100 feet to the water!

The TV controls and washing machine were a challenge to operate, but we managed. Pool was great and not crowded, We would definitely rebook.

Condo was newly and tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the property was still under repair from hurricane damage a couple years ago, and we had to put up with noise (constant banging) and exterior painting—not exactly relaxing. Also difficult to navigate from condo down to lovely boardwalk next to water. The grounds had no improvements since hurricane which made walking difficult. Left a day early.

Perfect getaway

Perfect location for boating, fishing and beach goers. Condo had everything we needed, furniture and mattresses are very high quality. Owners have impeccable taste and thought of every detail needed for a good time. This is the “Four Seasons” of 2 bedroom Sanibel condos. We will be back soon.

Beautiful Unit and Location

This unit has been remodeled and is beautiful! There was a lot of thought put into the needs of tenants. A lot of extras. The patio and view of the bay is breathtaking! Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful updated unit with nice touches. The pool and shuffleboard at the property were great. Great location for easy on and off the island. Lighthouse beach was a quick drive. A few downsides: The unit is very close to the causeway which impacts the view and noise level from traffic is constant. One of the beds is a Murphy bed. The interior doors are all louvered which made the bedrooms have little noise reduction from the main areas. If you can live with the downsides it is a nice place to stay.
