Très jolie petite maison idéalement placé à l'écart de l'afflux de L.A , commerce à proximité en voiture ou à pied , climatisation très appréciable , quartier chaleureux , la propriétaire est très serviable est très sympathique ( remplacement de matériel , etc ... ) , seul petit bémol ce sont les couverts de la cuisine manquants mais c'est un détail , bref SUPER !❤️

The house needed more supplies. Like a broom and dust bin. Also more glasses.
I mentioned replacing the shower curtain and hooks.
Thanks for staying Jo Anne - we have noted your comments but had we known, we would have been glad to bring you those items or show you where those were kept for your use.
My first impression when I walked in the front door was the smell of mildew. This place needs a really deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. Overall dirty floors. Then I was awoken in the middle of the night to the sound of rodents scampering in the ducted work.
Sorry to hear this - we have a professional cleaning service that deep cleans after each guest - we have also never heard of any noises in the duct work - you should have contacted us during your stay and we would have sent our service to check everything for you.
Suitable, great location, great hosts
Somewhat tight with 5 adult guys. Other than that, hosts were great and helped with whatever we needed. Quick and prompt on communication. Couldn't ask for much better
Did not have hot water for two days. Left one day early to hotel and asked for one day refund.
As noted - 1 star rating.
We are most disappointed that you did not call us immediately when you did not have hot water as we pride ourselves in taking care of our guests when something comes up. We have handyman in the area that came to fix it as soon as we got the message. It took only five minutes to re-light the pilot
Our first Priority is to take care our guests!
