La meilleure chose à propos de cet endroit est que nous avons un accès complet à la plage juste derrière la porte arrière! Nous pouvons entendre les enfants hurler de joie et les vagues se briser sur le rivage.

Fantastic place and fantastic views

The owners were friendly, efficient, and made it easy to organize the stay. Everything went well throughout the whole stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Fabulous Smith’s Beach holiday

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week at Smith’s Beach. The house was perfect for all 12 of us. The facilities were great and the communication with Jenny the host was first class.

Family getaway

Fantastic house for three families over three generations. Lots to keep children entertained and lots of space to enjoy different activities. The view is spectacular and the beach is so close. The house has everything you need, we will go back next year which will be our third.

Heaven at Smiths Beach

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is magnificent with a beautiful outlook to the beach. It is very comfortable with everything you would ever need provided for you. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our weekend. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation or if the opportunity arose to stay there again.

Waikiki Beachfront

This was our second stay at this house and we all loved it again!! The house accommodates our family of 12 just so well. Everything is available to make our time there very comfortable and we were very blessed with the weather. Thank you to Jenny our host we love spending time at your special house.

Amazing Family retreat

Jenny is the most wonderful host with a beautiful home. Located with beautiful views and walks this house suited our family retreat for 30+ year olds and our littlest members of the family 3 down to 2 weeks old. We could not have been happier and everything was at our fingertips. The kids loved the swings. Thank you Jenny. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

A beautiful house with spectacular views

Stayed with family and friends and there was plenty of room the kitchen was well equipped with everything some loved the coffee machine and the beer and wine fridge was great. Will definitely be back thankyou Jenny.

Incredible views, Amazing house.

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group. Location and views were incedible. Layout of the house was great. Floors in main areas were dirty and sticky, had to mop it when we got there.

Wonderful Getaway

We spent last weekend in this property. Had a wonderful time just relax and chill in there. It is close to Melbourne CBD, less than 2 hours drive. Amazing ocean view! It's very clean, cosy in there. Thanks Jenny!

Location amazing and what you see is what you get !!!

The house was simply amazing ! The location was a short walk down to the beautiful Smiths beach. The spaces and decor in the house -simply magnificent. Any concerns that I did have, I was able to contact the owner immediately and was adressed. I have stayed in many houses in Phillip Island and I would rank this one of the best !!! Would definately come back and stay again.

Views, Facilities - this place has it all

The photos and description don’t do this house justice - the views from the acres of windows across smiths beach are amazing. Watching and listening to the water from inside or on the balcony is relaxing. The house has everything and more that you can want from a stay - including easy beach access via a few different paths. Cooking , entertaining or just sleeping - the house was great. We all loved it and would happily return for a long get stay next time.

Big family retreat/ ocean front

This was the perfect retreat for our family get together of three generations. Lots of living spaces and an ideal central space with sweeping views across Smiths beach. The kitchen is really well equipped and the open plan living allows for family to get together in one room without being on top of one another. The house accommodates perfectly for wet weather with warm fireplace and wall to wall windows, but I expect this place would really come alive in sunshine. We took advantage of the ocean front access with walks on the beach, surfing, and early morning swims. It would be hard to find a place to match this for our large family and would definitely recommend.

Family gathering

Had a fantastic weekend, house was amazing! 13 adults and 2 children had plenty of room and enough entertainment choices. Inside there’s plenty of things for everyone to do and the outside decks and play areas for the littlest ones gave them time and space away from us when needed. Had a couple of really small questions for Jen when we arrived and those questions were answered and solved immediately. Fantastic!! The beach is a short 2min walk right out the front of the property and it’s a beautiful beach. Our entire family all slept comfortably and we all really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Jen.

Wow!

What a house! Perfect location, perfect floor plan for large group of varying ages and perfect view. House had everything you could want amenities wise. Other houses we’ve rented have limited dinnerware, utensils, cookware etc but this had more than you could ever use or need. Loved our stay with a large family group. Jen was quick to reply if I had any queries. Only disappointing thing was we weren’t staying longer.

The Perfect Beach House

Truly the best best beach beach house we have ever stayed in, perched atop one of Victoria's best beaches. TV hardly went on as the views from everywhere have you in constant awe. Easily fitted 3 families with 8 children. The 3 living zones and large yard meant the kids were only heard at meal times. Games room with pool table and table tennis was a hit when the weather turned sour. Kitchen well laid out with everything you need. Jen is a pleasure to deal with. Not sure what else I can say that hasn't already been said. It's superb! Book it!

Family Birthday

Fantastic house with three separate living areas. We were a family of 8 adults and 6 children between 10 - 4 years. Plenty of room for family to have quiet time in their own area. Three great bathrooms Main bedroom is on the mezzanine floor and open to lower floor so you hear all the noise and conversationis below. It didn't worry us as we are good sleepers and get up early. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, coffee machine pizza maker and sandwich maker. The view from all rooms is magnificent. Parking for 4 cars and a trailer. The children loved playing in the garden. Also track from the house to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
