Ocean Dreams - Magnifique maison face à l'océan avec une vue imprenable

Ocean Dreams, avec trois chambres, est adapté pour un maximum de six personnes dans un confort total. Profitez de l'agréable salon devant le foyer au gaz et des grandes baies vitrées pour une vue imprenable sur la crique, l'océan et le phare de Point Cabrillo. La salle à manger a ses propres fenêtres de vue avec un espace ouvert à la grande cuisine avec toutes les nécessités.

Faites une promenade à travers le quartier agréable (il est juste un demi-mile de la plage Caspar). Obtenez le sable entre vos orteils et regarder les vagues se lavent dans la rive. En plus de cela, le petit magasin de pays à la plage loue paddleboards, planches de surf, kayaks et plus.

La plate-forme offre une vue sur l'océan et le phare à tout moment de la journée, bien sûr, mais il est le lieu de prédilection pour beaucoup dans la soirée. Il est difficile de battre la combinaison d'un bon vin et d'une belle voir toutes les photos et les détails visitez notre site Web. Unforgettable experience

The loveliest home with an incredible view. We loved spending time in the back yard playing catch and watching the sunset. One recco is to include blackout curtains in the master bedroom for the lighthouse at night, otherwise this property is perfect and so accessible to both Mendocino and Fort Bragg.

Lovely house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view, very comfortable house. The reason for my less than five star review is that there were ants in the master bedroom, and one of the outside chairs broke while a guest was sitting on it. Otherwise, we loved it and would certainly return - without ants.

Nice Stay At Ocean Dreams

Reviewer Comments: We were actually supposed to stay at a house down the street from Ocean Dreams, but due to a malfunctioning water heater, Cindy from Mendocino Preferred Vacation Rentals called and said we could stay at Ocean Dreams instead. We really appreciate Cindy finding us this alternative; it turned out great for us. A nice, comfortable home which was clean and modern, we would like to stay at Ocean Dreams again.

Ocean Dreams Annual Birthday Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excited to make our annual Fall trip to Ocean Dreams with friends. Always appreciate the fabulous kitchen amenities (Chef in our group) and added surprise to find a new living room set! Everyone was comfortable both inside and out on the deck. The weather treated us well and the clear night sky was amazing for star gazing. The hot tub worked wonders after a hike along the cliffs to the Light House and back, as well as recovery from a night of live music at ****'s, Downtown Mendo., to see Pazifico.Delighted to find an old fashioned stove top popcorn popper for movie night, but couldn't find a light weight bowl to pass around - the only disappointment. Can't wait to return!

Week on the Coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another nice week in this rental on the coast. We have stayed here multiple times and more of my reviews are likely below. The location is great for views and for getting to both Mendocino and Ft Bragg, as well as the surrounding areas. The owners have continued to make improvements. The most recent is during the last year they upgraded an old master bath with all new shower, sinks, etc. There are now two showers in the house instead of one!House is always very clean. Mendo Preferred continues to be excellent in their interactions and management of the rental.

This was a great place to stay with our family. It has an amazing view of the ocean, comfortable places to hang out together--and the view and hot tub on the deck just really made our stay wonderful.

Another great week on the Coast

In earlier reviews had complained about furniture in living room by new owners. Well, I want to acknowledge that they were responsive to us and others. They have put 2 new chairs in living room, similar to those in photos. They also have two new sofas to replace older, lower sofas that were there. Very much appreciated!! The living room is now much more comfortable and allows for enjoyment of the GREAT oceans views! Also believe they have added toppers or new mattress to Master bed--it felt more comfortable. This house has a lot to offer and great location.As usual Mendo Preferred and their team did a Great Job! Always a pleasure to deal with.

Fabulous!

This was such a perfect house for our family’s trip to Mendocino! Everything about it was great- location, view, kitchen, living room etc. Appreciated comfortable beds, huge kitchen with everything we needed to cook multiple meals at home, and cozy living room with fireplace and Tv. We loved family walks around the neighborhood and evenings watching the ocean below. Would totally rent this again. My only suggestion would be the option of checking in straight at the house and not having to go to the Rental Office in town - it was just an extra 20 minute process after a long day of traveling. But I’m sure the company has their reasons.

Fabulous Vacation House!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. The view was stunning. The hot tub was divine. The baby deer frolicking in the back yard were darling. The kitchen was better stocked than my own. The beds were comfortable and large. I would absolutely book this house again. The only minor issue is that it is in a cellphone dead zone. We had 3 different networks and none of them worked. No calls or texts in or out. All of our phones were completely useless. Which in a weird way was nice. Unless there was an emergency. The house did have dependable WiFi though, so we communicate with others via email and zoom.

Relaxing

Everything was wonderful, the hot tub got it’s usefulness. Sitting on the deck was gorgeous. Right in the center of Downtown Mendocino and Fort Bragg. It would be better with two showers but it all worked out. It would be nice to have blackout curtains. With the lighthouse lights at night shining through. We will Definitely come back. Thank you!

WISHED YOU HAD A RECORDS OF ALL THAT. WE HAD PROBLEM WITH THE HOT TUB..CALLED AFTER HOUR, TALKED TO A WOMAN, WHO ASSURED US, SOMEONE WILL GIVE US A CALL BACK. NOBODY DID. DISAPPOINTING, WATER IN HOT TUB WAS COLD.MAY I SUGGEST, ALL ROOMS A BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, EXCEPT TWO BEDROOMS. THEY LOOK LIKE DUNGEONS, NO PRETTY DECOR, ONE OF THEM HAS ONLY A BED AND A SUIT CASE STAND. TELL THE OWNER TO MAKE IT AS CLASSY AS THE REST OF HOUSE. A COUPLE OF PIECES OF FURNITURE SOME DECORATIVE BOOKS,....... THAT WOULD HELP. THE KITCHEN, DINING GROOM WERE FANTASTIC. LIVING ROOM BEAUTIFUL CHANGE THE LOCATION OF THE SOFAS, HAVE THEM BENEFIT OF THE VIEW. TV IS NOT ALL WE WANT, WE WANT TO SEE THE VIEW AND CATCH A BITOF TV. THESE ARE ONLY SUGGESTIONS, BUT MIGHT BE HELPFUL TO CREATE A MORE INSPIRATIONAL AND OVERALL BEAUTIFUL AND RESTORING WEEKEND.... PL LET ME KNOW WHAT HOU THINK OF MY INPUT

Needs some work

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time at this house. We loved it the first 2 times. The view is just gorgeous and the kitchen modern and deck and hot tub very nice. Location is ideal, close to Mendocino but also to Fort Bragg.But the new owners have really stripped the place of any character. The couches in the living room which they promised to replace are totally soggy and uncomfortable. There's no decoration or warmth in the room. The back bathrooms need to be remodeled. One is partially remodeled but the only shower in the house is old and unpleasant. The back bathroom is a dinosaur and has terrible lighting and no shower. Bathrooms need to be brought up to date especially as the price almost doubled. We were disappointed this time. I don't know that we will be back. We hoped for some improvements.

Beautiful

The home has an exceptional kitchen. Especially for entertaining! The deep comfy sofas next to the ocean view windows were sublime! Master bedroom view and windows are incredible. The master bath....ummm, not really. So close to the trail head that links you to the Cabrillo Lighthouse. Awesome!!! Just down the block is a trailhead to another beach where there were literally hundreds of Sea Lions and Seals sunning......so amazing. We will definitely be back for another stay!
