Several light bulbs were out, including front porch, which made it challenging getting in the building, with the snow. I rented two houses last weekend. One had a snow shovel on the porch, the other did not. Again, making it rough getting in. In both houses, there were several light bulbs burned out.
In one of the houses, it will challenging to get the temperature set. There was a mix of old and new thermostats, and it wasn't clear which one(s) affected the heat.
The ceiling fan/light didn't work. Remote controls didn't have batteries.
These are all "small" details, but create the impression that it is not well maintained.
Also, for the housing community, I think it's poor that guests have to haul their own garbage, in their cars, down to the front of the plan. A little bit of service goes a long way.
Overall, our experience was good; however, these details may keep me from returning.
