Condo Oceanfront à Sanddollar # B-202 - Vue panoramique sur l'océan - 3 chambres

Situé sur l'île de Sanibel, notre unité au Sanddollar est un spacieux 1 660 pieds carrés. Copropriété luxueusement meublée face au golfe. Deux chambres à coucher plus den, 2 salles de bain complètes. Notre unité dispose d'un porche grillagé de 26 'donnant sur l'océan. Vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. La chambre principale a un lit king size, des lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit queen dans la tanière. Den ferme pour plus d'intimité. Location du samedi au samedi.

Le Sanddollar est un complexe de faible densité composé de trois bâtiments, douze unités dans chaque bâtiment. L'emplacement est situé au centre de l'île - Middle Gulf Drive. Le complexe est très bien entretenu, avec un paysage tropical luxuriant entourant les bâtiments. Nous avons trois courts de tennis, une belle piscine et deux terrasses avec des barbecues à gaz.

Nous avons une limite stricte de six personnes dans notre unité. Pas d'animaux et ne pas fumer s'il vous plaît.

Great location, inside of the condo was pristine, and the owner Joan was the best. She navigated us through uncertainty due to the hurricanes and her communication was timely and helpful. highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful Place!

We just had a lovely time in Sanibel staying here. The condo had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the beach. Beautiful place! We hope to stay again soon.

The condo is in the perfect location. It has everything you need from kitchen items to beach items. The beach was perfect. Kids loved the pool too. We will be back!

Beautiful!!

This property does not disappoint. The place is roomy and clean. We loved that there were three water stations so there was no sand in the condo. Also, the views were excellent with private beach. This is a must stay.

Best Vacation Ever

My wife and two boys (10 and 8) had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a week and it was nothing short of amazing. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything (and then some) we needed to feel right at home. The view from the oversized balcony was nothing short of jaw dropping. The small complex made for some quite beach / pool time so if your looking to avoid the typical beach crowds (at least in June), this is your spot. The beach was great for shelling and the ocean was clear enough for snorkeling (my wife’s favorite thing to do). Location wise, this condo sits in the heart of everything Sanibel (highly recommend a bike rental while staying) so restaurants and shopping were all near by. We’ve vacationed up and down the coast of Florida as a family and I’ve never enjoyed a stay as much as this one. If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. Cannot wait to come back for a second stay at Joan’s condo!

View, location, spacious

Great place if you want to relax with the family. The lanai is big and it’s a spacious condo. The view is fantastic and complex & condo clean. The teens had friends staying at a big resort down the beach but preferred this condo/pool bc it wasn’t hectic with people. Yet they could walk beach & buy pizza/ice cream then come back. Would stay again. Also lots of items to use in beach closet for all ages. Joan was a responsive host. She cared that everything was just right for our stay.

Great views!

Our experience overall was nothing short of fantastic! Each morning we woke up with a perfect view of the Gulf, the beach, and to the peaceful sound of waves. Total bliss! Condo was clean, roomy and very comfortable. Convenient to everything! And Joan was awesome! Great communication with her. Top notch stay. Highly recommend it.

Lovely stay in Joan's condo

My husband and I stayed for ten nights at Joan's Sand Dollar condo. We could not have asked for a better view. Our favorite time of the day was sitting on the terrace drinking coffee and looking out on the Gulf. The condo was clean and well-equipped. We plan to return!

Wonderful family stay

The condo was beautiful and clean overlooking a wonderful view of the Gulf. Short walk down to the beach which was not crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Will definitely be back to this spot.

Easy beach access

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and still wanted to stay longer! We ate our meals on the Lanai and loved the view and sound of the golf. We rode our bikes daily ...bike path just across the street. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature...and was sparkling clean. The beach was not too crowded and just a short walk away. We hope to return next year.

We were very pleased with the condition and location of the property. It is a quiet place to relax, but centrally located to restaurants and sights. The beach shelling was great. Will be coming back in the future!!

Great condo on the beach! We ate every meal outside on the huge screened porch.

Huge condo over looking the beach! We've stayed in many places in Sanibel. It was time to get our 14 year old daughter her own bedroom away from her 2 little brothers and the den was her private getaway. The only complaint was that the bedding on the hideaway was dirty and had sand on the mattress. We did some housekeeping and all was fine. The back porch was the gem of the condo, twice as big as any other we have seen. We ate every meal out there, watched every sunrise, and we played cards & checkers on the patio table. Great condo, I would recommend it to others.

Relaxing Beach Stay

Great property that was on the beach and close to all other needs. Very comfortable stay and all the necessities provided. Joan was accessible and responsive during our stay. Bike paths made it perfect for riding our E bikes as our primary mode of transportation around the island; can go from one end to other on bikes!

Peaceful Comfort

Our family cherishes a quiet, comfortable getaway, and that is exactly what we found at Sanddollar B-202. The condo was spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated. Other pro's: full-size washer and dryer, beach chairs, towels and other equipment, comfortable furniture, and gorgeous--and very large--lanai. We loved renting bikes and seeing the island this way. We also found the Sanibel Historic Village to be intriguing and a great way to learn more about the island. Con's: only one--we have to return to snowy Minnesota! Thanks, Joan, for your wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful views, clean & comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. We loved the large screened in lanai and the views were amazing. So peaceful and relaxing. We realized when we were leaving that we never turned on a TV. Nothing compared to sitting on the lanai reading and talking while watching the stars and listening to the surf. The condo and grounds were very well maintained and clean. The beach and pool were terrific. We hope to return soon.

nice location, homey condo (unfortunate red tide)

Pros: The condo is located very close to the beach, its a quick walk to the ocean and the view through the balcony is lovely. It's nicely located within Sanibel Island, close to many shops and restaurants. Cons: The kitchen and various other appliances are outdated. The condo is somewhat small, especially the kitchen. Additional note: When we arrived, there was a terrible case of red tide happening in the Gulf of Mexico. Many dead fish in the ocean and on the shore, and it was unsafe to enter the ocean. Though it's not the owner's fault, I highly recommend any folks interested in vacationing in Sanibel look up potential beach hazards/red tide status before booking a condo, as few owners will issue refunds for things like red tide.
