Situé dans le West End de l'île de Sanibel, ce complexe de condominiums au bord de la mer est idéal pour des vacances romantiques et de détente ou des vacances en famille amusantes. Le D45 est une unité joliment décorée située au dernier étage avec une terrasse privée sur le toit, idéale pour profiter de la vue et regarder les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle! Préparez vos repas dans la grande cuisine ouverte dotée de comptoirs en granit et d’appareils en acier inoxydable. La spacieuse chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et grande baignoire. La chambre a un lit double et des lits jumeaux et se trouve à quelques pas de la salle de bains mise à jour avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Le propriétaire fournit des télévisions dans chaque chambre et un lecteur DVD. Depuis votre Lanai filtré au 4ème étage, vous pourrez profiter de la brise du golfe et de la vue sur le lagon tropical, la piscine chauffée, le bain à remous et le club-house. Le clubhouse propose des toilettes pour votre confort et une salle de loisirs où sont organisées les activités quotidiennes des enfants. Profitez d'un pique-nique décontracté en utilisant les barbecues au gaz autour du lagon, organisez un match de tennis sur les courts de tennis ou tentez votre chance à un jeu de palets. We loved the spacious kitchen, updated master bath, w & d,rooftop deck & semi secluded lanai. Only real complaints are that the living room furniture needs replaced, lumpy master bedroom mattress and the carpet is old & stained, needs tiled for ease of cleaning. Can’t beat the many choices for great seafood & overall dining experience. Recommend new comer, MudBugs Cajun Kitchen, Sanibel Grill & The Mucky Duck. Renting from Sanibel Holiday was easy, very pleasant staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. This was our second time at this complex. Our previous visit was in a different building. We found this condo very comfortable, clean (except for stains on the living room carpet) and tastefully decorated. Everything was in working order. We loved the screened lanai and had most of our meals there. D45 has a spiral staircase that leads to the roof top and we enjoyed the views there. However the master bedroom lacks sufficient storage. There is only a medium size closet in the bathroom and we found it too small to keep the clothes we had brought for two weeks. We were dissatisfied with the unsecure and slow WiFi network. Pointe Santo is a great location and close to good restaurants. We rented bicycles and enjoyed riding them to the lighthouse, the Ding Darling Preserve and even to the Bailey's grocery store.

Sheets and towels were first class as was the furniture. Lots of little details made for a fabulous stay like all the beach chairs, toys, games, etc. Didn't need to pick up anything else but groceries! Condo feels well taken care of by owners - wouldn't guess it's a rental unit as it feels more like a real home. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the past 15 years I have rented multiple properties in Sanibel. I would put D45 as "average" or at least say I was hoping for more. The unit is rather dated, beds are squeaky and uncomfortable, furniture on the deck has deteriorated, bedding was lacking and amenities were scarce. Pointe Santo is a nice location and provides convenient access to island amenities. The pool is small so if that is important, this shouldn't be your first choice. Overall, it was fine but definitely not "wow".

The only suggestion I might make is to upgrade the furniture on the roof deck. It is adequate, but not great. Everything else about this condo is fantastic. We hope to come again some day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying in this condo and we were not disappointed. The unit is very clean as is the resort. I like how close the pool and beach are to the condo. It's a short walk so if you forget something you can easily access the unit. My college aged sons loved the volleyball court and played all week and met great people from all over the country. The pool is clean as is the hot tub. There could have been a few more items in the kitchen like a muffin pan but otherwise it was fully stocked. The staff onsite was very friendly and check in was easy. The beachfront is very nice. I would recommend this unit and resort to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Also, the rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset and stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Pointe Santo although we have vacationed in Sanibel many times. We enjoyed the amenities and location of the complex, but were disappointed with D45. The bathrooms need a deep clean. There is a build up of mold in the showers and the tile floor was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The dresser drawers and kitchen cabinets all need cleaned out. I had to clean the dresser drawers before I could unpack our clothing.

The master bedroom mattress, in particular was in poor condition and requires replacement. Also, there was a loud droning noise coming from a nearby rooftop HVAC unit.
