La Villa Sanibel est un complexe privé et calme de 20 unités situé devant le golfe, à proximité de toutes les commodités insulaires sur West Gulf Drive. Cette communauté offre une piscine chauffée, des barbecues au gaz et du tennis, le tout entouré d'un paysage tropical luxuriant. Unité 3A est une unité de 2 chambres au niveau du sol avec vue sur la piscine qui peut être facilement accessible depuis la véranda, avec un parking situé juste devant la porte d'entrée. Cette unité joliment meublée et mise à jour a carrelage et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un roi dans le maître, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. The swimming pool is right outside the lanai door and the other renters are friendly. The beach is filled with a variety of shells and the gulf water was more clear than we have seen in recent years. The pool was a good size and never too busy. The bedrooms and furniture were nice and the condo was a good size for 4 people but might be a bit tight with 6. We could easily walk to the ocean and having beach chairs and toys made it easy.

When you’re looking for something close to the beach, one of the shortest walks to the surf line; or a low traffic area, no problem getting in or out, this unit is one of the best locations we’ve found. The owner, leasing company, and leasing agent Matt were a pleasure to deal with. 3A is next to the pool, just outside the back door. We will definitely give this unit first consideration for next year’s vacation.
