Ce duplex en duplex au bord de l’océan comprend deux chambres, une cuisine et une salle à manger faisant partie d’un superbe plan à l’étage ouvert. Le salon confortable dispose de nombreux sièges, d'un foyer à gaz, d'une télévision par câble à écran plat et d'une vue imprenable depuis les immenses fenêtres et la terrasse.

Une porte coulissante en verre s'ouvre sur le pont avec un grand bain à remous qui surplombe l'océan! Des chaises longues, des bancs et un foyer sont fournis pour vous asseoir le soir et regarder les étoiles.

Sea It All dispose de deux chambres à coucher avec lit queen et salle de bain privée. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur (avec machine à glaçons), un lave-vaisselle et une cuisinière à gaz / four. Lovely beachside cabin

Very lovely stay near the beach. The sound of waves was so tranquil. The unit is as advertised and was a lovely haven. Highly recommend.

Girlfriend Getaway

Love the location. Condo, for the price, needs to have a corkscrew that works, better dishes, better pillows, better towels, a tv that works and a fire pit as advertised. We’ve been to Bella Beach many times & I was disappointed in this accommodation.

Great house

We had a great time staying in this home. The house was smaller than we had imagined, but it was perfect for us two couples. The view was breathtaking, along with the hot tub and fire pit which added to the ambiance. The home was close to Lincoln city as well as Newport and we enjoyed our visit very much.

Beautiful location, great apartment. There are steps to access unit from the parking and also steep steps to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Property management team were very helpful in retrieving a left behind item.

Great Location

I will start by saying this is a great location with incredible views., and the property did a great marketing job. I did notice that the pictures make the unit look much larger then it really is, but very cozy. My expectations were high due to cost and location, so there were a few things that that did not meet my expectations. Parking was horrible. Once entering the unit first thing was ants on the counters (its that time of year). then we realized we had no privacy at all, the walkway always had a crowd (which is right next to your hot tub) and was non stop traffic almost every night. I was disappointed with the Wi-fi rarely worked, the floor for upstairs very thin you can hear every step that is made. Hot tub needed work water in the bathtub was warmer then the hot tub. It was a beautiful place with incredible views however if your looking for peace and quiet to relax this is not the place.

Photos & description were deceiving.

The photos and description were very deceiving. I really thought we were getting a house to ourselves. Private hot tub & private beach access. Instead we had the kids next door walking across the deck, upstairs neighbors that stomped around, the beach access had people at it all day (not quiet or private) hot tub had zero privacy, coffee pot was broke, tv remote had tape on it, the bed is shot and has a hole you lay into, & the access stairs from the one parking spot has a very loose board. The ad also says 2,424 sqft, no way it’s that big. The cost to stay there for two nights was not even close to justifiable. Also getting charged double booking fees from VRBO and Meredith was not expected. Didn’t realize it was a double management company. Expensive lesson learned this weekend. On a positive note, the view was good.

Everything Broken

The location was unbelievable. The hot tub was awesome. However so many crucial things were broken. The clothes dryer didn’t work. Turns out in the Pacific Northwest, nothing air dries, not for days. And between the rain and ocean and hot tub, everything ended up wet. We needed a functioning dryer. When we called, I was put on hold and eventually told that the repair person would probably make it out that day, but no timeline. He arrived a few hours later and did not fix the dryer, which was giving a ERROR message on the screen. The keypad to enter the property didn’t work. When we called, we were given access to the physical master key, which also didn’t work. We called again and after a few hours the repair person came out and replaced the keypad and master. The thermostat was broken. Set to 61 degrees Fahrenheit. I had to throw all my weight into pressing the buttons but eventually got it clicked up to 70. We had to turn the heat off at night to sleep because it was so hot and we couldn’t lower it. Called about this but nobody responded.

False Advertising

Fire place didn’t work and hot tub was absolutely disgusting and unusable. Upon further investigation we found reviews where other renters came down with rashes after using the hot tub. If you’re looking for a property with a hot tub on the beach do yourself and your partner a favor and keep scrolling.

Right on the beach!

We had a great time here enjoying the beach. The first thing we did was move the chairs so we could relax and look out the big windows at the ocean. We saw seals, sea lions and a whale. This location is right next to a few short steps down to the beach. Had a great weekend and I would recommend it.

Perfect location, some weird nuances, but can't beat the location

Several little weird things- 1) only very small pans 2)"communal" fire pit right in front of other unit's porch- little weird to use it 3)smoke (heat?) alarm WAY to sensitive- went off any time I opened the oven 4)wifi signal only in livingroom- not bedrooms or on porch, 5)shower head abnormally low. That being said, we came for the location, and it was perfect. Not the most private- unit and porch are right next to public stairs. But wasn't an issue at all.

Great for small family getaway

I loved it being right next to the stairs down to the beach. I felt safe and cozy. The kitchen wasn’t perfectly stocked but there were appreciated small extra amenities. Kurig AND a 12 cup pot. Giant Jenga and Uno! Beautiful landscaping. Not to mention the very reasonable extra fee for late checkout at 2pm! I highly suggest that if you like to start your mornings slow or do things “one more time”.

Magical Vacation

I spent three nights with my mom and sister at this perfectly positioned, immaculate, cozy, tasteful home. We found the beds very comfortable, even for sharing. The living room furniture was super comfy too. The wall of windows facing the sea and the hot tub on the back patio made it easy to enjoy the view and the music of the waves without taking a step away. (For anyone struggling with stairs: Just a few steps from the back door, there are 43 stairs down to the sandy beach. Also there are 14 stairs down from the parking spot to the door.) Everything about the reservation, check-in, and check-out was seamless. We even got a personal text checking on us the first day. Perfection!

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed, it was super clean and cute! It was so easy to walk out the door and play at the beach all day and then relax in the hot tub at night. We even got to watch whales for about an hour on our last night, right from the deck!

Just like the pictures

The location of this place it fantastic! You just walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. You can walk about a miles down and see some tide pools. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cocktail staring at the ocean. The fireplace made it very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and I had an easy time cooking for the family. I only wish the beds were more comfortable for me. Both beds were very soft so my back was sore after two nights.
