is a great setup for families, couples and kids (max of 9 people). Our listed price is for 6 people. Each additional person(s) is $40.00 per night. One dog is permitted at a rate of $75 per stay (see pet guidelines below). We love our unit because of the proximity to the village, the ease to jump on the slopes right from the 2 ski lockers (green runs to Black Forest or Happy Valley), the hill behind the lodge for tobogganing, snow fort building or just playing in the snow, the snowshoe trails and the walking paths that are right out our door, and with 100ft of windows allowing uninterrupted views of BC’s Monashee Mountains and the Big White Mountain range our condo is magical! Due to its high base (5,757 feet), Big White Ski Resort consistently features some of the best snow/ski conditions in North America. The snow here is referred to as Champagne Powder. You will always have plenty of snow!

Summer Season:

Since temperatures keep rising in the summer, to keep cool, our unit has ceiling fans in both King bedrooms, a standing fan in the bunk bedroom, screens on the windows to allow the cool mountain air through those hot summer nights. Our unit is close to the bike park, and walking/hiking/bike trails.


Note: Weather dependent the mountain and lifts are open Thursdays to Mondays from July-September (dates are weather dependent). Events and concerts run most weekends throughout the summer months, so make sure you check out the Big White website for all activities when planning your Big White adventure! The property is a short drive to various lakes where you can kayak, swim etc. Don’t forget to drive through the beautiful Okanagan and view the wineries. Unit Features:

• There are 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with linens and towels. All bedrooms have windows, both bathrooms have showers. The en-suite bathroom has a large slate walk in STEAM shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a King Size bed and the 3rd bdroom is equipped with two bunk beds (one of the bottom beds is a full size) and a TV.
• We have two heated covered parking spaces, and they are beside the elevators for convenient access to unload your vehicle.
• Radiant heated floors
• Private deck with outdoor hot tub and gas BBQ
• Gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including a toaster, Vitamix, instant pot, slow cooker, Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Machine, and all pots, pans, utensils and modern day gadgets. Spices, oils/vinegars, hot chocolate, coffee filters and all cleaning products are also provided, so no need to bring your own! Our induction stove/oven allows for meals to be served on time and not hindered by the altitude
• Our living room is equipped with 2 bar fridges, cocktail glasses, audio distribution to five zones with individual control of volume and source in each zone, gas fireplace, TV, board games, DVDs, and books as well, so there is something for everyone to do!
• Washer/dryer if you need to do laundry
• Fans and screens in each bedroom during the summer season

Other things to note:

• No Smoking in unit, on the balcony or within 15 feet of Copper Kettle Lodge
• No Parties
• During off seasons (after April), the hot tub is NOT running. There is a fee of $350 for a start up/maintenance fee if you would like the hot tub to be running during the off season.
• Pets: Only 1 dog is allowed to stay. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, not to use pee pads in the condo and are not permitted to relieve themselves on the balcony. There is a great spot on the main floor by the fire hydrant. Don't forget your poop bags! If any damage is created by the dog, renter will be charged a minimum $300 damage fee. Be sure to pick up after your pooch as no one likes playing or skiing in the snow with dog poop.

Big White installed EV Chargers at the new Administration Building at Happy Valley. They are 'Flo'. If you are traveling from Vancouver/Seattle area you can charge in Hope with multiple options, charge in Kelowna and now charge in Big White if you need it.

Perfect accommodations for a family ski trip! The little luxuries really made our stay special—morning lattes from the Nespresso machine, a relaxing steam shower, and heated blankets that were perfect after a long day on the slopes.The place had everything we could ask for, and the view was absolutely amazing.We’ll definitely be back!

This condo was an absolutely spectacular venue for a two-family getaway to the snow! The host, Jennifer, was so welcoming, generous, and easy to communicate with. The condo location was perfect for ski in/out and easy to find. It was a perfectly cozy retreat after our days on the slopes, with the private hot tub catching sunset views and directly overlooking the Saturday night fireworks at Happy Valley. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed to prepare several meals, and the apartment had too many welcoming touches to mention all of them. Our whole group was unanimous in agreeing we should come back for many more visits!

We felt very lucky to stay in this amazing condo in the Copper Kettle building. It was more than comfortable for our four adults and 5 teens. The kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated having basic staples such as flour, sugar and spices. Beds were super cozy, with quality bedding. Hot tub was perfect for an apres ski drink. Location is excellent -It is an easy ski in ski out and a 10 minute walk to village. And the view - wow. We’d love to return someday.

This is our 8th trip to Big White since 2014 and the 4th different condo we’ve rented. We all agreed it was the best one by far (although it also the most expensive). Super clean, amazing amenities, TONS of comfortable seating, fantastic views, comfortable/warm beds and a “true” ski in-ski out location (we’ve stayed in others that boasted a true ski in/out but they were far from it. The decor and kitchen appliances were high end and the place was decorated for our Christmas stay. We had a few questions before we arrived and the owner was very responsive and friendly. Will hopefully return next year!

Our stay at Copper Kettle was magnificent. The condo was well and truly above expectations. Very roomy and very well appointed. The panoramic views from the lounge room, dining room and kitchen were just amazing!! It seems that Jenn has thought of everything that we might need - huge comfortable couch, wine/beer fridge in lounge, every type of glass you may need, many kitchen appliances, humidifiers, dirty clothes hampers. And then there is the important stuff... Great ski in ski out access directly outside the ski locker room door, hot tub with gorgeous views over the valley and two car spaces. Jenn (host) was very good with great communication. We were very sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When searching for the perfect mountain retreat, we wanted a place that combined stunning scenery, cozy chalet feel, unbeatable ski-in/out access, in a quiet and friendly community. Our condo, located in Copper Kettle Lodge, checked every box! The view of the Monashee Mountain range from our condo is spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset after a day on the slopes, just can't be beat. We are close to the village, approximately 10 min walk, with many restaurants, groceries, Spa Services are all at your finger tips.
