We took our son and daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren with us. It was a wonderful week and one of our best ever family vacations. The house was very clean and the elevator was a huge extra for me and the luggage. However I would have liked to see the home maintained a little better. We had a light in the elevator hanging out of the ceiling. Several towel bars are coming off of the wall and a few cabinet doors are also about to fall off. A piece of a canopy bed fell off and hit my back but the staff was there quickly to repair it. We ordered one of our dinners from a Cinnamon South restaurant and picked it up to bring home to eat. One of the salads only had shrimp tails in it; someone had eaten our shrimp and thrown the tails in the salad. That was an unwelcome hiccup; the staff refunded us for the salad.
